We have just bought our second vehicle, a Dodge Ram truck from Campbell Chrysler Jeep. Each time we have been taken care of by Brandon Rakes. We cant say enough good things about Brandon's ability with autos. He is always honest, knowledgeable, and straight forward. The dealership worked with us for a good trade in and found us the truck we wanted. That's satisfaction! We highly recommend this dealership for any and all of your auto needs. Thank you Brandon and Campbell Chrysler Jeep. We will be back in a few years for our next auto purchase. No need to go out of town to shop. You can get it all right here. Barbara and Doug Stidham

Bought a used truck from here 4 months ago. Everything about the experience was great! I HATE buying cars, not here. It was a fantastic experience. Brandon was awesome, prices fair and we have been really happy with it since. I will definitely be back here next time we need a vehicle. A great experience all around!

I enjoyed the service I received when I went to look at vehicles at Campbell. JP and Brandon were both professional and treated me with respect the whole time I was there, I was never pressured into a deal and when I did purchase from them I got what I thought was more vehicle in the 2014 Dodge Journey that I now am the proud owner of. The Journey is a very safe and comfortable vehicle to drive. It has good gas mileage and is very practical for what I need. I would highly recommend them as some one to put on your list when your shopping for a new or used vehicle.

We had a great experience at this dealership. Mike was great; helpful, knowledgeable, and low pressure. We have never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle as we did here. We got a great deal on our trade-in and the purchase price on our new Ram truck. We highly recommend this dealership! We have heard many good things from friends concerning their experience here and this was verified even more so by our own experience.

I called looking for a 4 door Jeep after looking at other dealership inventories, expecting to find another pushy salesperson. What I found was the exact opposite. Brandon was my sales person and he set up an appointment for me to come in. Once there, he let me go over the vehicle and answered just about all questions I had. He even answered them with complete honesty unlike other dealerships in the area. Once we made our mind on the vehicle, Brandon let us know what was going to happen and how long it should take. Once all offers and applications were submitted we were heading home with a new Jeep! Only other time I had service like this was with the Porsche/Audi dealer in Oklahoma city. Mind you I've owned close to 30 cars all bought from a dealer and this is the best I've been treated so far. Thanks again!

There is no other way to describe our service at your dealership other than it was absolutely "great!". Our sales rep was nice and courteous and very conscientious of our time frame, unlike dealerships we have encountered when we lived in Oregon. It is very refreshing to work with a dealership that cares for their patrons. We are very satisfied and love our new car. Thanks Brandon Rakes (sales).

Good to be back at Campbell's!Last year, I had an accident in the fifth Jeep (this one was a Liberty) I had purchased from Campbell's. I was very disappointed in the quality of the work done by their body shop, as well as the "attitude" seemingly adopted by the employees working in the body shop. My vehicle was not repaired to my satisfaction; there were still things wrong with my Jeep that they refused to fix. (I later had the items fixed at another dealership.) I felt I was "coerced" by the body shop into going ahead and signing over the insurance check as they refused to even look at what I felt was still wrong with the Jeep until I did. After I signed the check over to them, I was told I had to prove the things that were still wrong were caused by the accident. No help there! I was NOT HAPPY. I really don't want to have anything "repaired" there again, unless the staff has changed. All that being said, I met Brandon Rakes. (He found that I had been looking at Jeeps online; the Jeep website must have referred me to him? and he called me one day.) After talking to Brandon at length, and explaining what happened with my Jeep Liberty, and the awful experience I had with the body shop, I decided to give Campbell's dealership another shot... I love my Jeeps! and Campbell's is my local dealership. I try to "buy local" when I can. Brandon worked with me for a couple? weeks trying to find the right fit for me with my budget, trade-ins (I had two) and working things out so I could get the most Jeep for my money. He was patient, kind and has the most wonderful sense of humor! You have to meet this guy! Please go into Campbell's in Centralia and ask (no, insist) that Brandon work with you. He will do his utmost to please you, as he did for me. I cannot say enough great things about him. (No, we are not related.... :-D ) He is good at what he does, and it shows that he really cares about his clients! Some "car salesmen" are obviously only trying to sell something; Brandon really wants you to have what fits you! After my purchase, which went almost as smoothly as possible, Brandon assured me that if I have any questions about my purchase, I could call him, and I will. He's just a great guy! He went through everything we could think of with my purchase; explaining how things work, showing me how to pair IPhone to UConnect, etc. I am very happy with my latest (sixth!) purchase experience!

So after buying my Jeep here several years ago, I've brought it back to them several times for repairs. It's a mechanical thing that needs work like any other car, that's not my complaint. None of those experiences have gone real well, but I wouldn't say terrible until now.My complaint is the crappy work these guys do. Recently had them do some body work after some clown rear ended me thinking "I want a factory authorized dealer to do factory quality work." I'm pretty sure that Ray Charles and Michael J. Fox could have teamed up to do a better job. The paint sucked. The parts didn't fit right. It took almost 3 months to get the job done. The car was returned dirty on the inside (grease on the interior from the shop guys and dust everywhere from the body shop). On top of all that they told me "it's not a show car, what did you expect?"It gets worse from there. I turned in my car the insurance company had rented when they told me my car was fixed the first time. After a quick inspection I pointed out a bunch of problems (the back door no longer fit flush to the body, etc. You know, hard to see stuff like that.) They told me it would be a quick fix and they would just give me their loaner car, which turned out to be a complete piece of crap that leaked water and was barely road worthy (flat tire and burned out head light and a seat belt that didn't work). After complaining about that, they said it wasn't their fault the car sucked so much, it was all they had!All in all my car had to go back into the shop 3 times, it took almost three months, the bumper still doesn't fit right, and they damaged the trim around the back window (their reply was "how do we know it wasn't like that before?"), and the attitude about fixing it right was "we don't do that for used cars." They got paid in full and I got to see how they take care of their customers. My advice to you is to go somewhere else for service, sales, parts, anything really. Tell your friends to go somewhere else. Buy somewhere else. Avoid this place like day old discount sushi you found on a warm day in the gutter outside of a waste water treatment plant.

Brandon was great, the transaction was easy and the price was fair. He is a very experienced car guy and had lots of good advice as we ordered our Jeep. Highly recommended.

"Wow!!" a simple 3 letter word that does not do this place justice. When I found this place online, I figured that it was going to be just like all the other dealerships. They would try to rip me off after several trips to the "back room" then the final "well we cant get you what you wanted but look at this rusted bucket with 2 tires missing. Boy howdy can we make you a deal.. Not the case at this place. Joe La Pierre was awesome As well as the rest of the staff (thanks folks). Thank you for a wonderful car buying experience.J&C

The whole team at Campbell's are some of the best people I've ever worked with. They really understand community and service. The sales and parts teams especially are excellent.

Service department takes twice as long as it should. I went in for an oil change on two vehicles. Each time I was quoted it would only take 30-45 minutes. Each time it took an hour and a half. Other than that, fairly courteous.
