True professionals in every step of the process!!!First experience yesterday and it will not be my last! From the moment I walked in the door until I left. They took the time to listen to me. Then went over and above in every step analyzing the issue. Their team explain everything perfectly and presented all options for repairs.Thank you.

Honoring and representing all of Les Schwab s values. All of my experiences here have been true to Les Schwab s values. Everyone is very friendly and has made me feel like family. They are always willing to listen to my concerns and happy to help when providing their free services. They have earned my trust by offering to help me save money whenever possibly. I also trust the work they do. They take their time to share their knowledge and demonstrate their skills to help me understand the services I need and the services they have provided. I always see them working hard to make sure that their customers needs are met quickly. They prove that they genuinely care about doing the right thing and doing things right.

Made an online appointment for a tire rotation and battery check at 1pm. I was checked in promptly at 12:55, and exactly at one, my car was taken back, and the maintenance was perfect in a prompt and proficient manner. Only took 30 minutes in total. Considering the customer backup, an appointment is highly recommended. I am very pleased with my service.

I've been to a couple Les schwab locations but this one takes the cake. The customer service here is phenomenal and the knowledge of the staff is amazing as well. I couldn't ask for a better experience from somewhere. I went at 8:00 in the morning and asked 100 questions about tires. You guys are amazing. Please keep this up!

Slow leak, what a pain, but once a week my Les Schwab would fill my tire. For weeks. What was the matter with me ? They kept telling me, "Let us check your tire". Not me. I enjoyed going in once a week hoping it would not go flat overnight. DUH ! Anyway, it's done, I listened to my Les Schwab. I told them they could keep the nail. THANKS Les Schwab.

Absolutely awesome! We pulled in with a flat 5 minutes before they closed. They fixed it for us - thankfully since we were 100 miles from our destination on our vacation. They were extremely friendly, and made a very bad situation seem not-so-bad. We were extremely thankful for their tremendous customer service and care. Thank you!

In 2005 I had a 98 Pontiac Firebird that had just began to drag on the right rear brake or caliper or something of the sort. I was enroute from Vancouver to Centralia round trip. I came into this location and was told that my rear end was about to shatter and that my rear axle was bent. They proceeded to drain the rear end and refill it with a synthetic. WOW ok. They told me not to drive the car until I got that fixed and got a new axle. I didn't get it fixed and I drove it to South Carolina and back with zero issues other than the dragging.Today 10/12/23 I am enroute from Seattle to Portland and my lifted 06 F250 was violently shaking worse than normal so I stopped in at this location and the first young guy said my front tires were capped and needed to be rotated. He then told me that everything under my truck was great. It was all tight no leaks no wear and tear. Okay fine. He rotated my tires and Then he proceeded to "take my truck around the block". Twenty minutes later he shows back up and drives my truck back into a bay. He checks it out and informs me that my back brakes are shot. He says it will take him 45 minutes to an hour and that it's real easy. He gives me a quote I say okay he says he will be back in a few minutes. He then pulls my truck around to the front and comes inside. I say, you decided not to do my brakes? He says, oh no, I can't do it today I would have to order the parts blah blah blah Alrighty then. At that same time another more important dude says, you want your brakes done? Let me see what I can do. He sees what he can do and tells me two hours tops and tells the first young kid to pull my truck back around back. About an hour goes by and a third guy comes and gets me to show me that I have water on my bearings and that frankly he is scared to death for my truck to leave without a transmission specialist going through the whole thing and that he has never seen anything this bad before. Another hour goes by and he brings my truck around and proceeds to inform me that he can't install used parts but that it is my rear end and axle. He continues informing me that he can order the whole thing have it shipped from Texas and it would take him around three hours to bolt it up all for $6100 on the high side. He told me not to drive my truck until I get it fixed. I drove my truck 1 1/2 hours on I-5 home. It felt a lot better with the tires being rotated being that that was all they did other than Joy ride my truck enough to have taken a corner so fast that my sunglasses slid all the way across the dash hitting the passenger door hard enough to break the lens out of the frame and then left laying on the floor. He must not have thought that I have a camera in my truck. The deal with my front end is that it needs the track bar and ball joints replaced. As for my backseat vibrating from 45mph on is a mystery. Apparently, according to google all of these era trucks do this. I very well may need back brakes calipers and rotors but a rear end including the axle lol no! The steering wheel shaking violently when you stuff the brakes is an indication of no front brake shoes not rear ones. All and all it was a wasted day and waste of my time at the Centralia Les Schwab where I won't stop again not even in twenty years.

I was in Centralia last Saturday with my mom and sister, pulled into a gas station and heard what sounded like air gushing out of my tire (in a brand new 2023 car I had purchased the day before). We realized there was a rock stuck between the tread that appeared to have caused a hole, which the air was gushing out of (super unusual, I know). We came to Les Schwab, waited close to 2 hours for the tire to get checked out (I expected a wait, so this wasn't a huge deal), just for the guy to say there was nothing wrong with the tire. He said they "listened for air and didn't hear anything." I had assumed they also took the tire off and inspected it, which I guess is my own fault for not asking, although I shouldn't have had to. I didn't hear anything at this point either, and thought okay, I must be crazy. He didn't have the car jacked up when he called me over there, so I'm guessing the hole was on the pavement, preventing any sound from coming through. We get back on the road, drive about a half block, and the tire pressure light comes on. We get out, and sure enough, we hear the gushing air again. They had obviously not inspected the tire. We drove back, had the counter guy come out, and showed him the rock. They take it back in and sure enough, there was a hole. I was told they couldn't patch it. They put my spare on, and I then had to drive 60 mph for over an hour on I-5 to get home. I go to the dealership the next day, and guess what...they had no problem patching the tire. This was either laziness or just incompetence. I will say that the counter guy was super nice and apologetic, which was the only positive part of my experience, hence the 2 stars rather than 1. I'm not in Centralia often, but I would never return to this location.

