We had a soft tire issue with a rental car at 5:45 pm about 1.5 lonely hrs from where we were spending the night. These wonderful folks at Chelan's Les Schwab were closing up and they CHEERFULLY stayed late to fix the tire AND fed us popcorn AND JR did an amazing job evaluating and fixing the tire AND the sweet woman who answered the phone didn't charge us a dime. We're from NY and it makes us want to move here! What wonderful people and a wonderful business. Thank you! (PS Les Schwab if all your places are like this you are blessed!)

I am so grateful for the team at Chelan Les Schwab Tire Center! You guys and ladies, are beyond wonderful! I have had a heck of a time with my wheels and tires (stock) and you have worked with me to get new ones. Now, my winter wheels, are trying to be a problem, and even at 5 minutes to close, you come out with a smile and take care of my car so I can travel safe to work on Monday. Words are words, but you all are in my heart for life! Thank you for keeping us safe!!!!

I used to exclusively use Les Schwab and became disenchanted several years ago due to what I felt were questionable suggested service s and pricing. The Lake Chelan location made some headway in helping me reevaluate this assessment.I had a tire pressure sensor freak out while traveling on a Saturday through Chelan. Excellent service from helpful staff I immediately looked and reprogrammed the sensor without charge or fanfare.Thank you!

Staff was not good at keeping appointments. Dropped my car @2pm for struts & an alignment. Walked 25 min home since I didn t want to pay for Uber, paying for the appt would set me back $900. Was told it would take 3 hrs and they would call when finished. @4:40 I walked 25 minutes to get back. Staff then told me the part had arrived wrong so they hadn t done any work on my car. She said the mechanic had called me hours ago. I checked my phone for a call from them and there was none. She said it wasn t their fault the part had arrived wrong and an opening on Wednesday was available to do the work. I wasn t able to that day so we had to reschedule another time. Felt like this company didn t value my time and staff even began to help other customers before I had received my keys and I was waiting feeling very uncomfortable.Update: got my work done and their call came through tried getting a ride but ended up walking again, Staff attempted to be polite which was good. Got another quote for my brakes, but I won t be making any appointments soon, mainly because of low funds. One good thing is I was able to pay with credit so the blow wasn t too bad.

In Chelan from out of town, had a nail puncture and Les Schwab Chelan got me in and out within 1.5 hours at no charge on a busy Saturday. Great service!

We had a flat tire on our motor home ( class C) and we had to wait a while, but we ll worth it. A young gentleman helped us, and it was not an easy job. When we went to leave he said no charge. These days that s a huge deal .. THANK YOU GREAT SERVICE!!!!

Another Les Schwab in Seattle sold me a set of snow chains but I couldn t get them to fit on my van. I came by the Chelan location to get them to help. We quickly discovered that the set the Seattle store sold me was pretty much impossible to get on. Marvin made a couple of calls and found another set that fit my tires and would be much easier to get on. I made the exchange on site, and got about $3 and change back as the new set was even cheaper. Got this sorted out just in time. Same day was negotiating a parking lot in Leavenworth and got stuck with the back tires spinning. Pulled the chains out, had them on within a few minutes and was immediately unstuck. Thanks guys!

We have been life-long Les Schwab customers for tires and some other routine maintenance services. We have never had a bad experience with Schwab's until moving to Chelan. Every interaction we have had with the Chelan les schwab has been negative. The most recent instance (that prompted this review) was the most eggregious thus far.We scheduled an appointment to get our winter studded tires and wheels swapped with our summer tires and wheels (both sets of which are les schwab). Rather than receiving the quick, simple, and complimentary swapover we expected, we were given a sipping service- which we were misled to believe was $20 total, not $20 for each tire- and forced into purchasing a TPMS service which had never been previously required with minimal and sub-par explanation of the reason for the service and given no choice in the matter, leaving us with an unexpected and not agreed upon $246.41, two hour long appointment.I am extremely disappointed with the Chelan les schwab from repeated negative experiences. I sincerely hope this is an isolated issue and not representative of a larger change to the company as a whole, or else our business will not be the only market piece you lose.

I have always had a wonderful experience at your Chelan location, They worked with me over time to help me pick out the perfect lift kit, wheels, and tires to fit my 2022 Toyota 4-Runner Limited! They have always treated me with respect and they are very professional in what they do! Keep up the GREAT work Carlos, Jeff, and Angelica!!

Always amazing. Found an aluminum wheel to replace my cracked one in a single day and got it replaced. Look, you pay lots up front for the products.... But the ongoing service is where these guys make it up.

Extremely disappointed with the staff as they are making a bad name for Les Schwab. I m currently eight months pregnant and attempting to help a friend out get tires as it s truly required for her vehicle with the season approaching us and I was trying to give back to someone in need. I was informed of the wrong tire size therefore I was called back to go over the process of getting correct tires. When doing so was given the info for the correct tires but was told to just go to Wenatchee when asking if I was supposed to leave the vehicle with them until they could get these tires or what the process would actually be to get new tires placed on this car. There s a reason I m going to chelan and not Wenatchee and don t appreciate being shooed away when asking these questions. I found it completely unprofessional and rude. Two employees in specific one being a receptionist - who has no customer service skills - and one being a technician. At this point I would rather drive an hour in a foot of snow to avoid working with your employees at 8 MONTHS PREGNANT.

Worst service ever. Expected more from Les Schwab after years and years of being a loyal customer. Was told over the phone to come on down for an oil change. Told the gentleman the time I d be there. He said ok no problem, come on down and we can do that for you. I show up and they tell me it s by appointment only. When I explained what I was told over the phone, the main person told me there was nothing they could do and to go somewhere else. Explained my traveling profession and how I m absolutely screwed now if I don t get this done. Also explained that I specifically came to them because I have been coming to them for years. Still told me to go elsewhere. I will no longer be doing business with this Les Schwab. You ll get better customer service at Walmart in this town.

The team here was very considerate of making recommendations that didn't break the bank. They are honest and courteous, and I never felt like I was being ripped off.I love being able to make an appointment, so I don't have to sit and wait all day. The free Wi-Fi was great too! Fast and reliable.

This is and always has been the place to buy tires for any vehicle you own. The price and quality of work is far better than most other tire shop. The biggest reason we come back is the way you're treated after the sale. They have you covered on all sides, sometimes for free. Highly recommend any Les Schwab outlet.

Great customer service. Sometimes things just aren't as expected, but this Schwab worked through the issues to make sure all was competently taken care of. I will continue to give them my business and recomend them to others.

I was a visitor to Chelan last week, therefore was unfamiliar with any local auto parts retailers. I realized that my windshield wipers were failing and I saw the Les Schwab sign in the distance. I did not expect that wiper blades were stocked there but I stopped and asked. Carlos was gracious , helpful and willingly installed the new blades. Encountered down pours on my way home to Vancouver the next day and was extremely thankful for those new wipers!

I know Les Schwab is known for service, but wow! Super friendly, took time to talk and made sure all my questions were answered. Went out of their way to make sure my tires were there the next day. Gage was really knowledgeable and helpful!

Wow , what a patient group of professionals! They allowed me to vent my anxiety over my tire, as I was 3 hours away from a Mercedes dealership. Their service and patience allowed me to have 3 more days in glorious Chelan!!!

Took long time to check out....the blonde lady was awesome and the older gal as well. But some of the guys just didn't seem to knw how to talk or explain things to customers. Maybe they had a bad day. But Cassy was awesome!
