They are always friendly, been going there for the past 6 years. They send you a text message of the status of your car s needs and service desk will talk to you about what and why the part needs to be replaced. Also this text message that sends you too your cars needs alap shows what looks good too. Always offer a free crash was too.I went yesterday 4/4/24 Steve was working he was very friendly and very polite and was filled with knowledge. He was the only one there at service desk and he got to all of us in a timely matter.

By far one of the most enjoyable car purchasing experience I ve had. The staff were all so very friendly and very professional. Collin was super professional and definitely has a knack at customer service. He was very knowledgeable and super helpful. I can t recommend this dealership enough.

Chris Russell was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. He was very patient and fun. They did their best to get me a good finance package that I am happy with. The lady who had me signing all the papers was very knowledgeable and explain things very well in detail. I felt comfortable and well cared for during the process that was kind of stressful and exciting at the same time.

I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was promptly told that because I scheduled the appointment online, it was going to take longer. Almost 2 hours later my vehicle was done. They changed the oil but apparently nothing else. No inspection report or vehicle status or anything. I have been getting my car serviced here since I bought it and have loved the service until now. They previously checked all my fluids, tires, brakes, filters, and provided a complimentary car wash. None of that now. What happened to your services?

We recently took our car in due to a knocking sound. Hyundai fit us in promptly despite being extremely busy. Steve and his technicians did a thorough inspection and test drove our car. Steve explained the possible cause and eased our minds by assuring us that all systems seemed to he operating well. We highly recommend Skagit Hyundai and will continue to do business here!!

I am thankful that Skagit Hyundai was willing to take a look at my car even on a day when they had no appointments left. I expressed that I was having a serious safety issue and they were immediately willing to squeeze me in, though the full repair time was not so quick and it cost me a lot more than I anticipated. Car repairs are seriously frustrating!!I will say that Steve, the service manager, was very helpful, stayed late to call me about my car, and explained everything so that I could understand all the repairs that were needed. I believe he has a lot of integrity and I trusted him to get the work done that was needed.Now here's hoping that all the money, time, and repairs make my car last forever.

Dustin helped me and he was so nice. He got my car in very fast vs other places that said they couldn t take it in months. Whoever worked on my car also was so great! I was given an estimate of up to a few weeks but it was done within one. The whole team seems to be really on top of things. Definitely will be new car spot!

I was having a huge problem with my EV, it wouldn't charge and I couldn't get the charging cord out. I called the service department and the technician I spoke with was so NICE and helpful!! And he didn't make me feel stupid when it was a super simple solution. He took time out of his busy day to help me even though I didn't buy the car there. I hope this technician will be recognized for his outstanding service!We have used Skagit Hyundai before and the experience was the same - wonderful!

Skagit Hyundai is the best place I have ever gone for both the buying and servicing experience for my newest vehicle.Steve and his assistant, along with Gil the shuttle driver, made the best and most pleasant use of our time during servicing I ve ever had, and I ve had quite a few in my lifetime.It s hard to find good customer service these days, but I m beyond satisfied with the ongoing wonderful service that makes me happy I chose Skagit Hyundai for my newest vehicle, an Elantra Hybrid that I m very pleased with so far. Thank you!

Always such great service! As with any dealership, services are pricey but the care my car has been given over the years is priceless! Not impressed or liking the new remodel of the waiting area and show room. It s like a doctor s office being all white.Thank you Dustin, Gil (shuttled us back and forth to lunch and to get a rental car that they covered), and the mechanics who work on my car!! Always the best servive!!

Erik is a good service advisor. Was very helpful, and understood transmissions with his lifelong experience in transmission repair. Everybody was very kind and attentive to my Golden Retriever Gideon, making him feel welcome. Reminder: if you're going to get a car rental don't bring your dog. They don't allow pets in the rentals. Hopefully soon Skagit Hyundai will have more loaner cars available.

I made an appointment for routine maintenance over the phone because I had to wait for the car. The service writer was courteous and knowledgeable. When I took the car in, again, everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. They got to my car promptly and my wait was shorter than expected.

