Anytime I have damage to any of my vehicles I always take it to Kelly's. They always go above and beyond to make sure the work being done is satisfactory.

Not a place to go. I have an older pick up and they agreed to fix it. On the day I drop it off the estimator claimed I wasn t clear with what I wanted. I had to remind him of our conversations. I get people get busy but why not own your mistakes and just apologize. They wasted two hours of day transporting the truck. He claimed he was doing me favor but in all reality the shop couldn t do the job which is ok they just needed to be honest.Service: Painting

I've had two vehicles worked on here the past year and let me tell you, the service and communication is subpar to none. Very professional and very reliable.

The service manager here isn't very friendly or concerned with doing a good job. The body work we had done by Kelly's was not done well and when I asked why, I was told to take it elsewhere if I was so concerned with the quality of the work they did on my car.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I haven t even had my car repaired yet. So far I am not impressed. I think their customer service stinks not very friendly people.

Amazing place with exceptional customer service. I had 2 collisions in a month and half s time. They handled both the other party s insurance companies with ease, I didn t have to do a thing after reporting the accidents to my insurance company and choosing Kelly s. They coordinated all the work and had the parts ordered ready to go after the estimate and had all the work done in just under a week. They handled the rental car and had the rental rep there to pick me up when I dropped my van off. The inside of my van was a mess, I have 4 young kids, and they cleaned and vacuumed it. I received a Christmas card during the holidays as well from the owner. Hands down best customer service I have ever received anywhere.

We got an estimate on repairs so fair, but they were friendly, polite & spoke professionally and knowledgeable. They were recommended by our insurance company.

3RD Time Is the Charm EverytimeOur toyota's bumper does not stay in place correctly ever since we hit a deer and had kellys fix it, the first time we noticed was a few months later. they said it looks like someone backed in to your car. ok whatever we paid our deductible even though i dont think that is what happened, and guess what it is now another few months and it is popping out again. they also did a repair to the hatch where somebody ran in to the back of the car, they gave us the car back without the inside of the hatch repainted (where paint was scraped off a lot) so we call they say they can squeeze it in for a quick 20 minute fix, we get the car home and notice again, they did not paint the whole area.... i am beyond frustrated with them because i have to take the car back and make a whole seperate appointment to get that painted again (there words not mine) and now noticing my bumper needs fixed again, where does it end? i have taken all of our vehicles here anytime ive had an issue, but i can't anymore. Someone accidentally backed into my car and I heard Kelly s in Centralia does wonderful work and they where right. Yes, there was a little of a wait to get your vehicle in But Worth It! They did an incredible job and comes with a lifetime warranty as long as I own the vehicle. They were professional, ethical business practices, and made sure everything was set up. Plus the quality of work is amazing. I would highly recommend and would use them if I ever need it again!

There is NO place that has the same quality and professionalism as this Body Shop. No matter how big or small the fix, just know that you are getting the most top notch quality service when you go to Kelly s. Everyone is so friendly, and willing to explain everything and walk you through the whole process. I ve met with both Craig and Kelly himself and both are absolutely WONDERFUL. You can t go wrong working with these guys!

I stopped by kelly s yesterday with a friend who needed to get a quote for a scratch/smudge on her car. The gentleman kindly explained how it would be a quick and easy fix and how we would pay more for the deductible than it would cost to fix it. He ran inside and got his tools and buffed it out in 2 minutes. He didn't charge a penny and completely buffed the blemish off! I recommend going here because they do not charge for unnecessary work! I will be going here from now on!! Thanks!!!

I had a great experience here. The work was excellent, done on time, and Kelly's handled the insurance billing flawlessly. Every employee was courteous and professional. I like that Kelly's supports many local sports teams and our military.

I had a dent on my Prius. My car was inspected and I was taken care of professionally. Keep in mind they are busy. I highly recommend.

Unfortunately in order to POST I have to give them a star rating, I would rather not fill in any stars Well where do I start!!My truck was at Kelly s Auto body for two weeks. I had to call Kelly s and ask for an estimate because I had not heard anything from anyone regarding repairs. I called on a Friday afternoon and spoke to a mechanic before my insurance company got a rough estimate on the repairs, even then it was NOT an estimate on all damage to my truck it was only the point of impact that the rough estimate was written for.I had put some thought into everything over the weekend and emailed my insurance company on the following Monday asking them if I could have my truck taken back home so I could take it in and get a second opinion on the repairs. Finally at 12:29pm my insurance company gotten the estimate for the repairs from Kelly s after I had asked for my truck to be returned to my home. Kelly s told my insurance company that they had already started the repairs on my truck, they had done the core support.They were asked to stop and get it ready to be picked up. It finally got picked up from Grants Towing on Wednesday , the driver of the tow truck was nice enough to give me a call and let me know that he had it running on his flatbed because it would not stay running (mind you it started every time at my home).When I got home from work on Wednesday and looked at my truck, the only thing that was done to the core support was some paint on the right side, my headlight on the right side does not work now, my passenger door will not open from the outside and my battery will not hold a charge at all.. I called Kelly s to ask why all of the above was wrong with my truck and the manager Craig said that the fender was put on wrong when they put it back before the towing company came to get it and that it was not thief problem that the battery was not holding a charge and the headlight didn t work. Then when I told Craig it all worked just fine when it was picked up at my home. He told me to NEVER BRING ANOTHER VEHICLE BACK THERE AGAIN and hung up on me! So now not only do I have to pay my insurance deductible I also have to pay for the repairs from the accident on top of it I have to pay for the things that now need to be repaired from the short time it was at Kelly s Auto body in Centralia WA!! Trust me Craig I will NEVER bring another vehicle I own to KELLY S and I ll make sure everyone I know in LEWIS COUNTY will hear about the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM KELLY S AUTO BODY

I had a quote done here for my insurance company and they talked me out of getting it fixed. They said that there was no way they could fix the bed without replacing the entire thing. So that's what they said to my insurance company and sent pictures showing a rust spot above my wheel well. The insurance company came and said since there was rust part under the tore off chrome they are not responsible for any of the damage to the bed. STATE FARM.. Well the guy at Kelly's told me he would send them a quote that was under the truck being totaled. He put a thousand for the two passenger side doors and the rest on the bed. They refused to pay for the bed because of the close up picture of a little rust spot and since I have thousand dollar deductible. I lost all value of my vehicle.

Called multiple shops for quotes on paint for a mirror. This shop wanted all my info for just giving me a hourly rate for paint. What is this. Easy enough to say what your rate is isn t it, like all the others. You don t need my address to give me a price quote for a hour of paint work.Never shop here againService: PaintingService: Painting

We took our truck here to get a new bumper due to someone backing into us. They were friendly,fast and efficient. We got our truck back the next day. I would highly recommended this place.

So I took them a 2019 mustang after a fender bender drivers side rear was damaged they didn't fix my car all the way it dogged walked down the road because they didn't do the alignment correctly at all. The drivers side tail light doesn't match the passenger side. The bumper on the passenger is bubbled out it doesn't even fit and from what I could see in the bumper gap that is now there they used wood screws. when I asked them if they could fix the bumper gap I was auto automatically blamed for hitting somethingServices: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Very professional and fast. Unfortunately this is my second time her in less than 2 yrs due to people hitting me. Both times they were very fast and my car looks great.
