Purchased the Pace Edwards/Leer"Full Metal Matte Black JackRabbit Tonneau Cover." This is� Pace Edwards' top of the line res. cover. It came with 3 year warranty. Payed $1,931.34.With 2-3 inches of snow the cover was dented and broke away from side-rail. I called for warranty coverage. Rep. wanted pictures, I sent them, and a video showing how the it barely was able to be moved, (10-12"). He warned me that he may not get back to me in a timely manner since he's the only employee covering issues. I placed numerous calls and voice messages to him (in 1 week period), I finally got a hold of him, and discussed the pictures,he requested more pictures. I sent more. Again, I eventually got a hold of him (1 week period).I then pleaded my case regarding the price I payed for their top of the line, heavy duty cover, and also the 3yr. warranty that will expire in 8 mos. from the day I called. The rep. stated they do not cover snow damage, and I simply had to pay to get it repaired. I requested a replacement, he denied the request, and stated to call around and let him know what the repair shops say, to see if he could help out in any way. I then reached out to repair shops and sent pics to my professional repair shop, and they replied that they did not think they could repair it. I called Pace Edwards again and same rep. stated in so many wordsthat I had to deal with it. I asked for their recommended shop in my general area that could repair it, he said he did not have a list to support me. After 2 weeks of back and forth, I requested he elevate to his supervisor. He stated the supervisor would want even more pics. I sent them. He said he would elevate it to his supervisor.After several more attempts in a 2 week period to contact the rep. for a total of 4 weeks from initial call, I was able reach him. His responce to my followup call was that his supervision denied my request. They should work on customer service, to include honoring a fair, real, and respectable product warranty.

Do not buy! Spend your money wisely! This is what happens after 3 to 4 years even taking care of it with 360 protectant! Their customer service is horrible and now fighting this in BBB. I hope you all make better choices than I did! They blown me off trying to make me go away! Do not spend 1000 dollars that only lasts 3 to 4 years!!!!

I bought a truck with a jackrabbit cover by pace Edwards installed by the privous owner, and i couldn't be more pleased with it. it rolls smooth, is easy to clean and service. water resistant and keeps nosy eyes off my truck contents. its ability to lock partially closed is great for streamlining with awkward cargo or covering the toolbox while allowing space for a wheelbarrow further back. a great product that greatly increses the utility of my truck.

Installed myself the Pace Edwards Ultragroove electric on a 2020 F150 and could not be more pleased with the topper and Pace Edwards tech support. Literally the best mod I have ever purchased for any truck I have owned. So glad I did not settle for other alternatives.

I was 5 days in to a 30 day road trip when my Jackrabbit cover refused to open. I immediately contacted Pace and hooked up with Tony who helped me diagnose the problem. A small plastic guide was the culprit, but unfortunately, I couldn't fix it on the road. I didn't know the status of my warranty until I returned home where I discovered it had lapsed. When I contacted Tony to ask where I could source the part he told me that a replacement would arrive at my home shortly, free of charge. Thank you Pace.

Thank you so much to Tony Torres for finding my order and getting everything worked out. Without Tony, I would have been a very angry customer. He has been great to work with. Thank you Pace Edwards for the quality tonneau cover and thank you again for all your hard work Tony.
