Went here to have a tire installed that I bought elsewhere, Les Schwab quoted $55 which was better than the $95 the dealer quoted and was closer to home. Les Schwab didn t have the correct hub to balance the wheel which they didn t tell my partner until after the car was finished. I was the paying customer. They added weights but said it wasn t perfect. When I got home I went to add more air because it looked a bit low. The stem was completely stripped and tightened on with a tool! I could hardly get it off let alone get the pump on to put more air in. This was a brand new untouched wheel. Wax residue was left on the rim. I will now need to figure out how to get the wheel correctly balanced and replace the valve stem. It will cost me more time and money than it would have just going to the dealer. Lesson learned. Incredibly disappointed.

Had a nail puncture my tire at 5:30pm and stopped in right before they closed. I thought it might be an issue coming in right before close but it was no problem at all. The technician Eric was super friendly and helpful and was able to repair the puncture in 15 mins. I was not sure if they could work on my Tesla Model Y but they had no issues and knew what they were doing. They have obviously worked with Tesla s before. Tesla wanted to charge me $121 plus tax to repair the nail puncture and not have my vehicle available untill next day. But Les Schwab came in clutch for me! I highly recommend this shop for the friendly staff and great service I received.

Scheduled a flat repair, pre trip check and wiper blade check for my Tacoma. Got in there and they were super fast to help me. 30 min later, they got my keys back to me with the flat fixed and put back on. Spare tire back under my truck along with all of the fluids and battery being checked. Will definitely be coming back here.

This location is clean the staff is very nice and they seem to have quick service. I came in for a flat tire and they hustled and got it done when though they were busy. Most tire stores are very slow and u need to block out a day to get stuff done and this location was much faster. Thank u to them they saved my back side

I came in Saturday morning expecting to wait a few hours but my car was immediately serviced. Thank you Cody for your help! Looking forward to my next visit. My only suggestion would be to get some chairs without sides for us fatties :) thanks again!

Got there at 4 o'clock in the morning I needed the tire to be fixed. I had to get a new one. They gave me a fair cost for the new one. They even started early before actual open time. There were 5 people already in line. I was there about 40 min. Friendly staff and a large store comparatively. They have 10 rows of tires compared to five in others and more bays. A play area for kids, respect for elderly, even gave me a smile and Im not that old.

Man used to love this place . But the last 3 times we have been it just isn'tworking out . 1st time Rude to me and the wife. 2nd time made an appointment for rotation they were nasty to my wife and daughter ( made an appt but still had to wait 2 hours .... 3rd time.. so i callled and made an appointment with chad on thursday( chads a good dude anyway) 8am saturday morning ok ill be there waiting. 2 hour wait...but thats why i made an appointment.....rich you need to change something. Anyway thanks for the past service you guys used to be great. ill do it myself from now on and there are other tire stores....

I dropped my car off today at this Les Schwab to get the battery checked and a tire fixed. After drop off I received a call from an employee explaining the battery condition and that I'd need to get a tire replaced. Great. Not long after I received a call saying I could return to the store to pick up my car.When I arrive back, I see my car is just finishing up so I check in with the person at the counter saying they told me to come back in. She says it's not done yet but they'll let me know. A little while later I realize my car has moved to the parking lot, so I go back up to the counter and say "hey just realized my car is sitting in the lot, just wondering if I could pay." The employee seems frustrated that I'm asking them anything and says "nope they'll let you know when it's done." Seems weird to me because the car was clearly finished and sitting in the lot but the counter employee seemed to not want to bother. I continue waiting around the store. I realized it had been an hour and 40 minutes since I got the call saying my car was ready. I go back up to the counter saying "Sorry to bother you again, but should I go home and come back later? It's been more than an hour and a half since I came back and my car is just sitting in the lot." The desk employee does not seem interested in helping. A different employee overhears, looks around the desk and says "oh looks like your paperwork is right here" and grabs the paper and helps me check out. The original desk employee says nothing and walks away. Not even an apology for ignoring that my paperwork was just sitting around for over and hour and a half and multiple attempts from me to politely ask for help. Terrible service from her when clearly I could've been home long ago. No discount for that or anything. To top it off, there wasn't even any popcorn at this location which I didn't know was possible.

I had a great experience with Tyler and Grant who helped with wheel alignment. They took extra time to show me the suspension , tire wear and explain how to prevent future issues . also gave guidance on performance parts as an option.On a previous call i received a quote for brake pad and rotor replacement that seemed excessive . i was told a caliper replacement was mandatory, which in my experience is unnecessary . that had kept me away from this vendor for some time. I ll probably try again with another simple service and see how the quotes come up before i try a major service on the vehicle.

Waste of time. Spent $600 on an alignment and they neglected to tighten my control arm bolts. Took it back and asked them to also swap my summer tires on. They tightened the bolts and verified my alignment, but neglected to swap my tires. I'm sure they would have swapped them if I asked a second time but I've already wasted too much time on them. Never again.

Went in for a flat repair (found someone's lost nail) on my old Jeep Cherokee. The crew here were courteous, professional and quick. They had me in-and-out in no time; I didn't even finish my popcorn before I had to go.The showroom was clean and well-organized. Several rims and tires are on display and there's a neat computer system that allows you to get a virtual view of how any rim/tire would appear on any make/model.And the flat repair was at zero cost since I'd purchased the tires at a Less Schwab location.Awesome.

