My vehicle's' thermostat went on the fritz traveling home to Seattle from Portland and I needed to find a reliable auto repair shop stat!All within the same day, the PM Auto team diagnosed my problem, thoroughly explored all possible reasons for said problem and then replaced the part getting me back on the road in no time!And all with excellent and personable customer care to boot!It was an unfortunate event for me yet I was super fortunate to have PM Auto there to help me in my time of need.

Paul Michael and Denae are the best! We were coming down from Vancouver Canada on our way to California when our check engine light came on due to a cylinder misfire. We brought it to them right at 7:30am without an appointment and they were able to get us in almost immediately. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue, get parts and we were on our way by the early afternoon. The price they charged was very fair and the service was top notch. Would definitely recommend to anybody!

Took our Subaru Legacy into PM auto to get the brakes replaced. They did a great job, they worked so quickly. The communication was amazing. The explanation of the work done was the best especially for someone know doesn t know much about cars. I appreciate having auto mechanic that we trust.We will be taking all of our vehicles to PM auto!

PM auto is such a welcoming place to go. My husband and I have had some serious bad luck with car issues and we felt every where we went we would leave feeling scammed and ripped off. As soon as we walked into pm auto they truly made us feel at ease and were willing to go the extra mile to make sure my car was worth putting a big chunk of repairs into it. They communicated every step of the way. We truly appreciate PM auto and they will have us as returning customers.

Pastor Brad Brenner Helped Us Get Our Car repaired through your business at the first two weeks of March, 2024. My name is Lewis Parnell. It was the little Green 1995 Toyota Camry . Connie and I are Super Impressed and Blown Away with the Service and repair. When we lifted the hood and saw the engine and how shiny and new everything looked. The car is running beautifully! We do have a couple of questions. Can we please get a copy from you that shows all the repairs that were done, Pastor Brad never gave us a copy for our records and warranty use.I think Brad said told us the R CV axel, the valve cover gasket and motor mounts.Oh, and the oil changed.We were curious if you had changed any of the fuses for the dashboard, stereo, clock?All of a sudden yesterday all three stopped working so we checked and found one #15 fuse that blew. The car definitely has a lot more power, and we noticed the alternator looks newer and bigger than we d remembered it before. Maybe now that there s so much more power , that might be the case? We are going to refer everyone we know to go to your business for auto repair etc we give you a 10 out of 10, and 5 Star Rating. Your Mechanics have completely transformed the entire performance of our car, amazing job guys. It s hard to find an Honest Mechanic that doesn t try to take advantage of a person and charge 10 x more than they should have. Your work is outstanding and your business is so clean and professional and friendly.

When I take my car to PM Auto, it is obvious that the staff cares about the job they do and the service they provide. I have witnessed customers walk into the shop, and be greeted like old friends.I love that I feel my experience there is personalized. By giving me the option on how I receive information, I can read a text conveniently when calls, voicemails and emails often get buried when life gets busy. I like that I get a print out of the inspection that is done so I get to decide when and what gets fixed on my car. For me that is so helpful.When I walk in they know me, know my car and I am never put on the spot with an unexpected expense.I wouldn't trust to take my car to anyone else.

Super friendly and very fairly priced! I dropped my car off in the morning and within a few hours it was ready for me to pick up. The waiting area is cute and inviting and overall I had a good experience with PM automotive. Will definitely be back for any future car work needed.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

My son-in-law in Tumwater, has issues with his used pickup and I went in to PM Auto get some advice as to his options wether to repair, sell or just outright purchase another used car. Paul took the time to run the numbers of the different scenarios and worked a quote for my son-in-law to make an educated decision. Truly a trustworthy shop. Thank you Paul.

I wish I could give beyond 5 stars! I called Paul knowing i would need my car towed hearing that i only lived a few minutes down the street he came to me and saved me money with a free look over of my car! couldn't have asked for a better saving grace in a time of need. will never chose another mechanic. thank you!!

I m really grateful for my experience here. I really felt heard the entire time, and they were really communicative throughout the entire process. The prices were definitely fair. Without the caring help or these people I think my summer would ve ended so much worse off.When I had my car towed here the tow truck driver said 0h I love those guys , I can see why, me too.Services: Electrical repair, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle safety inspection

I hate going to car repair shops because they always charge you insanely high prices but PM Auto was by far the cheapest place in town and their work is back by a warranty. And everyone I spoke with was so helpful and polite. It was one of my best customer service experiences. Thank you do much.

