I needed some synthetic oil, filter and wiper blades and Cris was extremely helpful! He made sure I purchased the correct amount, type and did a price match to get me the best deal. He even installed my new wiper blades on the spot! Top notch customer service and experience. Great location, customer service and prices!

The guys that work there are awesome. One even changed my windshield wipers. I got some car washing soap + Air fresheners for the car.

After finding someone to jump my dead battery, I drove to O Reilly s in Chelan. Bought a battery and they had it installed within 15 minutes in 104 degree heat. I m so glad I went there! Best service in town. Thank you!!

These guys go beyond required service to help get you what you need , super friendly , the parts the don't have oon the shelf or in stock are quickly delivered from out of house. And the price is always right. (Price matching )

A bit expensive for some parts but the guys were really helpful and helped me find a good price for what I needed. Open on Sundays when no other part stores in the area are, very convenient.

Wouldn t waste time , friendly staff however I payed 40$ for a part and within a week it broke and I returned it and they were supposed to order another part because I needed the part asap and they said it would come in the next day at 7am and I went in the next day to pick it up and the guy forgot to order the part this is ridiculous
