My wife and I bought a 5x10 dump trailer about 2yrs ago and had the best experience. These guys were very helpful and know their trailers and competitors trailers. So when it came time to buy our new enclosed trailer we went back to them. We bought a 7x16+2 v-nose trailer with tall doors. We couldn t be happier.Thank you Trailer Station of Chehalis

Bought a Durahaul tilt trailer from them yesterday, they were fantastic. Great price on the trailer, I called ahead and Colby verified trailer was there and available as I was coming from Central Washington. He had everything done within 30 minutes, they hooked me up, checked everything out and I was back on the road headed home quickly. Thank you Colby!

I purchased an Iron Bull dump trailer for Trailer Station in Chehalis. This isn t the first Iron Bull dump trailer I ve owned, so I knew I was buying the best quality dump trailer on the market. Iron Bull is an excellent choice for any task you may have requiring a dump trailer. Trailer Station in Chehalis deserve all 5 stars and more! Colby and Josh were fantastic. Very helpful and quick to get me up and going with my trailer. Zero time wasted. Very professional. fantastic customer service! Great quality trailers. I recommend Trailer Station Chehalis!!-Amos

I came to the Trailer Station on a referral from the Muffler Man Daryl. The work needing to be done on my trailer was to much for Daryl. I needed welding and some TLC because my trailer had been through a ton of miles. James was the one who I connected with at the Trailer Station. Not only did they get the work done within a day, Jsmes also fine tuned some things with my trailer that needed some attention. The cost of the work was a total score as they did not charge me for all the hours they did work on my trailer. That was over 7 hours of work and only charged for 5. Now I am back on the road again safe and sound.

I bought an Ironbull trailer a year and a half ago and I brought it in for warranty repairs. Trailer Station after those repairs actually informed me that my trailer frame was bent and I had to provide another warranty claim. I had to fight the manufacturer for a couple months without success to get the trailer fixed/replaced and Andrew from Trailer Station got involved a couple months into the process and got the manufacturer to replace my trailer with a new one. I was very appreciated of their involvement and especially Andrew's involved in handling my warranty process for the second half of the process as he was a lot more successful than me. I would recommend them for purchasing and the post-purchase security that comes with their continued support.

This was the best place making our purchase on our new Summit trailer.We were educated on all aspects prior to our purchase. Eveyone on staff is so helpful. We found we needed a taligate lift assit upon picking up our trailer. They took care of geeting a lift assist installed very quickly and works great.We will be back to purchase a dump trailer.Thank You, Colby & Joe

Just happened to stop in on our way to another Trailer sales lot. Colby greeted us and explained all they had to offer, without being high pressured, and we were sold! Him and Josh were great setting us up and explaining everything. It was also awesome to get a First Responder/Firefighter discount! Thank you Trailer Station!

I drove up, bought an aluminum 6x12 with fold down ramp and was hooked up and leaving within a half hour. Great customer service and experience. Love my trailer! Now I need a longer one and definitely choosing Trailer Station again!

We are traveling across the country and stopped at Trailer Station due to a dangerously swaying trailer. The guys came out and immediately knew what the issue was, fixed us up, and got us back on the road in no time. We highly recommend!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Worked with Joe Fletcher on getting some roll off dumpsters. He did a great job and held onto the trailers way longer than he needed to in order to make sure we were taken care of. Recommend!!!

Bought a trailer for these guys terrible customer service and they will not returned phone calls ,Especially for any repairs needed. Do not waste your time here ,if you want to buy a good trailer good elsewhere and good customer service else where. Same owners own this one plus Rochester and Shelton and Lacey areas.Good luck!!!

Paid top price for a trailer and the first time I loaded my small machine on the trailer a ramp bent!!! Now t have to pay shipping or travel 6 hr. round trip to get it. Terrible customer service, Manager Joe is no help. Buy your trailer elsewhere if you're smart.

Ordered a 6x12 Iron Bull dump trailer from them back in mid March and was told that it would be about 6 weeks before my trailer would be available. I paid the deposit and waited the 6 weeks. After the 6 week wait I reached out to Jordon a couple times to check the eta as I had made some plans to use it in May. I never got a response back. A week later I received a call from their accounting office informing me that they were canceling my order due to lack of inventory and that they would be refunding my deposit. The very next week they began advertising the trailer on Craigslist. Would give them zero stars if it were an option.

Stopped in and parked, walked to the sales office. Was greated by a guy who said he was the mechanic, i asked for a sales person. 26 minutes after that I watching this so called sales person on his phone he walked up to me, and said what do you want. I should have left other staff had walked by me and my 3 kids several times no acknowledgement at all. I told the guy I wanted a dump trailer he said, oh we don't have any. And started to walk away, since I had been standing on there lot for over 30 minutes at this time I counted all the dump trailers on the lot. There where 28. So I followed this guy and made him talk to me. I asked are none of these 28 trailers for sale. He said not sure I would have to look. I said if they are not for sale when will you get more? About a week. Then he walked off again. I feel bad for the people who own this company, they deserve better.

Stopped in with my dad to look at car trailer here. Not only were their prices high, but once we asked details about the particular trailer we were interested in, it only carried a 3 year warranty on welds. Uh what? The other companies we looked at easily had lifetime on welds. Extra points lost when we walked in the sales office and got the idiot whose desk is immediately to the left. Cuts you off mid sentence and dove into the used car sales tactics. My favorite was this: were either of you guys military ? Uh, no. Is anyone in your family military? Yeah, I suppose? Knock $100 off the price just for them .If you can get that guy to act like a total fool and clap his hands like a seal when he s trying to wedge out the competitive trailer companies like Top Notch and the others, you got the full experience. At that point, my dad and I turned and left. Most bizarre place. Needless to say we went to Top Notch up the freeway and bought a decent trailer that IS in fact painted on the bottom contrary to what this liar told us. Not only does our trailer have lifetime welds, but it was sold to us by the guy that built it. So glad we didn t do business with the arrogant barking seal at this place.

I only rated one star because I had to. Absolutely terrible service, completely unprofessional, rude employees who pass the buck time and time again, hung up on me three times because they don't want to deal with a rightfully frustrated customer. Literally told me they would not answer any more of my calls.Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, dealing with trailer station has been the worst purchasing experience of my life.Trailer station sold us a mold filled, leaky trailer as brand new. We brought it back to them as soon as possible for warranty/repair, here we are two months later and still no calls back from TS , no new information, and no repaired "New" trailer that is essentially going to be a refurbished trailer that we are still making payments on.Completely ridiculous and unacceptable.Never go to trailer station.

Quick easy service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They had exactly what I was looking for in stock just had to wait for them to put it together witch they did I the same day I purchased the trailer. The took care of everything. They even mailed my plates to my house so I didn't have to go out of my way to pick them up...

I got a Great trailer. All the employees was very friendly and helpful. The only thing did not like was a $200 fee just to file for the trailer license.

Use CAUTION when buying from here. Ordered trailer and pre paid for it back in February. Called them last month to see about trailer and they lost my order sheet. Said they would get me one here asap. Went to check on trailer yesterday. Was told by the OWNER that he would not be honoring the price I paid for trailer back in February cause prices have increased. Then was told that I needed to leave or cops would be called when expressing my feelings on situation. They screwed up and now a customer has to pay the price. A REAL SHADY BUSINESS!!

Worst experience I have ever had with a dealer. After months waiting for a ordered trailer multiple calls always ending with "we will call you back". Not once did I receive a call back in 5 months waiting. Then they wrote me a check for the amount I paid 5 months ago with little explanation. I will never go back and I will tell all my contractor contact to keep clear.