I LOVE this shop. They are kind and honest people. Will not screw you over, and I had an overall amazing experience. Knowing they have my back takes away much of life's ongoing anxieties. This is and always will be my shop of choice! The mechanic is reliable and knows his stuff, His experience goes above and beyond. The receptionist is the best. She always makes the schedule work for me and has some knowledge about cars and auto work. She is also very warm and inviting, i have tradgedy after tradgedy this last couple of years; She never fails to put a smile on my face and makes me feel like part of the PM Auto family. If i could give higher praise, then 5 stars i would. I trust the mechanic and you should too!

PM auto Is great! I had a transmission issue on my truck, PM Auto got me In quickly. PM also recognized another issue with a misfiring injector, communicated that with me, and got parts to fix it right away. Prices are good, and service is great. I recommend PM Auto to anyone in need of a mechanic.

The starter in my truck was failing and I was looking for a shop that could get me in quickly and that had great reviews. PM AUTO covered both those bases! Showed up in the morning and they were able to squeeze me in and complete the repair the same day. Both the morning and afternoon office staff were super friendly and the tech/owner I spoke with was very courteous and professional. Bill was spot on with estimate which was very reasonable and I got a follow up thank you text. We will definitely be back for repairs/service on our other vehicles and be encouraging people we know to contact PM Auto for their repair/service needs!Service: Electrical repair

Highly recommend this shop! We were in need of some pretty extensive work for our Camaro. Upon making a few phone calls I was put in contact with PM auto from other shops. Denae was awesome every step of the way ..even when letting me down haha. From the start she thoroughly explained their process, fees, etc. Answered every question I had. She kept me updated on EVERYTHING with easy to access estimates immediately after our phone calls. I was anticipating the car would be done later than it actually was. For what we had done i can tell you they are very reasonably priced. Thank you guys so much!

Fantastic service! We made an emergency stop on our way to Seattle when we heard a strange noise coming from one of the wheels. We found PM Auto and they took the time to do a test drive and diagnosed the problem. Luckily it was an easy fix. They were so friendly and so helpful. The rest of our trip will be worry free thanks to them!

Extremely helpful when I broke down , I was in a pinch in the worst way. Called them and had truck towed in and they got me right in. Took me to my hotel and then stayed late to fix my truck and then came to pick me up. Everyone was super nice, very helpful when I was in total stress overload from the whole situation. Would highly recommend.

They were open on a holiday when I was heading back from camping and broke down. Owner is knowledgeable and explained the issue with my car in great detail and what he would suggest in the future. Receptionist was very kind as well. Fun toy trains in the lobby and they let us pick what to watch on the Roku. Would recommend!

Having just read a review left by Kambill, I would copy her word for word, but that wouldn't be right...so I'll just use some her perfectly worded review.I was in Centralia and had time to kill while waiting for someone. The oil in my Fiesta hadn't been changed for way too long. I had been told that the plug was in too tight. I don't use those big chain companies and called a couple places before I called PM Auto. They made time to get me in right away! How often does that happen?I also found them to be good and kind people that want to just help other people. They are honest and upfront. They tell you exactly what is happening and make sure you understand. They coordinate with a local auto supply store and had ordered a replacement plug before I even got there.The mechanic is reliable and knows his stuff. The receptionist is THE best. She made the schedule work for me and has some knowledge about cars and auto work. She is warm and inviting, and made me feel like we were old friends. We even watched Rapunzel together.I live in Tumwater and PM Auto won me over. I'll be back and highly recommend them to anyone.

Price is high. Tried to play the guessing game with me about a an ongoing wobble I had troubles with. Gave me a list of possible solutions and what needed to be replaced after certain mileage for maintenance. Not what I went to them for. (Come to find out from a different shop it was a wheel bearing and tires needed balanced.) Obviously there s no communication between staff in PM Auto on what needs to be done on customer vehicles in order to have a solution to the actual problem. After being an auto tech and auto collision tech for 8 years, I was frustrated with their auto care service and was concerned with the technician s level of certification and amount of experience years in auto service that was assigned to my vehicle.

PM Auto is the automobile shop that I trust, and the only shop I recommend to friends and family. Great folks and honest work. They'll take good care of you, and clearly explain what needs to be done, so you feel good about your visit. They are always fair on price, and will work with you and your schedule. I found PM Auto last yr trying to locate a shop to diagnose my Honda as my regular shop couldn't. Success! Problem diagnosed! Totally different problem w/ different vehicle w/ extra complications and my regular shop declined the work. PM Auto didn't! Success.....again!
