Noah was great to deal with! I had ordered 4 wheel bearings for my fiance, 2 came in, then the other 2 came in, so he called to tell me they were all in. Went in to p/u yesterday and someone else sold 2 of them even though he had put my name on them to reserve. I picked up the 2, pd for all 4 and told him it wasn't his fault, no worries. He jumped on the phone right then and made sure he got them the next day, today. I went right in to pick up! Thank you Noah!Merry Christmas Napa!

This isn't my primary parts house but they have always been friendly and helpful when I go in. They have knowledgeable staff that are always willing to help figure out what weird things your vehicle is doing. Keep up the good work guys!

Drove all over the place trying to find a particular wheel bolt for my derby car because places would tell me they had what I needed because they either didn't pay attention to what I was looking for or because they didn't check their inventory even after being told where I'd be driving from.I called this store out of frustration after calling and driving to close to two dozen parts stores. I gave them the specifications for what I needed over the phone and they understood the terminology and specifications. Drove 70+ miles to this store but I was more than happy to do so because the staff were knowledgeable and got stuff done in a timely fashion

Most excellent service they had 2 gauge battery wire then 4 other store had zero . It was also cut to length making it even more awesome and cheaper.! Heavy duty not junk.

Was frustrated as a staff person tried to change battery in a key fob. After taking the fob apart he checked for that particular battery...and they didn't have that size. He put it back together. I couldn't get into my car. He came outside for a smoke and I told him I couldn't access my car. He could see I was having a difficult time ...he finally said well I may have put the battery in wrong. He said if you still have trouble come in and I will try again. I had called a friend to come get me to take me home to get my extra key. Frustrating...could have had better customer service.

Friendly knowledgeable service. I pay a little more for the parts that I buy at NAPA but I believe the quality of their parts is better. This NAPA is also the best place in town to have rotors and drums resurfaced.

These guys are always really expensive! Gave me the wrong filter and gasket kit for my buddies transmission on his Dodge Dakota. Luckily they exchanged it for us even after we had tried to use that one and make it fit. It was close but no cigar!

Great people and ready to help awnser or figure out what you may need if unsure. This of course isn't like they can suggest what you need to do or where to go to find a mechanic, but for the most part they defiantly have a general knowledge of how and what you may need to repair whatever your car element may be. If your a garage or skilled mechanic i have found that theater market parts sold here are of top quality. maybe even from the same manufacure your OEM parts are produced. Beats a trip to the parts department at the stealership for less then 1/2 the price..

Waiting 30 mins to be told someone didn't order the parts in I call about the day before was enough I will shop some where else. To make matters worse the parts people working there most have no clue of the parts your looking for been told part wasnt available when I know better. Prices have went up and service down. I know of some commercial accounts they have lost due to their service.

The napa crew for most part know there business I managed a B&B auto parts for years small parts stores usually have better local sourcing

Friendly Customer service is pretty much a hit or miss here. The female employees seem to have major attitudes if you have a return or ask any questions.