Excellent customer service. I trust the car services provided. Great about keeping me up to date on service time and my car s needs and they make sure I am comfortable while waiting. They offer a shuttle service option instead of waiting, but there is a very comfortable waiting area too.

I bought my car at the Hyundai dealer in Everett, however to get into the Everett service center you must book 3 months in advance. Skagit Hyundai had my car in, in a week. Dustin was great contacting me about the different services my car needed. No pressure on additional items.My boyfriend bought his car from Skagit and always gets his car serviced here. You now have another loyal customer. Thank you

We had a great experience test driving and learning about the vehicle we chose. We had a super comprehensive and understandable introduction to a hybrid vehicle before taking it out in the road. Pricing was straightforward. Financing had us in the office, signing paperwork within 30 minutes. Overall 5 stars for everything aspect of service! Thank you to Ian and Sarah, specifically!

Service was prompt!! Explained what I needed for my 30000 mile maintenance. The gentleman assisting was very pleasant, loved to talk but nice. Received a a small discount as I lost my coupon and he still honored it. Nice waiting area.

After having issues trying to call and set up an appointment for my car to get scotch guarded. The person that I worked with in person did all he could to make it right again. Showed that he really cares about keeping his customers happy and taken care of.

We brought our car in for recall work. Dustin did a great job of getting us taken care of. We stayed to wait for it and they got the car finished in less time than we expected. The waiting area was very comfortable. All in all, a very good experience for our first time at Skagit Hyundai.

I came from Alaska to Skagit to purchase a vehicle because they had what I was looking for. Ian took me on a test drive and guided me to terrain that was similar to home so I could see how the vehicle handled. Ian did not push or pressure me to make decision (which has led me to walk away from cars and dealerships in the past) and presented me with all the information that I felt like I needed to make a confident decision. Ian guided me through the paperwork and handed me over to David in finance who was equally as great and really awesome to talk to. Ian stayed after he was scheduled to leave and even came with us to the airport to get our rental back. I am the car buyer of the family and this is the best car buying experience I have EVER had in 24 years of buying cars. If you re looking for a place, these are the people for sure.

We went in for service. They sent a link asking to do a survey. It s not a survey. It s a public Google review. The staff is amazing but the prices are so high we won t be going back for service. Making it worse the service quotes don t include the new 3% credit processing fee. They act like that s no big deal but if your bill is over a grand that s another 30+. They re not in Seattle. This is Skagit county where folks work for a living and can t just hand over an entire two week paycheck without using a card. They want about $800 for labor for a three hour job. No the techs don t even make $100 an hour and the owner can t keep paying the $30 cc fee?

Dustin in the service department was absolutely amazing. Had a car stolen and had trouble getting into a regular repair shop recommended by insurance company. He quickly worked out a solution to get my 2013 Elantra towed to his shop. Ultimately it was determined to be a total loss but the assistance of Dustin to solve the problem will result in coming in to your dealership to look for a replacement new vehicle. Look forward to working with Kerry to see what is available and in my price range.

My husband and I had been searching for the right vehicle for him for along time as we drove by Jack Carrol s one caught our eye s. We stopped my husband got out to take a look at it and a gentleman by the name of Collin approached him they talked then my husband came back to the car he liked what he saw and heard but we decided to look at a couple more than we stopped along the road and prayed about is this the right one Lord ? We decided for us it was we went back and was met by another gentleman who went back and got Collin because he saw us there earlier . Collin came out and had answers for all our questions we checked out the vehicle and test drove Collin was very informative and made sure we knew how to work all the items in the vehicle. We decided we would see where the process took us , it all went very quick and smooth than we met with David for the final steps another gentleman . I would have to say they all made the process very smooth and easy and you couldn t ask for nicer people to work with . We are very happy with our purchase and the process it took getting it . We were so excited they were able to get our vehicle in in a timely manner. All other places were telling us we had to wait 3 or more months to get our car in. With all that needed repair, we only had it there for a month. They were great to work with!
