They had 6" foam bonnet buffing pads that I couldn't find anywhere else in town. I was amazed. The thing that I really disliked was the fact that there aren't any prices listed on anything. I instantly thought of the saying that i had heard before, "If you got to ask the price, you can't afford it!" After I did ask for the price, I ended up buying two of them!

I'm sure it's a fine store. However, there seems to be a staff shortage.

NAPA is a great store. Went to several other name brand stores to get a starter for my business truck. When pulled off shelf they did not match. Went to NAPA Centralia Washington store and the same thing. Same bracket same gear but was afraid it was not strong enough to start or last. Then manager explained it all to me about the stander is changing. Brought stater home went right in. Started the truck so easy and quietly. 87 truck starts as quietly as a new truck. Looks like a few auto part stores have lost my business an NAPA gaining one. Thanks guys see you on the next part.....

Came in for cabin filter. I told the sales person that filter looked way to big and he told me don't let the box fool ya. I drove home and it was the wrong filter. So I had to waste time and gas to go back and get the correct filter. Other than that, friendly staff and clean store.

They have what you need. The multiple people calling the shots was annoying for me as a customer to hear. I'd let the dude in the red shirt handle directing traffic so that focus can stay on the customer who has gone to your store rather than the other places. Just an observation, it's your business. thanks for having what I needed.

Looking for struts for older Ford station wagon lid. Another local parts house per their computer system couldn't help.Counterman here reached under the counter for a book, turned to a chart showing strut dimensions.He used a BOOK, & found the part, in the next day to store, & my old Ford. Old school effectiveness!Highly recommend!

One employee thinks it is Ok to argue with customer when he is not fully informed on the topic he interjected himself into. Probably will drive to the Chehalis store next time I need parts.

Friendly staff that know their stuff. Helped me out a lot in finding the right headlight replacement bulb. Then a few weeks later car battery died and they helped me with that. Both times left with a smile on my face.

Employee kept mansplaining Amsoil and would talk over me, telling me it's not worth the price, seems like he was doing the store a disservice, I wont ever go back!!

Went out for breakfast...car battery died...got a boost and went to the nearest NAPA for a battery replacement. The lady working the counter (Anna) was a BIG help. Sold me a battery and even lent me so loner tools to change it in the parking lot. Since I have never replaced the battery in the Kia before, I had a hard time trying to figure where the battery clamp was as it was not obvious. Anna came out and looked at it and then went to google it for me. Between the two of us...we got the battery out and installed the new one. Anna was an awesome help and I was impressed with NAPA. Will use NAPA again if given a choice.

Best service if your older. The atmosphere in the store is just off a little and the prices are outrageous BUT look for American made parts here they just don't sell other places

Very informative very professional polite had part ordered and in-store the very next day cuz I couldn't get anywhere else and prices very reasonable you can find voice command

Was able to get the tune up parts I needed for Sam's newly acquired collector 72 VW Beetle, and a replacement, hard to locate lawnmower ignition switch, oh boy, get to mow the yard,,.
