Lied repeatedly. Said they were on the way, they were not. Said they were at my location, they were not. Verified my address multiple times. Said they completed the call and my service was charged, they did not. I lost several thousand dollars and 5 hours of my day to a service I paid for. I understand if you have problems, we all do, but you must be honest and have some integrity with your customers. If you had told me straight up that you couldn't get here, fine, I wouldn't be happy about it but would understand, lies don't cut it. I seriously recommend that AAA drop you as a service provider.

I ve never known anyone to be honest and get right to it. I had problems with my car coming from joint base Lewis McCord from visiting my son and my car started not pulling good but it s drove slow and I made it to this shop. It took about a week before I got my car back. I must say it s running like a new 1. Thanks Amity Towing and Auto. I highly recommend Amity to anyone who needs good honest help to fix your vehicle .

If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute worst car experience I have ever in my life had. This shop is a joke of a business and full of liars and scammers. I walk into the shop when I get there and 3 people just stare at me. They don t ask how they can help, they don t even greet me. After I initiate conversation, the guy behind the desk says they ll give me a call after they look at it. For reference I drive a 2020 model car, so it has some newer technological features. A week goes by, I hear nothing, I give them a call and ask what s going on and how long it will take because no one has given me a call like they said they would. They tell me that they are looking into the problem and will give me a call back. Again, no call back. I call again. No response. I text them, no response. I call the following day, guess what? No response. At this point I have been carless for a week and a half and have no idea what is even going on. I m forced to go to the shop in person because they will not return my calls. I speak with the man in the front and he tells me that they are waiting on the parts and assures me my car will be finished most likely the following day, or the next at the latest. He also assures me that I will pay no more than a $500 deductible and everything else is covered by my insurance. I explain to him that I have called the shop multiple times and no one picks up, he apologizes and gives me his phone number, assuring that he will answer and he is so sorry. The next few days go by, still no word from them again. It s been nearly 3 weeks they ve had my car and not once communicated what s taking so long or what they are doing. Again, I call the shop and guess what? No response! So I call Jason s personal number he gave me. No response, he s out of town. I continue to call the shop number and called the number 7 times in a row before Uri rudely answers the phone and tells me she has no reason to take my calls if they have nothing to say to me. She says my car has been done for days and it s my insurance that s the problem. What excellent customer service! She proceeds to hang up on me. Even better. As I have been nothing but patient with these idiots she has the nerve to hang up on a customer who has been out of a car for over 3 weeks when it was promised one week. Finally, they start responding and inform me that my bill is actually now $2,500 and insurance only approved $1,000. Great. I don t even fight back at this point I just want my car. They tell me they are still dealing with insurance and can t give me my car back unless I want to pay in full and tell me that it s running perfectly fine and just sitting in the lot. I tell them I need my car and I can t keep dealing with this so they tell me I can come in and pay in full and have my insurance reimburse me directly. I immediately get a ride there and find Jason and Ski at my car looking very nervous. They tell me there s a few lights on but they ll go off in no time. Thought the car was fully ready just waiting on my insurance. I go inside and pay the amount as I just want my car away from these people. Get in my car just to find out that my dash board is lit up with lights that weren t even on after the accident. My airbag doesn t work, none of the buttons on my steering wheel work, and the car sounds horrible when it drives. I talk to Ski and he tells me that they ll look into it after the weekend. After the weekend he texts me and says there s nothing they can do, the shop doesn t have the technology for a car as new as mine and I need to take it to the dealership. So my perfectly working car that they said had been sitting on their lot for over a week done now needs to go to a completely new shop if I want an airbag in my driver side that works? I never even spoke to them again, but let me tell you this place is the absolute shadiest business I have ever encountered and the least professional. Not only did they send me away with thousands of dollars more car problems than what they fixed , they disrespected me, wasted my time and money.

My car needed to be towed this weekend and was towed about 40 miles by Andrew with Amity. AAA messed up my roadside assistance request and tried to send them somewhere totally different but Andrew figured it out, called me and was able to find me and get my car home. After my stressful and very cold morning, Andrew was cheerful, helpful, and had his truck totally warmed up for the ride. I definitely recommend their service.

Called early morning to ask if they could do a last minute alternator replacement, they got me in immediately and fixed it within an hour and a half! So kind and understanding.

Run away ! Brought my 2013 vw Jetta in here for engine repair sat there for over a month and a half with no communication from them then on a Monday they sent me text saying it would cost 3k to do the job and wanted to know if they should proceed I work full time and didn t have time to responded on Monday then they texted me on they would have my car towed by Friday on a Wednesday I responded on Wednesday went in on Thursday and my car was already towed tried talking to the owner who said that it was my fault. Because they tried reaching out but I never got any calls just the 2 text now instead of making things right they want to point the finger would not deal with this back ally shop much more reputable shops around take your money els were

Bryan is awesome. He helped us get back on the road when no one else had an opening for months. Our Camper axel was shot and we picked up all the parts and got our camper into his shop. We replaced both axels, bearings, springs, tires, brakes and if it hadn't been for him we would still be stuck and would had to wait to find a way to get out trailer back home. Highly recommend. First photo is after repairs and 2nd is before. The camper axels were underrated so we had to upgrade. He also did the welding on the axel. You'd be hard pressed to find a more legit, fast, honest and trustworthy mechanic and towing service. Thank you again.

