I got a great deal on a van from this place but will still never do business with them again and would advise everybody else not to either. My van has a wheelchair lift and had a broken cylinder, they tried to fix it before I took it home but couldn't and needed to order one. We could still work it without that cylinder as all it did was raise the little lip the chair goes over, so we put it in the contract that they would fix it and took it home. When they called and said it had come in they told me they could have it installed and I could be on my way in half an hour, so we arranged for me to come in the following day. The guy who had taken the old one off and knew how it worked wasn't there and hadn't bothered explaining to the other guy how to do it. He had absolutely no clue what he was doing. I can't blame him for that, but I could see how it worked and it would have been a 10 minute job if he'd listened to me. Instead he spent an hour and a half in it and rendered it completely inoperable.

Thanks AARon . D loves his car . Thanks for staying open to finalize your last sale for the year . To everyone else. We are happy with the purchase of our car. The car is in great condition . The price was a very fair deal. I believe all the cars on their lot are priced fair . They pick out the best cleanest vehicles out there . when you purchase a car here you will be leaving with a good car knowing you paid a fair price . I mean you can look for the same vehicle that may be a little cheaper somewhere else, but I know for a fact it will not be as in good condition and nice like Mills Motors. This day and age it is hard to find a decent car for under 9k in my experience . Before we stopped at this lot we went to the auto mall and they had used cars , but not as clean and nice like Mills and they over price the used cars and trucks. Mills Motors has all kinds of vehicles reasonably priced in my opinion . I liked the ones I looked at . Nevertheless we made the best decision and purchased the best car for us. Also, it was nice to be able to purchase a vehicle from a ma and pop car lot aka family owned small business . I like supporting our local small businesses when I can. Thanks again.

Against my better judgment after reading all the reviews on google, I went to test drive a car, liked it, and attempted to make a deal with "Jack". Unfortunately, all the vehicles in this lot are overpriced, which would be fine if they were willing to negotiate, or were nice about the firm pricing. My experience was irritating because normally a car dealership is willing to work with a potential buyer, and has some form of customer service. These dudes do not. I would rather spend 15k on the same car they wanted 10k for, if the customer service is good. It goes a long way. I did not feel as if they wanted my business, and so, I took my business elsewhere. If you are someone looking into buying a car from them; do your research, all the vehicles are over priced. Also, they posted the car I wanted as having 137k miles, and when I went to test drive it, it had 147k miles. Did I mention they were rude?

Great experience. Picked up a nice wsdot pre-owned Ford Ranger a few weeks ago. Our salesman Aaron was super friendly and expedited us through the whole sale and financing process smoothly on a hot weekend Saturday.

What a terrible experience with Mills Motor you guys suck. What happen to making sure that the costomer happy. Spent a lot of money on a vehicle that I felt was not inportant, enough to make the costomer happy, not recommend

I've been intending to write a review of my experience with Mills Motors since I bought my 2013 Chevy Cruze there 2 years ago! After looking in Olympia and dealing with the high pressure larger car lots (NO. Thank. YOU!), I went back to Mills Motors. I had a wonderful experience. No high pressure sales pitch, friendly, and personable. This car has been everything I've needed and more with absolutely no problems. I recommend Mills Motors to my family and friends looking for a good price on a great vehicle.

we dropped in, looked at a few cars, found a van and got a great trade in on our car, an awesome price for the van, they worked with me on my terms, I drove away a happy customer and didn't feel cheated in any way! 3 months later, I am still elated and would recommend them to anybody! This is an awesome little dealership and they work hard to please you. Thank you Mills Motors!

I WOULD GIVE 0 STAR RATING I COULD. Be aware when buying from mills motors. I bought from mills motors 5 years ago, it was a great vehicle. I came back to purchase another vehicle thinking in good faith I would get a great vehicle. I only got a LEMON this time. I got ripped off. I had the car for one day and the car was cutting out at 40mph+. Then the check engine light appeared. Took it into my mechanic to have a diagnostic test done. Many codes appeared on the diagnostics text. We started with the cheapest fix. Long story short, $2100 later problem still not fixed. Sat in the shop longer then I drove it, One problem after another. Aaron from mills motor wanted to order a part from amazon to have there mechanic fix it out of our pocket. What a joke!!!! Mills motor wouldn t make it right, only wated more money to trade it in. And only give me half the value what I paid for the car. I took my business to Titus wheel.

