Staff are not mean or rude and most of whom I've dealt with are friendly &/or agreeable. The company as whole is a different story! Can't really speak to attitude or culture, but from most of my experiences, I've been given the impression of inefficiency and cluelessness. For one thing, it's not easy to simply make a call to your local branch, (as the main number is a central 800 line in some other state). Also, they're now on a third attempt at procuring the correct part, (which in all 3 cases had to be shipped from out of state).

This is an awesome, fantabulous, and truthful business. There was an awesome guy named Austin who is a great worker and met our. every needs, I would recommend this place to any one of the sort. I have never had an easier time finding Dodge Ram 1500 parts!

They had the exact part I needed, the Staff was the extremely helpful and nice, price was the most reasonable available, thanks very much will do business with again!!! I ve had to go back few times each time the staff is very friendly and very helpful. Price for parts is very reasonable will continue to go here for hard to find and miscellaneous parts always had positive experience at their facility. Thanks

Not gonna lie it was my first time in a junkyard. And a few days later I went back for more (wearing much more appropriate clothing for getting DIRTY)! My husband and I were looking for some specific interior parts for our car and were stoked with how big the place was & how much selection was there. I was actually glad to be there when it was cold & rainy because I m sure it d smell like butt in the sun and I don t think I would ve had as much fun dealing with all that sensory overload. Speaking of wear shoes that can handle water up to your ankles and can get muddy af. It s imperative for a good time here.Clearly I m not sure how to write a review for a junkyard, so I ll just say that Austin was especially friendly and helpful and the other guys that helped us out were great too.

I wouldn't give them any stars! I spent $150 on two seats for a Hyundai Accent. They were the wrong seats. I initially spoke to Stephen then Randy. I made several calls and trips out to their Graham location then they sent me to their Napavine location twice. I still never got the correct seats and am stuck with seats that don't fit my car. All they did was waste my time and gas on a wild goose chase. They probably thought it was a joke. They could have just been honest and told me they didn't have the seats. I got frustrated at being given the run around and finally stopped going out there and calling because it became obvious they weren't serious about me getting the seats I needed. The one guy there clearly hadn't seen a Muslim woman before and didn't know how to act. They are crooks and I hope they enjoyed their jokes!

I went in for a small part for my tailgate on my 97 Ford one ton found the part removed it and took it in. Thier parts are extremely reasonable and the desk help was helpful and courteous

Awesome service today. Had several trucks in my model and year range. Easy to locate what I needed with the help of friendly staff. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Way overpriced damaged junk. They made me drive 4 hours away to replace damaged parts and didn't have them when I got there. Rodney promised me he'd fix it, never heard from them again.

The place is vast! They couldn t find the model of the car I was looking for but I found one in the yard. Once I had gave the number of the car I found to the clerk he was able to locate more of that model. I ll be back with my tools.

Unfortunately my email and message were left unanswered. Then I finally decided to go in. The price I was quoted for 4 used tires $300, was higher than the price I got from Walmart brand new $296. Used tires should not be over the $40-$50 price range.

Second time in two weeks they have bailed me out of a jam. I'm from out of town and they made the experience easy, friendly, inexpensive and I found everything I was looking for to fix up the old farm truck. The yardmen are helpful and will point you in the right direction and lend a hand when you're over your head. I'll be back.

After calling numerous times about our missing car, we actually drove out here. Poor attitudes, no interest in the car nor the reward, we left with absolutely no information nor any desire to return for anything we might need in the future.

Not the best customer service, but they have cars and you can go grab parts. They have a proper inventory, and most cars are in the row they say they re in.

Super helpful for me and my sister when looking for a part, took time to explain the layout of the yard so we could find the vehicles we were looking for. Had some laughs on the way out the door and an overall pleasant experience.

Great Custy Service With Rare Window!Whoever helped me was texting me photos of the window from the yard while I was on the phone with him, and got it sent to my local BR Wrecking in 2 Days. Subaru couldn't even find this window and it saved me $350!

I absolutely love this place, very nice employees , great customer service, prices are fair, I haven t had to go anywhere else, in fact I am going again today, yeah my cars haven t been the best, but, they get a nice makeover thanks to these guys and their good prices.

Went here to get a window for my truck. Been going here for years. Female was very helpful with information and ordering of item. Enjoyed joking around with. Went back to pickup item a few days later male was being harassed by a customer in a negative way when I walked in. Male employee handle the problem very professionally and adult like. This place has always been my place to go to for parts on my truck that you can't buy new. See you soon for a window mechanism. I miss seeing Jack up front....

I've had multiple really great experiences here. I have got a bunch of parts from them that were all in great condition they didn't try to sell me s*** parts like some other places do and they usually give a price break if they can. It's honestly a great place to utilize if your looking for parts
