Unfortunately is the only car wash here in Cheney... They had the brilliant idea that you cant use quarters or cash any more but only tokens, now how you will get the tokens is unknown... I really hope another car wash comes to the area, maybe that will make them reconsider their policies and their attitude.

Have a monthly paid service. Going on my third month. Every month so far they have had the car wash closed due to issues. So in 3 months customers that have a paid service to the car wash have lost almost a month of service with no notification of reimbursement. Will be canceling my paid account. Staff is friendly. Do a good job.

Awesome little car wash! While $7 for the basic wash is on the expensive side, it gets the job done.What made this 5 stars is when I told the attendant I'd just come back from the coast and needed the undercarriage cleaned too he told me right away that the system doesn't spray underneath well and offered me a few free minutes in the self-service bay. I was able to power wash the underside with soapy water and then spray it clean prior to putting my rig through the automatic system. Much appreciated!

The place is clean and the staff are always on the spot! LOL! The business is always promoting good! Wait time is no time. I enjoy the teamwork, professionalism and cleanliness of the place. I'm sure it's a tough gig so be sure to tip the crew from time to time!

The self car wash rules are misleading and the staff are very rude and disrespectful treated my family like an idiot I felt will never be going there again and the staff never answered my question just kept feeding me the thr same line " read the sign " horrible il be letting other not to go thereCheney resident

Vacuum time limit is way too short for $1.50 and even if you pay for the best car wash available you're getting the same exact thing as the lowest option so don't waste the extra money. Best option is to just spray the car off yourself and don't use the scrub brushes because they're all in rough shape you'll scratch your paint

They installed a new brushed automatic car wash and it does a fantastic job getting your car clean! Although it might bend your front licence plate ...... They also offer dash wipes and air freshener for free with certain purchases so that's nice.

It was exceedingly good for the first year in operation. Still okay, but seems as though the staff aren't as good now. Also maybe its me but it seems as though the drive thru is faster now then before. This used to be my go to car wash, now not so much.

Did the tunnel wash, it was expensive and my car didn't get fully clean. But having to pay for a vacuum after paying for a wash was BS. Won't go back

The 14 dollar wash that they say is their best wash is a rip off. My car came out with dirt and spots on it and it doesn't even get it half way dried. Never again.

So I came here because my youngest loves pooh bear and she thinks all bears right now are pooh. We did the drive through service. When you pull up the bear on the screen tells you your options and of course recommend the highest cost one which is absolutely ok because it was only $14.00 I normally pay around $18.00. So after paying you pull forward and get on the tracks and once you get to the other side there is a life-size robotic bear waving goodbye. My daughter was so excited and she wanted to get out to hug it.

Unprofessional Boss, Unprofessional employee... car wash itself is just fine,had no problems with the vacuum...Definitely not going back to get harassed while I'm paying to use the place...

All the people working were so nice and helpful! My jeep came out cleaner than when I go to Mister Car Wash and the prices are better are at Brown Bear as well.

The place charges you while you are putting quarters in (even when Stop is used), and it typically takes 10-15 seconds to fill the line with the solution you want. Unfortunately, it's the only car wash in town, and seems like this place really milks you for your time.

This place is the best. The only car wash I've been to where they go out of their way to take off and re attach my antenna. Plus they have self serve stations for wash and vacum that ALL work.

Automatic wash and manual, vacuums and cleaning products for sale. Maintained well, cards accepted at all functions. Auto wash has short drying time, roller brushes and not good for large trucks. Manual wash has a wand and suds brush, rarely any waiting.

Very clean, easy to use, great staff. I honestly just loved how clean and convenient everything was. Even the vacuum was clean and smelled good. Not like animal hair or mold like some of the other places I've been.

My son took my car there. My car looks. Amazing . They have you do it yourself but the choises you have are more than other self car washes I have been too

They just finished a huge remodel project so they place is shiny new. Still deciding how I like the new auto washer but so far results seem great!

Popped my windshield wiper off and really bent my front license plate! The wash was one of the best I have had at these types of carwashes.

The staff are very friendly and efficent. I have always liked Brown Bear Car Wash and it's nice to have one closer to home now.

Easy to do it yourself or $5 to drive through and you are done. Also has nice vacuuming stations. Lots of room.
