Very rarely do you find honest, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable mechanics all-in-one, but that is exactly what this group is. They are helpful beyond measure and reasonable people. This company deserves your business and will quickly show you why.

Recently I bought a jeep that had no air conditioning. I brought it to Zavala's Auto Repair and they were able to supercharge it and resolve the passenger sides issue when it wasn't blowing cold air while the driver side was. They were friendly and fairly priced. I certainly plan on coming here again

I had them put on a water pump for me and they did it fast and charged me fairly. I'm getting ready to have them fix something else for me hopefully today if I'm lucky but confident they will do a great job. We got a flat tire in cashmere wa. Looked up Zavalas they advertised that they do tires. Very bad place to go he would not fix our tire said he was booked. Tires take 10 minutes! I begged him I had my family with me in 100 degree weather he then became aggressive and threatening and made us drive our van away still with a flat tire. The supposed tire service guy tried to fight me when I asked him to borrow his jack! Then he heckled my family and I while we waited for someone to bring a jack had to call the cops. WOW!

Called them cuz car lost power and steering to see if could help; we barely made it to them within car shutting off and on. Once there he trouble shooted it , drove it around and somehow it didn t exhibit same shut downs, he even accompanied us while we drove around to verify! Of course I wanted to compensate him and his request was so reasonable. Way and above l! Appreciated him so much ! Thank you!!Service: Electrical repair

These guys were willing and able to squeeze me in for a small repair when everyone else in the area was booked out for over a week. My passenger side window got stuck open, and they were able to figure it out and get it repaired within a couple of hours. So I m driving to Seattle and my tire blew out on the side of the road right in the middle of the busy highway 97. Cars flying past me . I m speaking with AAA on the phone getting the longest wait time and out of the blue here comes Luis. He comes over with this huge smile asking if I needed help. I m like yes!! Long story short , he put my spare tire on in 5 minutes and referred me to a place here in Dryden so I can get some tires . He refused to take a single penny from me . This man is awesome . I came up to Washington as part of a fire team and power steering developed a leak. I took it to Zavala's auto repair on Friday and he quickly found it had a leak in the hose so he ordered one and told me he would fix it on Sat. He quickly repaired truck and I was on my way. His repair costs were very fair. Very happy with the shoes performance!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

My car broken down near Luis shop and I basically called him as he closing up shop. Long story short I need a alternator ASAP to get back home to a Federal Way. Luis came out of his way to put a new battery in my car and take my car to his shop and changed my alternator under 2hrs. Luis the owner is super nice and I am so thankful he fixed my car even though he was literally walking out the door to go home. If you need a local mechanic go to Luis, he is very very very reliable!!!!

I took my car in to get checked and they were great! They explained everything to me simply and in a way that I understood. They were upfront about the cost of the repair and communicated with me through out the whole experience. Took in my car because I thought I had a blown motor, he diagnosed it and got it back running efficiently in a flash. Definitely will choose this auto repair shop again and let me tell you it s worth the drive. Satisfaction is guaranteed!

I was on a trip with my friends in Leavenworth when my Rig started making a loud clunking noise, I checked all around to find a auto shop that would take a look at my car but couldn t find any until I found Zavala s, he set me up to bring my car in the next day, extremely professional very friendly and so helpful, would highly recommendService: Tires
