Extremely slow service. Brought my car in for some back quarter panel damage, they said it would take 2 weeks but it s going on 5 weeks until I get it back. The employees are kind but this is getting ridiculousService: Auto body & trim replacementService: Auto body & trim replacement

Got my 2012 Acura detailed here WOW! What I thought were permanent stains/wear & tear were cleaned right up, making my car look brand new! Great job with extremely professional service! 10/10 recommend!

I bought my minivan here 2 years ago and they have always treated me like gold. I refer everybody I know to this shop. Jeremy is the nicest shop manager I have ever met. Had our oil changes done here for the last two years, had to go somewhere else last time and found out our oil plug and oil filter housing are damaged beyond repair. Zero response when I emailed the business about this. Needless to say we're done doing business here.Edit reply to owners: I used the contact form on your website. There is an oil leak.I waited so long to review to give you the benefit of the doubt and a chance to reply to the email. Definitely not going to waste my time or yours by posting a fake review. Take care.

I dropped my car off yesterday after an accident. I was nervous coming to a shop I ve never used before, but everyone was SO nice and real, and went out of their way to make things easier. That means SO much after something as inconvenient as a car accident.

Did my power steering pump for a reasonably good price. But within days the a seal gave out. But I brought it back in and they took care of it quickly. I highly recommend this shop. Good people with good prices and they do so good work!!

They're beyond words the best auto shop I have ever been too. They don't bs you and rip you off like Midas. Depending on the work they've worked with us letting us borrow another vehicle, payment plans, delayed payments, even told us no charge when it would have been $100+ work. They've gone above and beyond to find a fix/lower cost for some work where parts cost $400+ just to order. I would drive 4 hrs out of my way just to bring my vehicle here. The staff is very friendly and they don't lie to you. If they don't know something they will tell you and then ask you if it's ok for them to look into the issue before doing a job. They will even bring you into the garage at times and show you the issue.

I highly recommend these guys! I came in from out of town and they were able to replace my windshield in a fast, efficient, and low cost manner. Everything just seemed to work out with insurance, the people, and the car. Everyone I spoke to was very kind, respectful, and honest. They were really easy to work with and took very good care of me. Thank you.

Nicest people ever. Car broke down and took a chance because of great reviews and wow! I've lived everywhere and this is the best repair shop around. They went the extra mile and washed my car and had everything fixed in a couple hours. Great customer service. Love finding a shop I can trust.

I ve visited here on 4 separate occasions due to purchasing an America s Best Car Care Plan. On my first visit I called and scheduled an appointment for an oil change at noon. I showed up and they had no record of my appointment. Verified I called the right number and everything. They got my car in but I waited 2.5 hours. Got home and noticed I had a significant puddle of oil under my vehicle the next day. Brought it back in and they said they replaced the drain plug and it should be fine. Again, leaked oil everywhere. Brought it to where I usually go and they said it was actually overflowing with oil so they removed about a quart and a half. Decided to give them another go after they apologized and let them change the oil and do a mini detail. It was a minor inconvenience but the detailer failed to replace some items I had in my vehicle so I had to return to get them after driving home. Then I scheduled a pre purchase inspection for a vehicle a family member. Once the lady who works the front realized I was using my America s Best Plan she began treating me rude. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here. Stay away!Services: Auto detailing, Oil change

Dana and the folks at Centralia Auto Center are the mechanics I've been looking for my whole life. They are honest, clear communicators, fairly priced, and do things in a timely manner. They never make me feel bad for not understanding what is wrong with my car or for having done some of the work myself. They are respectful and I am so glad I finally found a solid mechanic!Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment

We got a detail job done here for my large SUV and I was very pleased with the fantastic work done! The inside and outside was extremely clean for a very reasonable price. Even the engine bay was cleaned. It passed inspection to ship on a boat and they are sticklers about the cleanliness of the vehicles they ship.

Read the great reviews and decided to give them a shot. Unfortunately, pretty unimpressed so far. Workers are nice, but management is disappointing. Slow to complete work and don't seem to care too much about walk-in customers. Focus of the shop is fixing cars they sell at their car lot - Chehalis Auto Center.Manager had time to talk to me about his personal life but asked me to leave when I inquired about progress on my vehicle since they were too busy.Won't be back.

I had an issue with my car which required a part being ordered from the manufacturing company. They kept my car until the part came in and offered me a loaner so I could get to work the next day. Very satisfied with my experience. If you're having car trouble go here. They will treat you right!

I recently purchased a truck through Centralia Auto Center and had a great experience. I worked with both Chris and Mike and they were absolute class acts from beginning to end- one of the best dealerships I've dealt with. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my truck, and stand behind what they sell. I would highly recommend them if you are on the hunt for a car!

Logan is a great mechanic, he knows his stuff and doesn't try to up sell you and honestly gives you his opinon and walks you thru why he thinks that. The receptionist however is rude , unprofessional and horrible at her job. She literally hung up on me when trying to explain what was going on. That 2 days before I had replaced the serpentine belt and now having loud sounds coming what seemed to be where it was coming and maybe it needed to be tighten. She responded with " well what do you want me to do about it " and I responded with fix the problem ? She proceed to tell me to find another mechanic and hung up . When calling back no response,untill the owner answered and we had a simple no drama discussion about what was going on with the vehicle and schedule me in.

Five stars is all they have, otherwise I would have given you more. you guys were all fantastic to deal with. I was really impressed when you stepped up to the plate and replaced the windshield, even though I acknowledged it was out the door. I will be recommending others to you, and all I can say is thank you. Your more like friends than just a business.

Came in with no appointment and they resolved my issues and got me on the road lickety split.Dana was so efficient and pleasant.These guys also have a lot in Chehalis and my buddy got a car there. They have nice cars, check em out.

They go above and beyond here. Im grateful for Chris, Shana, Jeremy and Dana and their awesome mechanics. They are so honest and always willing to help. If you want your car in good hands, I would go here. If you are looking to buy a car, stop by there Chehalis Auto Center. Thank you, my friends, for everything you do. I decided to go with Centralia Auto Center based on their ratings online and I was not disappointed. They did timing chains in my Cadillac SUV, quick turnaround, great customer service, very friendly staff. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Took my truck for a oil change. Had an oil leak within a few days of it being done. Took it back to them, they looked at it, told me it was a rear main seal, and it would be 15 hundred to fix. Took it to another shop for a 2nd opinion, he shop called me right back, told me it wasn't the seal, it was the oil filter that they just changed. Talked to the owner, he was not willing to fix the issue with the shop that had to fix thier work. Will never deal with this shop again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I can t say enough good things about these guys. David in sales is awesome, no pressure sales is something that is hard to come by. And big shout out to the shop for working tirelessly on the car and coming up with a solution that was very difficult to pin point! I know where I ll be going from here on out and sending everyone I know!!

Repair a thermostat housing, but DON'T replace the temp sensor, a $20 part, as recommended by ford. fails 243 miles later. O YA not your fault. Motor is TOAST and you take no responsibility. Have A BAD DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY truck is DONE< THANKS to YOUR , INABILITY TO DO YOUR JOB..