Ed scheduled me on short notice to install a leveling kit, wheels and tires. He also found that my shocks were blown. I was in and out in a timely manner given the 1 day notice. They also mounted new tires on my car wheels. Ed has the experience and knowledge to get it done right and clean. Thank you for a job well done.

My tire pressure light on my dash came on & so I pulled up to have them checked. Someone came out of one of the bays promptly to greet me, check them, & fill them. He said one was considerably low & I was advised to come in very soon to have it fixed. Dash light went off after they were all filled. 2 days later, dash light back on & so I called to make an appointment. The man I spoke to said I could just stop by & they could do it while I wait. I arrived on a Thursday morning around 9:30am, I was greeted by Katie who promptly took my info & keys & told me it shouldn t be too long. Since these types of things are first come, first served, I was prepared to wait awhile. While I was waiting, there were at least 3 other people that checked out with no fee for the same thing I needed - a flat repair. 3 other people were in the waiting area while I was there also. Soon, I saw my car pull up & the guy who worked on it called my name & let me know there was a nail in it but that it s all fixed up now & free of charge. I had no idea they offered this service, and I was fully expecting to pay. I was in and out in a little less than an hour. Kudos to Les Schwab for providing such a great service - with friendly staff & a clean waiting area. Thank you!

Extremely grateful to Les Schwab right now, im from Portland was there this morning around 10:15 because I was in the area making a purchase of sports cards and I notice I had a flat rear tire, was told it probably be 3 to 4 hours. They had me back on the road within two hours. You guys are awesome. Thank you so much.

Made an appt online for an alignment at the Camas, WA location Sat at 8am as I work nights and Saturdays are the only days I can get stuff taken care of. Arrived at store at 7:45 and they opened up and I was first customer in the door. Counter person asked how they could help and told them I had booked a 8am appt online for an alignment, at which the person told me that those aren t valid appts and that I needed to call or come down to make appt for services!! I was like what s the point of having online appt options then? She said she could see if she could squeeze me in at some point that day, again I was the only person in the store at 8am. I asked for my keys back and left cause I was not happy with this. So I called corp customer service to confirm the online appts and the nice man on the phone assured me that the online appts are valid and that the person at the store was wrong. He apologized for the inconvenience and that he d be checking with that location for an answer. I made arrangements at another place for my alignment needs. Probably won t go to this location again as it was a waste of my time to be told they couldn t perform services I made appt for.

Les Schwab couldn't get to our car in the morning but promised to start on it first thing the next day. Well, a day went by, and when we called about its status, they forgot about it. Now we have to wait three more days because they said they're already booked. That's five days without a car!

0-stars-0!!! Do not go here!!! They Damaged my tires on purpose!!! Horrible customer service! They damaged two of my tires by inflating them to 60 psi until they ripped and split. Then told me I couldn t leave unless I got 4 new tires. Chad the manager told me not to come back after I asked politely for them to own up to there mistake and I even offered to pay for two tires and the all the work if they paid for two tires. I have proof video of what they did . Never go here they damage parts on your car.

They are rude they said they could fix then it say it be 30 mins to go get the tire and I said ok I can come back and you have the tire by then I had a quick appt and then they like we can do it another day later in the week. Then they gave me the wrong rim to my car so I had to drive back to get my rim. I won't go back ever.

Great customer service! My tires were old, after getting a flat I realized HOW OLD yikes!I spoke with Chad on a referral, he made me a same day appointment! Eric (*younger Eric) changed my tires quickly.Everything was done in less than an hour! Absolutely pleased, worth the drive..this will be my new go to Les Schwab for tires!Thank you guys!!

Very poor service. Went in this morning to buy a new set of tires and rims for my truck and a set of tires for my wife s car. The person who helped me didn t spend 5 min talking to me before giving me an estimate on a set of rims I didn t even pick out. He then proceeded to tell me, he would have to call me and give me prices on the others. I tried telling him I was ready to buy, but evidently it fell on deaf ears. I will find another company that wants to take my $3,000 elsewhere....Update 5/20/21 - I gave this location another shot, and was pleasantly surprised. They gave us a sincere apology, a very competitive price on rims and tires, and provided first-class customer service. I was very pleased with the treatment we received, and will go back after our most recent experience. Thanks Les Schwab, for making it right!

I was trying to get a set of tires that wasn't so expensive for my truck so when I traded it in that was too far and did on tires. But they didn't have what I needed so the person that helped me his name was Scott was so nice he said how about I give you a good discount on a better set of tires hello that way you still aren't too far in debt. I love working with the Les Schwab in cames wa are the best and nicest people won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

Very poor service by the company in general. Nobody answers the phone. Called 5 times over two days. I end up reserving appointment online and show up on the day of appointment and they tell me that they cannot get my tires from storage and I would have known that if I called them

We came in for a flat repair even though there were no appointments available. They squeezed us in within a couple hours with the kindest customer support. They reinstalled the tire and checked the air in the rest all at no cost!! We ll definitely be remembering Les Schwab the next time we need tire service!!
