Have been back many times with zero issues and spent alot of money at this location. Most recently, the store manager Jim refused me access to the store because a previous purchase hadn't been security deactivated by store employees, in a rather unprofessional manner, and without offering a solution. Another employee quickly fixed the issue with my setting off the security alarm upon walking in the store. Jim, you need to work on your professionalism and treating your customers with respect! Long and short of this review, you may get treated like a thief just for walking into the store, for a store-caused issue. Avoid this location

The 2 guys working nights are rude idiots. The one said he is the manager. Doesn't know what he's talking about and likes to argue. Then when I told him to shut the F up and butt out because I was doing just fine dealing with the other guy he lost his mind. Watch out for these guys. I will never step foot back in the Centralia store again. Also when I told the employee that I will talk to the day manager he told me she wont care either. What a nice bunch of idiots to deal with. The employee was Rob but still wouldn't give me the manager name

Incredible customer service and experience. I stopped in on what was a minor emergency, needing assistance with wipers and installation. I clearly could see that Joshua Y obviously cared for and about serving his customers his very best, and took exceptional care in helping us fix our problem. We are very grateful for his help, knowledge, and service with what was a great experience. Again, 5 star customer service.

Called in yesterday day looking for parts for a rear diff, some kid picked up and had the hardest time figuring out what I wanted, so out of nowhere he just stops talking and then out of nowhere some lady picks up the phone and begins to help me, so I had to completely re explain everything I just said and was told that we could get the part in the next day, so I drove down there to be sure it was the right part and of course it wasnt, so we found the right part with someone who actually acted like they worked there, and I was going to call over the phone once I got home to pay for it to be shipped but I got left on hold for like 20 mins and tried re calling and no one answered, so when I called again this morning I was placed on hold for around 15 mins total and when they answered the phone and I explained they said that I was supposed to get a printed piece of paper with part numbers and I never got one, so since I guess I was too much work for the manager, because I was told I'd be put on hold to help other customers along the stores shipment of freight, like she didn't just pick up my call that I've been waiting on hold, just a huge waste of time with incompetent staff and management

I give you NO stars!! I went in to purchase a refurbished battery the other night and was refused to sell me one because someone was coming in the morning to purchase it. They hadn't paid for it! Hadn't put a down payment on it, hell,I'm pretty sure refurbished ones are a first come,first served basis! Or so I thought. Pretty disappointed in AutoZone right now!

These people don't know what they are doing. Order some rain guards for my back windows for my truck went to have them installed find out that the two for the back windows are the wrong size reorder them tell me they're going to call me when the parts come in they don't call me I have to call them they tell me the parts are in I drive down there to find out they're not in so they got to do something, with there help

The best AutoZone I've ever been to! The staff are friendly and very helpful & knowledgeable. I am Deaf & They have a staff member named Yazmen who knows some ASL! Means so much to me.. They'll definitely have my business going forward. It's not far from I-5 either so any Deaf or hard of hearing people needing assistance, she is there M-F. Thank you AutoZone!

Poor prices, low quality of parts, never have anything in stock. If you have anything before 2005 you're pretty much out of luck. Then if you have any vehicle that isn't your boring generic everyday car you see thousands of, you're out of luck.Overall the staff was wonderful, tentative, caring and helpful in any way they can. Management on the other hand, every time I come in has just been infuriating in every way possible. Sure do miss when Ben was managing the store.

Great customer service! I stopped in today to pick up a wiper blade and I'm really impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness exhibited by every member of the staff that I ran into - all 3 of them made me feel like my transaction was the most important one that they would work on all day. - Thanks folks. You all were a real pleasure to deal with!

I have never been so disrespected in an automotive store prior to coming here. I was low on exhaust fluid in my truck and stopped in to pick some up. I asked for assistance and three employees laughed at me, with one saying under his breath that doesn t exist. I stood there for a second in shock that I was being laughed at for a simple request (being fully aware that exhaust fluid does exist) until an employee asked if my vehicle is a diesel. I said yes and then he finally showed me where to find it. I am unsure if the employees were being sexist and assumed I don t have a diesel or what but it was extremely rude.

Went in for wipers and over heard the manager of the store being very aggressive to his employees . They all seem uneasy after his stern talking to them . The Store manager seems to be preoccupied with other tasks on hand. The rest of the employees were kind and understanding.

The employees are nice but the company needs to get better parts. I had a replaced battery for one year. It went bad and I went to replace again it because it has a warranty and they couldn t replace it since it was replaced once already. But they could give me value back for the value that it is worth, after using it. They never told me this when I initially bought the battery. Management needs to makes sure all staff knows things like this and makes sure to tell the customers. Along with that, they could see my rewards but told me that I couldn t use them. What is the deal with that? Walmart has been better lately.

Management(Josh) is an absolute joke. Refuses to help customers, denies warranty returns, yells at the employees across the store each and every time i have came in, smokes in the doorway of the business. Ever since Management changed roughly 4 weeks ago, there has been no reason to return to Autozone. Such great employees that put all their effort into the business, just be harassed and treated like dirt from a failed manager that has no knowledge of their job. How can you be Management of a parts store with zero education in automotive??

Clerk was very rude. Talked to me as if i Didnt know what I needed. As if I had requested the wrong part and was stupid for doing it... regardless, i took my part and went and fixed my car as today was NOT my first day

Love this store, the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Thwy arw mindful of my budget and even helped me trouble shoot one day. This is my auto shop of choice. Thwy even have a rewards system.

Honestly kind of glad that your employee was extremely rude and couldn't get the POS system to accept payment because if it wasn't for her, we wouldn't have gone to O'Reilly's and saved $1.62.Edit: Just looked at my bank info and your employee tried to REFUND my debit/credit card instead of charge it, which is why none of the three cards issued by three different banks would go through.So it looks like your employee humiliated us because she can't run the register

Malissa & Anthony, these two helped me out so much! I am a leg amputee and I don t have my wheelchair with me it s at home in my driveway and that s how I get in and out of my car with that being said I know I needed a quart of oil, I called one auto place and asked if they can run one out and I can buy it because I can t walk and they told me no they couldn t do that! Then I called Centralia AutoZone and they were more than happy to help me out thank you again it s so nice to have people like you help people like me when I m in need

Amazing customer service!!!My car battery died while I was in Good Will parking lot. My granddaughter and I walked to Auto Zone to buy a Jumpstart, they did not have what I needed. So A_ _ _ _n offered to walk over to where my car was and give it a jump with their machine.They went above and beyond. Thank you so much!!! A grateful Grandma

Really was not impressed with the assistance I got. They really showed no interest. Listened a bit and gave me the 1st thing the thought. Was an additive that had nothing to do with the issue. Went down the road, explain my situation and had what I needed, was out the door 9n my way home in 15 min.

My cars battery died. I was hours from home. It was raining and getting dark. I asked but no one would help me. I walked to auto zone and was going to buy a jump box but found out it didnt come already charged. The guy at the store gave me a ride back to my car and used his jump box and got my car started for me. Wonderful service.
