Went to look at their vehicles for sell no one's was around the lot eventually went inside and there was a person in one of the back room that finally came to help me. Then told me they only had three cars for sale. The lot was completely so I think it's a bit ridiculous

Amazing people and amazing to deal with!!! I send everybody I know that needs work on their car, body and paint that is, or a quality used car to them.

Took both my trucks and he took forever to fix it when I got it, it still wasn t even fixed it still had issues told him to put on new headlights he did but the don t even turn on! When I got my truck back from him it had dog hairs all over the seats and I took it to him clean I wouldn t buy cars from here not reliable.

I've purchased 6 vehicles over the past few years & I've had excellent service every time I've been here. Luque's offer in house financing with zero interest. Best car dealership in Washington! Large veriety of vehicles & stand by the vehicles they sell. I've had one problem after having a car & Luque's fixed it at no charge. Very good car/truck/SUV dealership, I wouldn't buy anywhere else!!

The staff are really great. The owner has gone above and beyond during this Covid19 crisis to work with people on their payments. I appreciate everything they have done for my daughter. Also will fix any concerns with the vehicle absolutely free of charge. I will definitely not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Luques for everything.

I just bought a Chrystler 300 from Luque's, it's a very nice vehicle!! When I was first looking at it, the driver's seat was gone, and was told it was out for repair and to come back in 2 1/2 hrs @ 3:00! So I did, and IT WAS THERE!! That's got to be a first,, a car lot that keeps their word!! My car has a new paint job, so it looks awesome, new tires, interior is excellent, drives like a dream, and smells like a new car right off the showroom floor, I love it! I would recommend everyone stop in if you're looking for a vehicle, yes they're rebuilt titles, but that's not a big deal!! What I can say is..WATCH THOSE PAINT JOBS, they definitely need a better painter!!

Mr. Luque is very professional and great listener. He listened to our needs and he found a vehicle within our budget. He explained us the vehicle condition and the purchase process. This car lot is an outstanding demonstration of what " Good Business" is and should be. I recommend anyone looking for a good car buying experience to do yourself a favor and make this place your first stop bypass the BS I really can't say enough about my experience there I appreciated the customer service the special care and in the desire to just make it a good experience overall I must feel like a better person for having met him

This use to be a great place to go, the owners are nice people but lately I can't get them to answer their phones and when I go into their office, the lady that works there does not speak English and when I try to get her to understand what I'm saying she becomes rude and argument. All I wanted was a balance on my vehicles and she would only show me the amount I just paid. So frustrating! And all this for 2 cars I will not be able to resell because the titles are not good. I had the hardest time getting the onew of them insure because it had been totalled by anow insurance company already!!!If I could give them negative stars I would've. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I got my 2006 commander from here and have put 10,000 miles on it already delivering mail out of it. Thats over 600 stops a day just doing my job and have had zero issues. I will probably buy my next vehicle from them

Our family has bought 2 cars now from Luque and can honestly say he is awesome. Unlike most dealerships, new or used, he is an honest guy and cares about what he sales his customers. He makes things right if it goes wtong. We will only go to Luques.

He helped me with my down payment and did a service on the car before selling it to me I highly recommend anyone here he will work with you definitely coming back for another car these bad reviews aren t 100 honest so go ahead and take a trip down there and check them out you won t regret it

This place sales defective trucks. I bought a 1998 Chevy Silverado, the engine overheated and cracked the head, I didn't have it 3 months. They knew the engine was defective, had a nock in it, it had been in a wreck, I didn't get told any of that! I paid cash, $3000. I'm not sure if they sold it to us, without putting a new engine in it. It was from Mexico.

Went in looking for a vehicle nobody come to talk to me for about half an hour when the guy came out he immediately asked about money I told him I had a trade in and a few hundred cash and he directed me to go to another lot unless I had 1000 cash above and beyond my trade!!! What a jerk never had an experience like that.

I have bought 4 cars from this dealership and I drive from Seattle every time I need another car.Great customer service and they have excellent cars for a great price!!!!Highly recommend!!!

They are crocks they lie and steal from there customers they take the money that you put on your car and don't apply it towards your car.. all there titles for their cars are rebuilt... DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY R CROOKS!!!

Not recommend sells salvage cars at full retail price. Cars and not put back together we'll barely would pass inspection by State Patrol
