My 2004 Winnebago adventurer dash cluster was bad so I sent it into ultra RV products and they rebuilt it and sent it back in a very fast, timely manner installed it and it works perfect. I had another issue and ken help me on the phone with that issue not related to the cluster, but he help me fix it anyways. This is the second time I ve used them for something on one of my RVs in the past years and have always been satisfied with their service and products.

I ordered parts for my RV and spent over 3.000 dollars. I was told the products would be here on time and they where shipped. This was not the case. The parts where never shipped and I am leaving this week for a 5000 mile trip. I was told the weather was bad and the parts where not shipped on Friday. The parts where supposed to be here on Friday not shipped. This company has caused me major problems now with no time to correct this.I do not recomend doing business with them as I was lied to and deceived.Thanks Ultra RV for the proper treatment, was so appreciated.

I order by phone OEM parts for workhorse drive belt.They send me Micro-v (k061031) instead.I pay sixty five thirty two for about twenty dollar belt.I send back next day but they pay me back forty dollar sixty cents.(twenty four dollar seventy two charged.)I ask why with email. No answer. Block(?).They should stop send aftermarket parts with OEM parts price.This is not customer mistake.Please.

A GOOD COMPANY will stand up for the customer to the manufacturer when the customer is right. That's what ULTRA did for me when the manufacturer denied my core fee reimbursement. Thank you Rosa for listening to me and escalating my situation to John, the Manager. Thank you John for not backing down from the manufacturer and demanding my full core fee reimbursement. If the reader is searching for a company you can trust...stop your search, you found Ultra.

Already actually posted this but once again very happy with their RV knowledge and how quickly the parts are delivered from the States. Will buy here again if needed. Don't be afraid to call them if you are unsure of something. They do their darkest to help.

I have ordered from them twice and would again in part due to their great customer service. I opted for VIN matching both times and the parts worked flawlessly.

Excellent service. Jay at parts department got my kit together for my 2001 Chevy 2500 HD 8.1 timing chain upgrade. I order the kit on Friday and it was at my front door in Los Angeles by Sunday afternoon. I will most definitely be recommending ultra Rv to family and friends. Thank you