My 80yr old parents went in for an oil change and to have the their car given a once over before heading on a trip. Being the oldest, I'm very protective and have seen my father taken advantage of numerous times so was frustrated he went without me. Speaking with my mother, she said you all treated them warmly and rather than trying to up sale work, you did a few at no charge while charging them a really fair price for the oil change. Absolutely recommend Amity Towing/Auto Repair/Sales to any and everyone.Service: Oil change

So they picked my car up for me and towed it my insurance is through farmers and I was so well respected day politely gave me the front seat treated me like the utmost respect as a lady I almost had a tear in my eye cuz there's not a lot of young men these days that show that much respect to a woman I would recommend this tow company to anyone thank you to Farmers and thank you to you both drivers and the service and God bless you on your journey and I hope you guys have a great day

Brian and Yuri of Amity towing are amazing. After getting the run around and projected three hour wait time from AAA after a slipped timing belt and internal engine damage left my wife and I and two young children stranded on the side of the I-90 they showed up in 20 minutes and got us and our car (overloaded with gear) off the highway and back to their shop. Despite being very busy they found a way to make time the following day to tow it 192 miles back to our home and even stored it inside their shop overnight to keep all of our gear and bikes safe. We can t thank them enough for their courteous, professional and incredibly kind and accommodating handling of our stressful situation.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling, Local hauling

Terrible customer service. The guy came extremely late to tow my pickup with a tow truck and didn't know how to hook it up or even back up his tow truck.

I had some brake work done here in December and recently had an incident where something needed to be re-done. They honored it and guaranteed their work as well as give me a free tow, I appreciate the extra mile they went and the communication as well. I called about ignition coils on Thursday, and they squeezed me in on Friday. Great service and they kept to their estimate. Great communications also. It is not easy to find a trustworthy shop. Feeling a bit stranded being an hour from home, we ran into truck issues in the evening. All other places were closed but Amity returned my call quickly and they got us in right away! That never happens at car places!On top of that, we were given an honest evaluation and they worked until the truck was fixed so we could make it home.May God bless you and your family as He blessed us through your good service!

They were supposed to tow my car to a nearby shop because my starter was dead but I was very much impressed with David Z. when he was able to start my car. He was very articulate on explaining things how my alternator was good and the life of my battery as well. I HIGHLY recommend him

Amity towing and auto repair saved my vacation road-trip for me and my granddaughter! It was Rodeo weekend in Cheney and my Volvo AC Compressor seized up. Not only was Brian willing to fix on a Saturday but his wife drove about 30 miles to pick up the replacement part!I have never had such a good auto repair experience. We were stranded on the highway for 4 hours waiting for AAA to find a tow truck that could haul us. I called and explained our situation. They brought the parts and supplies to fix our truck on the side of the highway. Amazing people and service!

Truck broke down and needed it towed. Andrew the driver was on time, really good at what he did, and got it taken care of way faster than the last tow truck driver I used. I appreciate the good service and hope that young man the best of luck.

My four kids and I found ourselves broken down on I-90 East on a 105+ degree day. I was on the phone with AAA for 30 mins to line up a tow truck and Amity was there within 15 minutes! Brian and Yuri (owners) even came in a second truck, on their day off, to help transport all 5 of us back to the shop. They fed the girls popsicles while we waited for my husband to get to Cheney from MT. Brian was able to get us back on the road in under 24 hours and I couldn t be more grateful for their help and knowledge!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Car towing

My tire blew and had brake problems 1400 miles away from home 1:00 in the morning on a Saturday, not knowing what was about to happen! As soon Brian arrived i knew i was in good hands by how fast he reacted and gave me information and what we needed to do to get it fixed. He kept me informed the whole time as he was looking at everything and made sure i didn't have any other issues with my vehicle before i got on my way back home. Brian, you are a blessing to me thank you so much for all your hard work and hospitality !

Our transmission blew all the fluid out in the middle of nowhere on I-70. We got it towed to Oakley, KS and of course, it was Sunday and nothing was open. I googled mobile mechanics and found Brian with Pro Tech transmissions at 8:30am on a Sunday. He was happy to help within an hour of my call and the fee for him to come to us was a lot cheaper than I expected. He thoroughly evaluated our transmission, didn t try to sell us extra things we didn t need and gave us a genuinely caring and knowledgeable explanation. The total charge for over an hour of work, 3 quarts of transmission fluid and evaluation plus the fee for driving to us was way less than what I expected. Really thankful for his availability and for helping us get back on the road.

Went in to ask a question about my car. They looked at it and diagnosed it in a few minutes. Brought it back in for them to repair. While there they looked at my husband's jeep and fixed the noise right away. I would highly recommend.

Let s just start with honest, efficient and top notch quality. My father and I are on our first father son cross country wheeling adventure. We ran into some issues with our setup outside of Colby Kansas. I located brian via google reviews. It was a weekend and brian answered right away and more then happy to come assist. While we were at his complete mercy for repairs as it was after hours and the weekend we couldn t have found a more perfect fit. Not only did Brian get us in first thing he helped assess our repairs with ethics. Brian is ASE certified and knows exactly what he is doing. We highly recommend Brian and Pro-tech auto works.Thanks again Brian you helped make our adventure !!

Best experience! Our family vacation was saved and we are so so happy and thankful for such an honest and helpful mechanic when we needed one the most! Our van was breaking down and we barely made it into Oakley. It was Sunday and most places were closed so it felt like a miracle that Pro Tech is open 24hrs. He had us fixed up in no time and we are able to continue on our trip. Would recommend to anyone!!!