On our way back from vacation, we came up limping to a rest stop 130 miles from home with a flat tire (nail) late-afternoon on a hot Friday with the wife and our two elderly dogs. Put the spare on and that blew before we were able to merge back onto I-5.After wrestling with roadside assistance through insurance and getting a 2+ hour estimate for a tow that would put us at a tire shop well after closing, we called the Les Schwab in Tumwater on Capitol Blvd. Although, they had our tire(s) in stock and we re incredibly helpful, their service crews were very backed up and we were technically a few miles out of their jurisdiction. They were, however, kind enough to call the Les Schwab in Centralia on Harrison Ave to transfer the work order, confirm tires in stock and find out the status of their roadside team. The Centralia team called us shortly after to say that they re dispatching a truck to our location. Mike showed up 30 minutes later and had us safely back on the road in no time flat (pun intended).I rarely leave reviews. I ve had nothing but positive experiences with Les Schwab in general over the past 40+ years and wanted to highlight some superior customer service, specifically these two locations who went above and beyond for a family in distress on a busy freeway.Bravo.

I had a man named Chris come out and jumped my car and air up my tire. He was very kind and got both fixed so I could get my car to the shop. everyone in the shop was very nice.

Nice people, but it's annoying when they make an appointment just to make you wait a half hour or more to be seen. Waiting room is nice but the shows they choose are annoying. The workers are very friendly! It must have been a busy day. Very clean bathrooms though!

These people are THE BEST. When we had issues 2 blocks away from the one in West Seattle they wanted to chargevus $100 and a 3 hour wait for our battery purchased from them. Not only has our local Centralia staff come to Jumpstart the car in a timely manner (we are about 4 blocks away) they have never charged us or had an attitude. They have held our car in overnight when we could not get the window up and helped us by talking thru our issue in West Seattle to decide to get a tow rather than a jump. You don't get better service than this and they have been this way for over a decade. Very consistant customer service.

Customer service is impeccable. They treat you as you should be treated as a customer. They have patience with you. I am notorious for running things over and they're always honor their tires. I will never deal with another tire shop in my life

We always shop at Les Schwab for years now and in 7 different states never had issues. We stopped to have our tires balanced and rotated. They very politely told us a few of our lug nuts needed to be replaced we asked them to replace all 5 of them on the one tire and take off my hub caps because the did not have the lug nuts that would allow my hub cap to go back on. We also asked for the other 3 lug nuts to be put in the bag with the hub caps because the guy told us they were between 5 and 10 dollars a piece (expensive). We were told all of our tires were out of balance one by 5 ounces and anytime we wanted we could get some tires that were all weather ours are snow tires. (We bought all weather tires from Les Schwab in Utah that were on the van and they were still in great shape) They were told we were leaving on a 15 hour over night trip for our anniversary that night they even said "happy anniversary". We drove across the street home and finished packing left a few hours later about 9pm. When I got on the freeway my van started to vibrate very badly and we had to go home and wait till morning to go back. I was least to say unhappy I was suppose to be hours from my destination. They had to rebalanced my tires rotate them the way I asked them to by putting the best two on front and almost all of my lug nuts were loose and had to find all 20 of my lug nuts. (It should have only been 5 and we were told they pulled them out of the garbage and yes we paid for all 20 lugs not realizing they had done it had other things on our mind's that was our own fault). We got on the road at 9am and at 910am my van started to vibrate again but we had family and friends to meet and were already going to be very late for our own party. Our van has never vibrated like that. At 3pm when I was supposed to be at my anniversary party I was still on the road and 6 hours from my destination. We made it by 930pm (our time 1030pm at our destination) missing most of my friends and family. This is the reason We were leaving the night before and to miss the 100 degree weather we drove in. We are staying for the week and I am broken hearted that they did this to us that we missed my own party and people we have not seen in years and will not see for years again. Not sure I will ever go back and we have been costumers for more than 25 years.

A few weeks ago, I went in to get a tire replaced around 1PM. They told me it would be around an hour to get my car looked at, and another to get the tire changed. I was in there until a few minutes before closing time, 6 pm, and was the very last person to be serviced. A large number of people (with no appointment, just like myself) came in after me with similar problems involving tires needing to be replaced. They were all helped out and gone by the time my car was pulled into the repair bay. 4 hours of wasted time...

Saved me alot of stress so I could keep driving to my destination. One tire was just low enough to set off a sensor. Got some needed air for the tire and off I went.

Fully expected to have to buy a new tire, thankfully they we re able to repair it!! I even told them so much and that if I needed to buy two matching for the back I was prepared to do that! Rather than take a naive persons money, they did the right thing. I called a couple of times and was there in person, these folks are customer service experts! Thanks so much!!

Odd suspension noise from my front end. Les Schwab was willing to do a free inspection and replacement axles that were defective.Enjoyed the key drop off, which allows for a late night vehicle drop. This let me go home and relax, until they could figure out the problem.Staff is busy here, but they have been very helpful every time. The waiting area has padded chairs and tables that make it comfortable. A coffee machine provides some refreshments ranging from Hot Chocolate to Expresso/Latte drinks to help stay awake. A couple of vending machines provide more typical snacks and drinks at a reasonable price too.Location is next to fast food, parts store, and some local shops. Making it easy to walk around for a few hours if needed.

My son's car had the wrong rims. They poked out and the wheel well tore into the rear tires with weight in the car. Something the previous owner set up. His dad called Les Schwab, they told us what was in stock. Took his car down & their expert came in, spoke to us, set up the new rims after testing them on the car. She gave us a great deal on the rims and we are happy with the results, professionalism and kindness.
