Absolutely great customer service And even better final work was done. They painted my rims and added the biggest tire as my jeep could handle. Very happy with the results! Would recommend their services to anyone.

Came here because of the reviews. I was not disappointed. The owners arrived a few minutes after 10. Greeted me and examined the flat tire. A hole in the side wall was not repairable. I was on my way with 2 new tires in 30 minutes.

I came in with brake issues and within a matter of minutes they properly diagnosed the problem and offered to order the parts. For someone who wasn't having a good day with car issues they certainly made the experience better! Their customer service is excellent and their prices are fair. They are very honest and I had a quality experience with them. I will be a returning customer with future car maintenance. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Great service! Quick and also very friendly. Had some super sad looking tires on our boat trailer sitting a few years and they got all of it done in about 5 minutes. Had a couple questions and they explained it real simple. They made things real easy and pleasant. I would HIGHLY recommend them any day. Also was awesome that they were open when most tire centers were closed.

Great service and very nice staff at the Chelan store. After 32 years as a Les Schwab customer, I have taken my business to Kevin s. Highly recommended.

Was visiting from out of town and was worried about the condition of my brakes. Les Schwab was NOT helpful. Luckily I discovered the friendly staff @ Kevin s Tire Service. They inspected my rear brakes for me and told me I was good to go. They even cleaned the brakes when they put it back together. Fast, friendly, and honest. Highly recommend!

I had my car breakdown unexpectedly in chelan. Luckily i found Duc at Kevin s tires. Great guy and really professional. He was able to take care of my car at a reasonable rate and did a really good job at that. Would definitely recommend him.

On a Sunday driving home to northwest WA from Winthrop we hit a huge rock and got a flat on our brand new tires. Not a single shop but Kevin s Tire Shop were open... it was our only choice for a tire replacement. However it would be our first choice from now on. They took great care of us, giving us the best tire advice and finding something that will get us home safely. They were kind and cordial and offered genuine customer service that won t be forgotten! Thank you for being open and thank you for all your help!

Had a flat tire, had to be replaced. Rolled up on my spare and within 10 minutes they were helping me and had a used (but basically new) tire on. Very reasonable prices. Very polite. Very quick. 10/10 dentists would recommend this shop.

Our starter went out halfway between Chelan and Lake Chelan State Park...got towed to Kevin's Tire Service in Chelan...Duc got the starter we needed from Wenatchee,and installed in under 5 hours!!! Plus drove to the state park and picked us up, delivered us to our car! As a retired couple who travel all over this was exceptional service! I can't say enough good things about this young man!

Duc is the man!!! Helped me find wheels and tires for my car. Love the fitment. Car looks and drives amazingly. Very patient and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend this shop. Better than Les Schwab and Discount. They also offer interest free financing which works really well with my budget.

Really nice folks here at Kevin s tire service. I waited two hours for Les Schwab to tell me that my blown tire is not covered by the warranty. These guys have me back on the road in five or 10 minutes! I appreciate you folks

Fixed my tire, barely had to wait with no appointment at a great price. What more could you want?The big name tire shop up the road would have been more expensive and I needed to leave my car for minimum 3 hours.

Kevin s tire is my new go-to for all future work! They are very friendly, super helpful, and took care of everything I asked them to. In a small town like Chelan they definitely know how to take care of us. Highly recommended.

Trust me... this is where you want to go to get your tires! Not only was the service great but the tires are excellent and I got the very best price... and I was searching all over from Yakima to Moses Lake four tires that weren't going to cost me an arm and a leg since I'm a full-time student. I just happened to be passing by them on my way to Les Schwab and thought what the heck... And that's one of the best decisions I've made! Sorry Les Schwab these guys have you beat hands down!

Service was outstanding! I had a gash in my front driver s tire and my truck was undrivable. They came to my house and fixed it on site. I would definitely do business again. Great friendly service and very reasonable prices.

My third visit To Kevin's Tire here at Lake Chelan for winter tire install ... they are a small place, yet do a GREAT BIG JOB ... NEVER had to return for a re-balance and NEVER had to return an item ... and their line is short and swift to get things done ... Highly Recommend !!!! ... ;-)

Good and Fast Service. Duck the guy out in the shop real nice guy and will help you with all the questions you might have. Will give you all the right answers.The lady out in the office she is really nice I recommend them, All my tires, brakes and oil changes I go to them!

I choose them over Les Schwab anyday! So friendly, so accommodating, and so fast!! Never any problems and they always give you a wave when you drive by :) highly recommend

Car broke down on hwy 150 , it was after every business was closed. We called kevins tire to see if they had a tow truck, their tow truck was in wenatchee and not available . Duke was so kind to give us other phone numbers for tow trucks , but we could not reach anyone. Duke said he would drive over to northshore from the southshore and help us get our car off to the side of the road . After moving our car to the side with a jump , we relized the battery was bad , and had to buy a new one . All part stores were closed , so Duke said he would meet me at the car first thing in the morning to help change the battery so I wouldn t need a tow .THANK YOU KEVIN S TIRES ,and THANK YOU DUKE !!! for easing lots of the stress that goes with your car breaking down on the side of the road after dark . YOU GOT MY BUSINESS!

i bought studded tires december 16th 2016. payed $280 come to find out they had sold me tires from 2001. already have had three repairs on the tires! now i have to spend another $270 for another set. VERY UPSETTING!!!!

Apparently their business hours mean nothing as they close whenever they feel like it, tried to come in during prime hours on a weekday and they were closed