Rip offs. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE Sold my GF a "Certified Used Vehicle" for $5500 with a "Certified Used Vehicle Warranty" good for 4500 miles or 90 days which included free towing.Car brokedown less than 300 miles later. They offered to reimburse us $50 on $500+ tow bill. Didn't turn in sales information to warranty company so there was no coverage then after seized up vehicle was delivered to then via tow truck refused to refund the money.We are currently waiting to hear back from the Washington State Court system on the paperwork we filed

If I could give them no stars I would. We came in to get a vehicle for our son to get to college and work . We lent him a large portion of the balance that he is making payments on. We told his entire story. He has owned it for a month, drove it 3 times, and has paid another 700 dollars due to being in the shop more than on the road. Its disgusting and despicable that they would take advantage of a young person trying to get started in life. They absolutely knew it had issues. We talked about some of the things that DID turn out to be wrong with it which they denied. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEF'S.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! My husband and I both purchased vehicles from them. When he went to trade his in, 3 years after purchasing it, found out it had been wreaked and they only filed it with carfax after they showed us the clean one so we looked at my cars carfax and the same thing It was clean and now it says its been wreaked! No dealer will give us a decent trade in price for them because of it!

This car lot is a great place if you want help looking at cars but don't want the high-pressure sales. The staff is friendly, helpful, and able to help you find what your looking for even if it's not on their lot. They also have good financing options. I recomend.

Got the exact deal i wanted, on the exact truck i was looking for. Great guy. Very pleased with my experience there. He even came in at 9 o clock at night, twice, so i could test drive and do all the paperwork after I got off work.

We had some tyre pressure issues when we were in the neighborhood. Drove to this place and the nice gentleman helped us check the pressure and assured everything is alright. He would not take money from us too :-)

Bought 3 vehicles from Mills Motors over the past six years (GMC Envoy, GMC Sierra and a Chevy Suburban). Always had a good experience and the vehicles have been reliable.

this place is a joke DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! talked to alot of people after our experience and was told almost exact same thing we want through. so we bought a truck there and paid almost 1/2 the amount down on a 25,800 truck and a week later it broke. took to our shop and come to find out the "warrenty" they sold didn't cover it and so now we have to pay $900 to fix it. if I could give this ace -10 stars I would. just a joke. don't fall for his BS!

They suck and wouldn't fix my wife's car. There was an exhaust leak and it was so bad that filled the car with Co2 and they new about this since a week after of buying it. The air bags lights come on, same with the check engine light. Don't ever ever buy a vehicle from this place. They had the codes. Didn't bother to tell us. They suck at everything. Your basically buying a death trap.

I would highly recommend going here to get a car. They did everything they could to help me get my first car, and even got me a great deal, even when I only work a part time job. All of the cars are beautiful and cared for here. I can't recommend it enough.

Honestly worst dealership around I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from this place haven t had my car for more than 5 months and come to find out there is water in the motor and it s having so many damn problems already. I gave it to them so they could take it to there mechanics so they could fix it and turns out they didn t fix a single thing they had my car over a week and didn t fix anything in it now come to find out I need a whole new motor and they Refuse to take any responsibility or do anything to help and I purchased the extra coverage they offered I took it still they can t do anything for me is b/s

This place is a scam along with the extended warranty is all a sham. Our car after 6 months miraculously depreciated to 5k when we still had to pay 15k. FYI small places like this have no safety requirements, go to Toyota 3 miles away and talk to Nathan he saved us and got me and my wife a new car

I have always been hesitant with car dealerships, but this is one of the good spots. He was more than willing to work with me to get my family into a car. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

My brother got his car taken a couple weeks after he got it cause the financing bank decided not to finance so they canceled his contract, the sales people now refuse to give his 2500 dollar down payment back.

I went and looked at some of their cars. A lot of them were junk.they tried to sell me a car with a blown head gasket, they told me it just needed a tune-up. Don't trust this place oh, you will regret it.

Buyer BEWARE..Do NOT buy a car from Jack Mills..I'm a single mom with a child who needs a kidney transplant and I went in to get a reliable car to transport my child to medical appointments..I put 1,000 down on a 2005 hyundai with 195,000..On my way home from Mills the car was smoking from the hood when I turned Ac on and I noticed they had put a piece of black electrical tape over the air bag light as well as a strong chemical smell coming through the vents..The transmission had been making a sound then few days later on my way to seattle children's the transmission went out car wouldn't go past 35, all this within three weeks of having this lemon..The topper was Mr Mills refused to give me my tabs and licencing plates they expired on Sept 14 and still no license or tabs for the car...To me it was clearly planned to get my down payment and two months worth of payments and then not give me plates, needless to say I gave them the car back as it's not legal to drive with no tabs or plates and not safe because of the issues for my kids ..I will be in court with Mr Mills soon as my atty is working on it as we speak...DO NOT BUY this man has no problems ripping people off and putting children in unsafe cars, not to mention lying about condition of cars...I'm glad I just bought a new car elsewhere...

I just bought the car 2 week ago and I take the car for oil change and I find out they don t have Break pat on and he not told me and he is the Is I stole the money from me and I just like to work with him and he is not do that and I am not recommend this dealer to no one and it is not safe palace to bought the car and owner is super bad and he not take the responsibility for any thing please do not bought car from that car dealership thanks shamim if need more information call me I will happy to help thanks

Just recently got a car at this location. Very friendly people who try everything to make it work out. Had a great experience and highly recommend this place.
