Professional, easy going and very helpful in working with you. I had NO problems with my car after picking it up and driving. I have had where my car was work-on and it never left the dealership parking after paying for it and it was supposed to be working.So when you find a company that does what they say, you would be happy to give wonderful reviews that reflect their work and communicate.Keep up the good work!I will be back!

Kendra is super nice and helpful. Remembered me from last time I came in months ago, she fixed my tire pressure (on dashboard) without me asking or even mentioning it, in the mean time I ve brought my car to les Schwab 2-3 times and they just tell me my air pressure sensor is off. And to not worry about it.

We have been going to AMG for years and we use them for almost all our vehicle repair needs. They are knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and prompt. They were very professional and straightforward. I originally wanted a transmission flush and/or diagnostics because I wasn t sure what was wrong with my vehicle and it was suggested to start with diagnostics instead of possibly wasting money where it may not be needed. I wanted a front end alignment and check brakes. They said they send the frontend alignment to another shop as they don't have the equipment. Takes 2 days. Also said he would call with an estimate of the brakes later that morning. Didn't even have the truck in the shop all that day. Parked out on road across street. I called the next morning and they said they were just pulling it in the shop. I Called back later as noone had called me. Ended picking up the truck with just a front end check done. Said brakes were good. Didn't want a front end check done. Wanted an alignment. I won't be going back there.

I've learned from a few experiences with them that I can TRUST them to be smart, skilled, and polite. I'm glad they're around because like everyone else, when my vehicle won't work life gets difficult real quick.

Araron and his staff at AMG auto ran a diagnostic on my car, which led to a tuneup. The car finally had power, the repairs were quick, the staff asked me questions instead of assuming. Six months later my car blows a spark plug on the freeway, so I have it towed to AMG. They complete the work for free on the remote chance that it was connected to their tune up! I LOVE this shop. They are very honest and trustworthy and they do a great job .I had a terrible problem with the starter in my car. I sadly took my car to a different place and they didn't fix it right and charged me a lot of money. AMG fixed the problem for less money. This is the BEST place to go.!!!! I want to thank Aaron for being honest and taking care of me. Great guy.

I'm so happy to have found this repair shop!!!!! Because being a single mother with little knowledge about vehicle repair I feel I have always been an easy target for repair shops to take advantage of me and over charge me, make me think I need to get more repairs than the car actually needs and the list goes on and on but AMG AUTO from the beginning was absolutely amazing! I was Lucky enough to have gotten to work with SETH, he was awesome, extremely honest about everything no hidden charges or repairs or anything like that, he explained things to me so I understood everything and I wasn't confused or anything of the sorts I felt very comfortable and he did an amazing job and went above and beyond to get my car back to me asap. At a very reasonable price! I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle repairs and will recommend SETH & AMG auto to any and everyone! Thanks AMG Auto!!! Especially SETH you are the Man!!! So far definitely one of the better shops I've ever been to. Typically I don't like to bring my truck into shops and I'd rather do it myself because of many bad experiences but these guys changed my mind on it. A previous shop botched a job and they fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. They had found the mistake within an hour and my truck was ready by the next day. Their prices are at about a middle point in terms of shops but it's definitely worth it. Compared to what I've heard of other shops in Cheney, you'd save a lot of headache by going here. They also never tried to sell me on having to replace other parts which is a great change from money hungry shops that will try to throw parts at many things unrelated to the initial visit.

Took my LR3 Land Rover in to have brake pads and sensors replaced. Purchased the parts online, and they had no problem doing the work for me. I also asked them to do an oil change. Very happy with the work they did. Reasonable prices.

am not one to complain about a company. as for AMG auto here in Cheney Wa. I took my truck to them for many repairs and unfortunately they didn't get them fixed. I took my 2009 Doge ram 1500 with a cylinder 6 misfire i took it to them and they did a repair and said it would fix it. well it didn't and i took it back and again they did work said it would be fixed nd i have paid well over what i should of it still isn't fixed and now they said bring it back in and they will try again to diagnose it. i don't know how other peoples experience have gone but as for me i really wish they would stand by there work,

They do a good job on repairs. Good local business. Competitive with other repair shops around the area. Only issues I've come across with them is communication on certain things like calling when the vehicle was done or if uncertain about something calling to ask questions. Just recently found out they discontinued their Military discount. Was a big reason I also chose to do business with AMG.

This place has amazing service. My car got towed in at 1am they were able to find the problem and fix it that day and I was able to pick it up the next. Very friendly and know what they are doing. Job well done. Took my M-Benz in for electrical issues and they had to problem fixed and car running much faster then thought and for a really good price. Definitely would recommend!

I was surprised at the quality of service here. Shop even got my tire pressures perfect. I own a 2012 VW TD. My vehicle is not easy to work on. I will be coming here from now on for all repairs.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I have had nothing but good experiences with AMG Auto. First off, I love that they're a locally owned and operated business. I have had both older (2003) and newer (2016) vehicles at AMG for different services from smaller (oil changes) to bigger (timing belt service, intercooler replacement) and I feel that they're always fair and honest about price. Heck, they once even recommended me to another shop, because they knew that the other shop could do it cheaper.My only complaint about AMG is that they're often scheduling more than a week out because they're pretty busy. But then again, would you really want to take your car to a mechanic who is not busy?Keep up the good work y'all.

Needed my timing belt and water pump replaced. Called around town - repair fee was hefty, but pricing seemed competitive. Seth gave top quality customer service; couldn't be happier with him. Since the repairs, I've driven 1,000 miles without issue.

These guys are AMAZING! I'm SO glad we found them. They are more than willing to talk to us...off the clock...about a car issue and often give us advise of what we can do at home before shoveling out the big bucks. When we DO have them fix things the work is wonderful and no hidden addons or fees.Great guys Great service

By far the most honest people I have ever dealt with. I live on the other side of the country from my daughters school. She was having transmission problems, so she took it to AMG and all it was was low on fluid. It would have been so easy for them to sell me a transmission job and nobody would have been the wiser. It s nice to know there are still people out there you can trust. So if you have a child going to school in Cheney and you live out of town, this is DEFINITELY the place to go!

Great service. My truck broke down and they came out to check. They called a tow truck for me and although I was able to start the truck and drive to their shop they took the time to check it out. They did not charge me for there time and were great to work with. I hardly recommend them.

Our family was traveling back from Idaho and our diesel truck started leaking oil from the turbo. They got us in within a day although they were booked. We couldn't be more greatful and they definitely saved the day. Would recommend them to anyone great service, price, and in our case flexibility.

My engine blew on a road trip and I was towed to AMG. Seth checked out my car and we quickly came to realization that it was a goner. He is such a nice guy, he ended up driving me to Spokane to get a rental car so I could continue my trip. He also let me leave my car at his shop while I figured out what I wanted to do with it, no stress at all. I don t live in the area but, if I did I would definitely bring my car to Seth. He s trustworthy I appreciate that in a mechanic.

Very disrespectful and condescending to both me and my husband. If you are a college/ 30 year old girl, don't go! Plus sold us 4 tires 2 of which popped within a year and a half. When we tried explaining the situation the owner blamed it on us saying we were driving over nails on purpose and that no place would ever offer road hazard warranty. A quick Google search shows that multiple places in Spokane offer this. If you ever need a hole patched, go to Les Schwab which offers Free Flat Tire Repair Service! We have since used Mechanics Pride in Spokane and had much better luck.
