I explained to the shop that my car made noises once the breaks heated up. They said they couldn t repeat the noise, but they started to hear a different noise. Then proceeded to drive me around the parking lot in my car very aggressively. Now I m replacing more than just breaks.

Had front brakes done back in August, and they still make a squeaking sound. The front wheels ended up scratched up after they were removed for brake repair that day . When I asked them about it I was met with resistance and a quick "we didn't do that" behavior. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this auto shop.

Had my rear rotors, calipers and pads replaced. When my car was returned to me the right rear made a sound like metal rubbing together. Told the shop the car feels unsafe to drive and I would like them to take a look. They told me how booked up they are and how they couldn t look at it for two weeks. All the shops I ve worked for warranty their work and would want that car back immediately. Now my family is down to one vehicle for two weeks while we wait for them to fix their mistake. That doesn t work for us.

We have a 25 year Mercedes SL320 that Chad's Quick Auto has been serving for the last few years. Always excellent work but we've struggled with a water pump replacement since last year.They have replaced three water pumps since then all of themdefective even spending a week attempting to seal one of them until they could secure a good replacement. They stayed with the job until they were finally able to procure a good water pump from a different source.They were very concerned during this process that they getthis taken care of. We were impressed with the time and energy they put in dealing with the suppliers and scheduling our work as soon as the new part came in.We are very fortunate to have in the Chelan Valley such an excellent dedicated auto repair service!

These guys ARE the best! It didn't take long to get an appt. Very good people. Kind and professional. Everything done in a timely manner and they aren't afraid of my little smart car! Very reasonable prices too.Highly recommend!

Driving through town in the afternoon and realised one of my bumper brackets had broken. Unsafe to keep driving. Not from the area and didnt know where to go. Stopped in their shop and they were able to help me the same day! And they fixed it right. Very understanding and professional shop.

What an amazing place to bring your vehicle to get repaired when you re stranded. Chad and his wonderful team took care of my vehicle. I couldn t ask for a better group of people to help me out in a bad time.

Great service! My friend broke down in Wenatchee and was towed to Chelan. Shop next door could not help so went to Chad s. They squeezed her in and did an analysis and radiator/alternator replacement!!! Great staff friendly and fixed all well beyond expectations. Thank you so much!!

The alternator on our vehicle died when we were in town. They were superhelpful, replaced the alternator the next day and charged a reasonable fee. Our car broke down near Chelan & was towed to the Chad's Quick Auto. With no other place to go and although they were very busy, Chad's Quick Auto squeezed us in and fixed our broken alternator so we could get home.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair
