My 1 year old computer was acting so strange, graphics flicking, freezing, videos not playing. Such odd behavior and I thought it was a dying graphics card, or ram. Took it in no appointment and they were so nice, and also thought it sounded like bad news. Next day get a call it s fixed! Bios was on wrong version, ram needed update, and fixed some bios setting and my 2k pc was fixed for 50$ ! I was very impressed with their knowledgeable, Fast cheap and friendly service.

Stopped by to have a computer looked at and the tech immediately explained why it was non repairable. Spent a half hour going over options with me and helping me find the best fit for exactly what I needed. Didn't try and upsell me or waste time trying to sell me something off the shelf. They didn't have what I was after but will be going back to have my new computer customized and the data recovered from the old one. Best experience I've had from a computer store.

Small shop. Great service. I needed a file from a CD copied. Traveling, I don't have the CD drive for an older laptop. Stopped in on a whim to save a trek back to hotel for a flashdrive, Ben looked at the file, told me I didn't need a flash drive. Emailed it to my phone. No charge! They just became my go-to for tech support service.Great job.

I brought in my trusty ASUS laptop because the monitor was not working. They fixed it really quickly (the same day) and I was so relieved they could fix it. Fair price and friendly staff. I ll go back to Comp-Prime Computers if I need help in the future.

I've always liked and trusted this business. Just had all my data from 2 old laptops recovered and it was done in a day. I would recommend Comp-Prime to anyone looking for service, repair, or a whole new computer set up. Thanks!

Very friendly staff and very fast at our diagnosis. Gave us a few different scenarios for a solution and we decided to have them fix it. Decent price and again fast service

Stopped in to get our laptop fixed and was told it was an unfixable issue; left and stopped into another shop near me and it was totally repaired within an hour.
