i hydroplaned into a curb and had to have my car towed to an auto shop, and even without an appointment they still got my car in and fixed up !! and at a good price too. i m very thankful for their help, service, and communication !

Super great to deal with. Very fair and honest about my car issues. Pleasant, professional and the office smells great. I scheduled service on our truck next. This is the only place I will be trusting our vehicles to. We'll worth the wait.

Have had work done on my car here a few times. People who are fair and you can trust to get things done right! Great people with a lot of integrity and they make a point to do things right for you for a fair price. Good place for women alone needing a helping hand you can depend on. Love this place! Have taken my car to Hags for a number of years. Great service, reasonable prices and very friendly. They really take care of you. Recently the front left door of my BMW was sagging a little, I asked if they knew of a body repair shop that they could recommend. I don't remember the name of the place they recommended, but it doesn't matter. When I came to pick my car up ( oil change) Mike (owner) said " I fixed your door, it was just a loose screw. I'd hate for you to have to take it to a body shop just for that." How can you beat that? My wife has also taken her car there and is very happy with them. She prefers them over her car dealers repair department.Service: General repairs & maintenance

What a awesome place of business! Had my daughters car in for repair found out that it was a lot easier than it was supposed to be and did the work fantastic. We will definitely keep them for the future hopefully we won t need to but we trust them enough to know we will be back!

Took my vehicle multiple times to another shop to try and fix my AC, brought it to Mike and he puzzled out the problem, fixed it, and assured me it will stay fixed :) All for a very reasonable price. You've earned my continued business!

I drove all the way there from Shelton cuz I had battery issues going on I brought the receipt without even asking any questions or anything he gave me a brand new battery cuz it was still under warranty nice polite courteous great place to go I'll be back if I have to

Mike is a great mechanic and has a good understanding of BMW issues. Very satisfied with his knowledge, skills, abilities, ethics, and pricing. If you are a BMW owner with mechanical issues, Mike is the go to man to get it fixed correctly.

Came in after the car started running rough and shaking while idling. Couldn't be happier with the service, work and price of this shop. The knowledge and experience really shows. I now have a permanent, local mechanic.

I took my vehicle in here to fix some electrical issues. I made sure to ask before I took it in if they could perform this sort of work and read all the computer codes. They assured me they could. Well, after two hours of fiddling with it, they could not figure out what the problem was. But I still had to pay them for the time of course....even though they didn't actually fix or solve anything.I will not be back.
