Why do people who want to shop locally order from Amazon? Because of businesses like the Camas NAPA. They are not like the other NAPA stores. They don't seem to have much inventory, and it goes downhill from there. Over a week and a half ago I stopped in to order a heated oxygen sensor. Naturally, they didn't have it but could get it from the Battle Ground store in a day. No problem, please order it. After a couple of days not getting a call I stopped in. After looking for a while I was told it didn't come in, not sure what happened, and they'd order it again. Repeat. The third stop was all I could muster when told we'd have to look it up and re-order it. Again.I went down the street (literally) to Autozone. They had it on the shelf like they usually do. There was no waiting or confusion. Same brand as I've gotten in the past from NAPA (Andresen). Fortunately, I thought to go to Autozone instead of ordering online. It's so frustrating to try to spend money at a business that makes it so hard.

This NAPA is my go to place whenever I'm in need of anything automotive. They are close to my house and they have what I need 95% of the time in stock.

I had stopped in to pick up some locking rings for mud flaps. I picked up a size too big and was able to take him back and return him for the correct size. Staff was very generously helpful.

Came expecting to try and match bearing seals for an old boat axle that had no part number. Refreshingly, the young woman at the counter looked at them and walked to a bin and pulled out two new ones... from memory! The whole thing took two minutes. Can't do that Carquest!

I'm sorry for your Attitude towards your customers.. you just lost my Business and Everyone I talk to.. So we had now what would be our third battery. Our first one from there had a couple bad cells, get a new one from our warranty there the second one.. now the second one dies witch the battery is still under warranty.. go in to get a new one and not only she didn't believe us and gave an attitude to me and my Husbands.. but then keeps our battery told us to give her an our out of two to run the tests.. on it witch means we just wasted more of our time and has back and forth... then going in and Geting the new one after the tests had been ran.. and she made us pay for another one she the one we have her had A warrenty.. so yes bad Customer service bad attitude from the place and I will never send another person to Napa in Camas wa.. I hope they get shut down.. and I will be taking our Business Else where.........

Not a great experience, they claim to make hydraulic hoses, but sent a 2 week veteran to make-up the hose and none of the other employees would help her find the proper fitting. Most places would at least have universal crimp sleeves and reuse the original ends, not Napa. Choose again if you need a hose made.

Always have a great experience when shopping here. The staff is friendly and the parts are great quality. They always have what I need even when I think they might not. Highly recommend Camas Napa.

my RV was having issues with battery staying charged and will displace charge them for free was going to give me a complimentary call to let me know what was done and all at my convenience nice friendly helpful staff veterinarian you need parts go there

We use this Napa to order parts for our shop. They can get most things that we need regularly. They have messed up in the past but they always make it right. Be specific as possible when ordering over the phone.

Recent experiences have been very poor. After 2 attempts to make replacement hydraulic hose for my tractor they finally said they couldn't match the fittings. They don't understand thread count or sizes! ??
