Probably the easiest, least stressful experience I have ever experienced buying a used car. Their website had lots of information about each vehicle they had, so we had a decent idea of what we wanted to look at before getting to the lot.We parked and spotted the cars we wanted to look at right away. We walked over and were able to look over the outside of each to the cars and discuss together about which car we wanted to look at further. There was a lot of different options to look at, their lot was full. The website inventory was easy to filter through so I could quickly see the specs of the cars I was looking at in person, plus the prices were clearing marked online for each car so I could compare the values easily. The sales guys got the keys right away for the one I wanted to test drive and was very friendly. They were honest and upfront about vehicle history. It was such a nice experience working with them. There was no shady sales pitch or stress. They were able to get us a signed deal in under 3 hours! When the husband said he wanted to go look at cars today I was expecting to be out all day and get nothing else done. But instead we got to get some errands done while our new to us car got detailed and got to take a family drive in the car before dinner time.Thank you guys!

I had a fantastic experience with Riverside Auto while purchasing my new BMW X5. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, guiding me through the entire process. They had a great selection of vehicles, and the condition of my X5 was impeccable. The dealership made the buying process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend Riverside Auto for anyone looking for a new car with excellent service.

Took almost 4 months to get a title for the truck I bought after it was "lost" in the mail twice. Then to find out it was a "branded" title although the actual DMV title didn't list it but CARFAX did. Glad they bought the truck back from me but I've never had worse experience buying a vehicle. I read other reviews and then noticed the same pattern with the title as well. Definitely would not recommend.

They are super personable and laid back. Not pushy during the process what so ever. I found they gave you space to look at the vehicle and are willing to be flexible for inspections and whatever helps you be comfortable with your decision. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Riverside, but if I m looking again in the future I will definitely consider them during the process.

Mark killed it with the whole process. No hassle at all. Fair price and easy to work with. The whole process was finished in a few hours. Had the car cleaned for us when we picked it up too.

I worked with Sam to buy a 2001 Pathfinder. He was very accommodating and fair. He didn t let my stubborn personality detract from the reason I was there. He was very respectful and followed up with me the day of the sale and the day after to make sure I was a satisfied customer. As someone who s been in sales before I found his service to be exceptional and professional. I got a good sense he really did care and wanted to make sure I felt like we both made a good deal! I would recommend friends and family to Sam for sure.

We had been shopping for a used car for a couple of weeks before we found this Outback at this dealership. We called ahead to make sure it was available and let them know when we would be there. When we arrived it was parked up front and ready to go for a test drive (many dealerships hadn t done that for us). This car along with others on the lot were very clean for used vehicles and we were able to get it at a super reasonable price. We did find out later that it was missing the memory card for the map/navigation but fortunately it wasn t too expensive to replace. I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a used car to check them out!

We had such an awesome experience through this dealership. I found the car of interest on Facebook. After sending a message, I was responded to right away. I live about six hours from the dealership, and I was so impressed how easily we were able to do everything over the phone, including coming to a fair trade in value for my old car. Pick up of my old car and delivery of the new was such a neat experience. Danny was so easy to work with and has made sure that we are super happy with our new car. 5/5 recommend!

Some of the most honest and and easy going sales guys I ve ever worked with, and trust me I have met a lot of sales guys in my journey in purchasing vehicles. Sam answered all questions, and was very nice. I strongly recommend you stop by if you are in the market for a new car

Had an excellent buying experience! We were buying from out of state, Danny brought the car to the mechanic for us to get a pre-buy inspection, and was very responsive over the phone. He addressed every concern we had with the car and sealing the deal was so smooth. He was SO honest and upfront about everything related to the vehicle and the purchase. Never had a dealer this honest. He helped us out with loan applications and talked us through all our options- he found us multiple options! If I have to buy another car I would drive (10 hours) here again.

I recent bought this beautiful, 08 bmw from Ben at Riverside auto and they have been so helpful and professional. a few hundred miles after I bought the car it had some minor issues and the team was super helpful and help cover repair costs!!!!

I came here to buy my first car and the service they provided was amazing! Danny and Mark went through everything with me and made sure I understood what I was signing and wasn t just focused on making a sale there not like other car places. They made sure I was happy and satisfied with my first car. I will definitely recommend them and I will be back to get another car! Definitely check them out.

