I trust O'Riley's to keep these three ladies happy. I get the parts for the F-250 and the Chrysler from them and my cleaning supplies for the Harley there almost exclusively!

I needed to purchase a timing belt for my car. I looked everywhere for one. I called O'Reilly and they had one. I picked it up the next day. And it was reasonably priced. And came with a 3 year warranty.

Came into the store today to buy Lucas oil stabilizer to help with preventing blow by in my girlfriends car. When I came up to the counter to check out, one of the employees there named Noah asked whether it was for a new car or old car. We told him it was for a newer car and he responded that we shouldn't buy it and didn't even ask why we wanted it. He then suggested that we buy some other additive that they didn't have again without even asking what we were buying it for. I then asked him why we shouldn't buy the additive and he responded that it was too thick. The whole point of this oil additive is for it to be thick because it prevents leaks and blow by. I highly suggest doing your own reserch people. Just because someone works at a parts store doesn't mean that they know what they are talking about.

Just stepped into this store today 10/25 @ about 2:15pm. Customer service stinks. Never seen such racist behavior face to face. Waiting in line for service next @ counter and they help a walk in first. Brought it to their attention and the man says, I did not see you standing there. Mind you I am brown and all the others in the store working the counter were white. Of course you didn't see me because there was no eye contact when I walked in.Your CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS, and RACIST AS HELL.My money is just as green as the next person. I will make sure, that I call your head office and district and get you educated fast.

Excellent customer service; spent a lot of time answering our questions and making sure we were getting the solution that we felt most comfortable with; not just trying to sell us something. In the end we bought a new battery and they switched it out for us.

I WAS going to go in to buy something, but the rude female employee outside said I was not allowed to park where I had, right next to the customer parking only sign. I'll take my business someplace else.

I'm a long time local and I've used O'Reilly's consistently for the last 15 years on all my vehicles and have ranged from light Chevy vehicles to medium size pickups heavy full size passenger cars I always get the right products with their help. And I'd say in 15 years and virtually two errors and all that time and one was because they had to order from the factory and not their RDC and the other was just my mistake

While on vacation we started having issues with our truck. We found this store and Mike, Asst Manager was amazing. He went, in our opinion, above and beyond to help us. The rest of the staff we came in contact with were very nice as well.We highly recommend this store and be sure to have Mike help you. Customer service is always really all over the place. No one seems to know what they are doing, though there's generally about 4 to 5 dudes working at one time. They all seem really friendly, just the actual help with products, prices and purchase is lacking. Prices are good though!!

It's official, if it wasn't for Ralph and Jose this place would be a complete waste of time. Repeatedly told parts will be set aside with name, never ever happens and no clue aboutituponarrival. He is epic and patient. He helped me with parts for multiple vehicles and gave me bits of advice along the way. I appreciate the effort and concern. Other than Chris being condescending and rude when answering questions pertaining to his job, I now believe the team has the best intentions.It appears that the majority of the staff is not the issue but ownership, or lack thereof, may be the failure. Rating adjusted accordingly

This store treats me, a woman, very differently from my partner, a man. When I go in my expertise is repeatedly questioned and I am referred to a professional over and over, despite my saying I have it covered.This last visit was the worst when the cashiers openly snickered when I told them their website was significantly cheaper than what they were trying to sell me. Will not be returning or buying online. Do better.

Never had a complaint about an O'Reilly's until today ..Normally I put all my purchases on my ex-husbands shop/dealerships business account which I do have permission to use and have several times over the years which sometimes adds a small discount to certain or some items depending on what it is that's being purchased . I still pay for what I purchase at the time of purchase , so it's not like a credit account or anything where anything's charged to anyone's account , and it's not like the discounts ever anything to brag about . That and it's always just a luck of the draw thing .. sometimes something's discounted and alot of times not !! Well the shop/dealership is located in Oregon and I was at the O'Reillys located on Pearl Street in Centralia Washington who right away gave me a complete runaround and then refused to put it on the account not even knowing if there'd be a discount because the shop/dealerships located in Oregon and they weren't able to get ahold of and speak to the owner directly at the very moment they called to ask if I had in fact had permission to use said account .. I have never heard of anyone needing to be verified on an account before making a purchase or told that you can only use an account in the state in which the business is located in .. in fact ive made several purchases using the same Oregon account at the O'Reillys on Louisiana Ave in Chehalis Washington and also from the O'Reilly's near Kalama Washington as well and this was all over a ..wait for it ..$3.99 purchase ! I really don't believe I appear to be some big criminal thief of small business account discounts which is exactly how they had made me feel even after they asked and I'd given them the name of the business , the address , the owners name and told them that this wasn't that big of a deal for a $3.99 purchase and I'd just purchase it without using the shop/dealership account as it wasn't that big of a deal to me and even then ended up waiting another 10 or so minutes while they huddled in the back secretly discussing the non existent situation they'd been unnecessarily creating as they periodically peaked at me from around the corner before one of them finally came back over to the register and to ring up my purchase so I could leave ! It was absolutely ridiculous , unnecessary and quite frankly just embarrassed me making me feel as though I was trying to do something shady to possibly save a couple cents if anything on my $3.99 purchase by making something so small into this huge power trip of an ordeal !Needless to say , I won't be going back to your Centralia location again , not even if they were giving everything away for free !Seriously .. eff those a-holes !!

Very very helpful people. My hat's off to Crystal who is very knowledgeable about pretty much any car you think of or truck. Cheerful smiling you can't ask for better service I highly recommend this place

This place has always had the best service and Brad goes above and beyond to help out a customer. I highly recommend this place as the parts they provide are always correct the first time around. Even hard to find parts for my Audi.

Scott and the other counter people were very helpful, my parts were there and options for them were explained, and more detail provided when I asked. Fast friendly service was delivered with a smile and engaging conversation. I enjoyed myentire experience from the initial phone call to getting my parts with a smile and some good advice learned from experience (obviously, recommended preventing brake squeal with ceramic shoes). I'll go back.

It isn't NAPA or Morris but they always seem to have the parts I need on back order, especially since I'm always asking for stuff that is really hard to find. Plugs, seals, bearings...I can usually get the stuff delivered same day. The people here are a collective of diverse focus. One is good at recognizing old stuff, one is familiar with what can replace it with current updates, another is great with the computer. There is always someone here that can help me with every nightmare scenario.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Mike the assistant manager is very rude. I ve been in 2x recently and both times he expressed no interest in helping me so I went to auto zone where I had excellent customer service. I will never visit this oreillys again
