After being yanked around and lied to by eubanks for days, these guys cut a piece of glass for a wood framed window in less than a day reassembled and still charged me 20 less than quote from eubanks. Highly recommend.

Cant get a call back. Called on 8/15 to get a rough quote and see if they serviced Raymond. The said they did, but needed the measurements of the broken section of glass before they would even discuss going out to evaluate. I called in the next day (8/16) with the measurements and got someone different, he provided me with a rough quote, and told me he doesn't do the scheduling but would hand it over to Jennifer and they would call me. No call back. I called in the again next day (8/17), spoke to the same person who once again said he would have Jennifer call me. I am out of state and on a timeline, and just can't keep waiting.Update: have finally received a call back and an appointment scheduled for this Friday 8/26. Will update and adjust review further if warranted.Update 2: Could not get any sort of confirmation that the measurement appointment occurred, once again am unable to get any sort of a call back. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and follow-through. I have no choice but to move on with a different company.