Danny and Mark gave excellent customer service! It is very hard to find a honest and transparent dealership these days but these guys will make sure they take care of you however they can. I would recommend checking them out on your FIRST stop before you try anywhere else!Very happy with our Toyota 86.

If you re looking to get a great value on a car from someone honest and easygoing, Danny is your guy. We came from two hours away after setting our sights on a car we found on military true car, totally worth it. I feel confident in the car I m buying and that s more than I can say about some other places. Hopefully won t be in the market to replace our other car soon but if we are, we ll be making another drive down to Riverside.

Ben and Sam both seem to really care about their customer's trust, not just making a quick buck.Definitely one of the better used car dealerships.Update 1 year after purchase: 2002 civic still running perfectly, only oil changes so farUpdate 2 years after purchase: 2002 civic runs exactly the same as it did when I bought it. Only only changes.

Well I had a unique situation. I live in Texas and was communicated with Riverside Auto by phone with a guy named Sam. Sam communicated very well with details regarding information on the vehicle I wanted and with my dad who was driving out to look at the vehicle. They worked extremely hard to get everything my father and I asked for and made the buying process extremely easy and stress free. Highly recommend looking for a vehicle at Riverside Auto and working with Sam. Thank you for the awesome vehicle guys!!!

Been there with my son to buy a used car. Helped by a knowledgeable young gentleman who was willing to make a deal. Prices are reasonable. Would recommend to friends looking for used cars.

This has probably the worst customer service I have ever had. You would think they would provide better service to cash paying customers but, my experience was them constantly making excuses for not following through instead of taking ownership. It's like what a child would do when they get in trouble and were never taught to be honest. Maybe this tactic works for unintelligent people but it was very insulting to have to have constant excuses. They also made claims on maintenance for the vehicle I purchased but did not provide evidence of proof of their claims which is false advertisement. I over nighted my payment but they took their time with the title and then decided to send it snail mail. Once they get their money you're no longer a priority. Never again.

Absolutely awesome guys to work with! I explained that I have little time to get away as a growing electrical contractor, but that I really wanted a particular diesel sprinter that they had for sale, but I also had a budget that I needed to stay within as well. THESE GUYS DELIVERED THE VAN TO ME! If you don't know the car game, this is a very big deal, for several good reasons. A fair amount of car lots, ARE NOT going to deliver a car to you, because honestly, they don't know the vehicles they are selling that well. This shows that they have honest faith in the product that they are going to sell you, but moreover, this is just great customer service! It is extremely difficult to find honest conscientious business owners these days. Riverside Auto will get all my repeat business from now on.

These guys are awesome!! I bought my 2010 Outback from them about 3 months ago, had some issues with the head gaskets and they took care of it right away. Sam and Ben are standup guys, they gave me a loaner car while mine was getting fixed and the car runs good as new. Thanks guys for your hard work, and thanks again with helping me get my 3rd Subaru. Definitely recommend these guys if you are ever looking for a good used vehicle.

This was the best and easiest purchase that I ve ever made at a dealership. The price was very good and the service from Danny was awesome. No pressure at all and we actually exchanged all of the info from the vehicle that I wanted to trade in to the price of the new vehicle over email. Very convenient when you re making the sale while at work! I will definitely come back to this dealership and have already recommended it to friends. Thank you Riverside Auto and Danny for a fantastic car buying experience!

The guys at Riverside are The Best to work with! I threw them a curveball and they hit it out of the park! Sam even met me half way to sign papers because I had a two hour drive. Outstanding experience, and I will recommend them for anyone shopping for a car. The truck is immaculate, low miles and such a fair price I didn t even have to negotiate! I m telling you, talk to Sam & Ben, you will be happy with the results! Nice work fellas, see you on my next purchase!

Just bought a vehicle from Riverside Auto and had a very positive experience. What impressed me most was Danny's availability to address issues and answer phone calls for a vehicle he already sold and received payment for. Typically, used car dealerships will not want anything to do with you after they received your money; however, Danny went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. He would regularly answer my calls after receiving payment for the beautiful Tesla I purchased from him. On top of that, when I had issues I brought up after the sale was complete, he honored them and addressed them fairly! Really appreciate Danny's customer service and would definitely recommend his Riverside Auto dealership!
