Bryson saved our vacation! We had the bottom plate fall out of our car. We were able to tie it to the car temporarily. Thank god we found this place. Helped us out pro bono. You can tell he s extremely knowledgeable from his time in the Air Force. Very detail oriented. I consider myself a pretty good judge of character, and If I lived around here, this is the person I would want working on my car.

A part B&R installed for me failed, causing complete loss of engine oil, which is fatal to engines! Things break. How professionals deal with things that break is what distinguishes B&R Automotive.Bryson and Riley stood behind their work, and O Reilly s Auto Parts (on Johnson Road in Centralia) stood behind their parts. Working together, they selected a remanufactured engine which exactly replaced the one that failed.Last week, Cliff installed the new engine, and it is working perfectly. Like nothing ever happened, but my shop s van engine is better than the original! And, the original engine only had 44K miles on it!No need to look elsewhere when your rig needs service. B&R Automotive gets all the service work for my family s vehicles.Edit to add: The remanufactured engine developed an internal fault on a valve seat. US Engine Production, in Lindenhurst, NY, stood behind their work and sent a replacement replacement engine for my van! Today, I dropped it off to tie up a couple small details. Cliff resolved them all, and I m back in business!My family is relocating to the other side of the continent, and we re counting on the van to help us get there. Knowing this, B&R Automotive did everything to make sure we get across safely!This is the sort of excellent work a couple of Marines and their team do, all the time. I received the best attention that a client in need can receive. They diagnosed my car over the phone and never tried to make a profit on it. They also got an interpreter for me because my English is not good.They are great!!!

This shop is always busy but I was fortunate enough to get my simple repair addressed quickly.I then began having a new odd issue.Thinking it might be connected in some way to the recent work I went back to check in with the mechanics.It took a bit to sort out but they diagnosed the issue that turned out to be completely unrelated to the work done previously, made a temporary fix, and put us on the path to addressing the problem with a permanent solution. This they did at no charge.Great mechanics, honest shop, highly recommended!

Thank goodness the only place open on the Sunday we broke down in Centralia on the way to Seattle was this quality.They not only fixed the car for us, they stored it for a week and gave us a ride to the train station so that our travel out of SeaTac was not disrupted.Great guys, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and upfront.

So I stop in for a electrical issue with my car. Riley came to the rescue, not only did he stop what he was doing to come out and help me troubleshoot the issue he was well knowledgeable and was kind enough to help me resolve my issue. I had taken my car to B&R on a Sunday, as they were, are the only place I have found that is open on Sunday. I really needed a leak in the coolant system fixed and I needed it ASAP. They were awesome, I was able to get in that afternoon, and they were able to get the problem resolved, and at a fair price. I really appreciate their hard work and the fact that they are reasonably priced, and will continue to call them whenever I need my car repaired. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't already.

You never want your car to pop two belts when you're on I-5 from Portland to Salem, forcing you to call a tow on a 95-degree day. However... if this DOES happen to you, I highly recommend you get your car to B & R. Right off the bat, I asked if it was possible to have the car done the next day. They made no promises, but said they might be able to squeeze it in. They made it happen, and for less than I expected. They even were willing to work with my on a late pickup (I didn't end up needing it, but they wanted to make it work). I can't recommend them enough. They single-handedly turned a nightmare scenario into making sure we got home with our own vehicle without having to pay for a rental or make an extra trip 90 minutes out of our way. Update to my original review 3 years ago....we have had several repairs done over the last few years. Repairs have always been done before the time quoted. Reasonably priced quality work. Our go to for many more years. Knowledgeable about all makes and models and repairs. We couldn't be happier!

Very honest and reasonably priced! My car had an issue that was a mystery to my regular mechanic so I took it in here to get a diagnostic. He found the problem and fixed it for a very fair price. Great service - everyone was so personable and they fit us in last minute, put in a new alternator for us and got us back on the road in under a day. Just wish we had gone to them first!

Absolutely amazing customer service.Got right to the point with customers expense in mind.Called for a hub assembly replacement but couldn't afford to pay for it so they gave me all the information I needed to do it myself and offered to guide me through it if I came across any issues.100% will chose them if I come to a problem I can not solve myself.. beyond satisfied with their honest transparency and heartwarming attitude.

I usually do not write reviews but this time I had to. This has to be the best experience I had ever had with a mechanic. These guys will go above and beyond for you and your car. I had to get my rear brakes done and I found out that I have been riding a death trap this whole time but they were to tell me what I had to get done. They not only replaced the brakes, they also replaced the lug nut studs on my brakes that were about to break and have my wheel fall off. It was expected to be done in 2 hours but It took 6hrs instead because It was too rusty, the price never changed tho. Little did i know my rear wheel was put on the front which cause my car to shake excessively on the highway but they were quick to tell and they fixed it for free! I have to say these guys are the best mechanics on washington! I live on post so its a long drive but I rather drive a long time than go somewhere near post and get rip off. Thankyou guys for everything and Ill make sure to come back for further repairs in my car!

I ve taken my vehicle here a couple of times for various reasons. Each time it has been properly diagnosed and repaired at the estimated cost. Their customer service is exceptional and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to use them for all of my vehicle repairs

The service and communication at B&R Automotive is excellent. My car broke down on I-5 and I limped it into Chehalis to this shop. They looked at it within the day and I was able to pick it up the next, which I did not expect with no appointment. They were really good about communication, much appreciated. The pricing was very competitive and my car is now running beautifully. I will use this company again. Thanks guys!

Highly recommend this place! They got my car in, fixed it and sent me on my way without giving me a run around. They were affordable and knew I had a budget which they kept me in. If you need your car worked on, go see them!!

I tried to recommend these guys last week when my 92 year old employer told me he already took his trucks there. Huh? What? These "young guys" are the best trouble shooters I have encountered within hundreds of miles. Thousands if you count my time elsewhere. If you want a problem solved, call these guys! This is the 1st business I've shouted out and they deserve all the attention!

I cannot say enough good things about these two guys! They have been here when I needed their help most and have always been more than fair and unbelievably accommodating (took me to work, picked me up from work). The pricese are VERY affordable!! Fast, friendly, reliable service EVERY time!!

Outstanding service and very professional! Pulled off the freeway due to a minor emergency and they had us back on the road in less than 30min. This will definitely be our go-to shop for future issues.
