I would like to let it be known that Dustin goes above and beyond! His customer service is what I hope customer service everywhere could be like. I ve been there twice and he remembers me and has helped me install dual batteries on my lifted F-250 (which they aren t allowed), but he was able to get the okay to do it. I am a tiny female and would not have been able to do it myself. His service is greatly appreciated!

Came in to get a new battery. Cashier was super nice & friendly. Also helped point out that the old battery that was in my car wasn't actually the right kind of battery for my 1998 Honda Civic (I bought the car already used).He was rlly helpful when you know almost nothing about cars.

They have as much personal as a good business needs and they're all cross trained versatile in order to take car of all your auto part needs fast and efficient at rush hour when there's no place else open around on a holiday weekend above and beyond great!

Went in there today and the short heavier red head lady at the counter was extremely rude. Just needed a quick walk through on something easy (not asking for them to do it in any way and tried to explain that) and she had a very negative attitude! If you re having a bad day don t take it out on your paying customers!

I purchased some general items off the shelf as well as some specific parts for my car, and the parts person (Darius) was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. Update - It was about 7:00 and it wasn't busy. I was able to get help quickly and the parts person was able to test my battery right away, and help me select a new one. Very happy with the service!

I've been in this store 3 times and each time i wasn't greeted, only stared at and ignored when i tried asking for help. Every man that came in after me gets a warm welcome and everyone offers their help.The one time i bought wipers here, it had a wrong wiper in a correctly labeled box.Took my business elsewhere and was treated like a customer.

Staff is always helpful (the few times I've been), but they didn't have the wifi adapter inwas looking for at a price i could afford. Their accessory selection always has a few more items to choose from than the other places. I got a shift knob from AutoZone a few months back that i love but i found one that is green for a better price today so I'm pretty stoked!

Came here to have my batteries tested that I bought here at this location 2 years ago. Only one was charged and it was bad. He said he didn't know where the other battery was or if they had even charged it. He was going to put it on the charger and I asked if he could look up to see if they were under warranty. He couldn't even find that I had purchased these batteries under any of my two phone numbers. I bought plenty of parts here for two separate vehicles but they can't find that I bought two batteries? I didn't even have them finish charging the other battery I just asked for it back and left and went to buy 2 new batteries at Napa. Save your time and money. Also there was a worker complaining about having to go walk around the store to find a part for a customer on the phone she obviously couldn't find it in their system and when he asked her to go look around the store she got off the phone and complained about it to another coworker isn't that there job?

These guys were great to work with!!Needed a part for a carb on my 71 C-10 and the manager knew just the part! Had me on my way in just a few minutes!!Awesome service!

Love these folks. I went in for headlight bulbs. They were out of the ones I could afford so they upgraded for the same price! Always helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.

Generally well stocked across the board in various makes of vehicles. If not in store they have no problem ordering the part in that you need.If you know what you want and what you're doing then you are fine. Otherwise, they will try to get one over on you and upsell you more than you actually need.They got a lot of really cool knik-knack gadget items in the store.

The guy that helped was really nice but there was only 5 customers and 2 of them weren't using a mask. Sorry, not shopping at a place where the business don't care about their employees safety. I manage a grocery store and absolutely no one without a mask is allowed in the store - medical condition (real or fake) or not. We'll offer to shop for them but my employees and their families safety comes first!

I had to order 3 alternators through O'Reilly's because I kept getting bad ones. I finally had to go somewhere else in oder to get my car fixed. On the second return I was treated like I was the one doing something wrong. On the third and final return customer service was not very friendly at all, I had taken my alternator somewhere else to be tested and it failed on all levels. I got my back and went somewhere else and my car runs fine now. I didn't appreciate the nasty attitude when I kept returning their parts. They also ordered the wrong part for my husband's truck twice and we had to go somewhere else because my husband needed his work truck and we did not have time to play games. Good luck if you purchase or order parts through O'Reilly's
