-The Good:The techs were very courteous.-Needs Improvement:The Auto Care Supervisor was unwilling to admit he was misinformed or wrong. Wouldn t even ask his supervisor for help.- I brought in my own oil and filter, The Manager was unwilling to do the oil change due to the difference in viscosity (0w-20 in his book, I provided 0w-40). My vehicle has 285k. I called my home Walmart store and asked the manager if we have been doing something wrong. He explained because I provided the oil and they make note on the receipt it is within their policy. I explained this to the Chelan Auto Center Manager and he was still unable to overcome his ego and talk with a manager or request assistance. He also was would not provide me with the written policy he was referring to. He also explained the vehicle needed the oil his book said and that was all he could use.The point of the customer provided oil change at Walmart is just that: the labor of replacing my oil with what I provide, period. If I wanted more I would go to a mechanic!

Went for an oil change and new wiper blades. After 3 hours i went back to check if my car was done. They said they didn't have the right oil filter so they didn't do anything to my car. I drove home and to work the next day. I decided to check the oil and found they had completely drained the oil and left it empty. This could have blown my engine. Walmart is NOT worth going to for even a simple oil change. Buyer beware!

5/5 they fixed my flat tire on the 4th of July and they did it in a professional and timely matter. They really rock!

Hour long waits multiple days with no cars in the shop. Employees are unhelpful and unfriendly other than one young guy. The business hours aren't followed, they open late and close early.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Took 3 hours to get an oil change and replace my 4 tires that i purchased there waited from 4 till closing smh.. Doesnt take that long for that ! But prices and customer service are great.
