Buying the car was a great experience salesman was awesome. Super kind and accommodating. Talked about setting up the oil change how they love to make it convenient and offer free rental cars. Just overall talked about and promised great service. Now I m getting my oil change and it s a completely different story. I called the day before like they asked me to do to set up the rental car availability. Come in this morning and they tell me no I should just wait that they don t offer a courtesy vehicle. I explained what I was told and the front seat guy rolled his eyes and was annoyed and told me to go sit down and that I should just wait and they will just rush my oil change and just not wash my car . Such a let down after a happy experience and what I thought was a great company.

We just purchased a used Mazda 3 for our 15 year old son from Derek. We had such a great and easy experience with Derek and this dealership. The day we found the car online we called and came up that evening. Their prices were better than anything we had found up until that point for the same vehicle, and we didn't have to play the "game" that made us walk out of all the other dealerships we had been to at that point. They were easy to work with and all stayed after closing so we could purchase and take the car home that night since we live in Snohomish County. Since then, Derek has been in touch with us regarding specific information for our vehicle which has been very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!

Mazda gave me a better interest rate than my bank offered and I genuinely enjoyed my purchase experience here! Derek is down-to-earth and I never once felt pressured. He is a Mazda owner himself and will help you find your compatible Mazda!

Had a great experience purchasing a new 2022 Mazda3 from here in December 2022. I dealt mainly with Wilson Rich who was sincere, candid, and knowledgeable. I compared all Mazda dealers in a 100 mile radius and chose this one for several reasons:1) Inventory was low everywhere and some Mazda dealers were charging a finder's fee of $600 to $1000, not honoring Costco member discounts, or other shenanigans like a mandatory $2000 accessory package. That business practice seems "normal" these days. Toyota and Honda dealerships were charging an even more exorbitant $3,000 to $8,000 finder's fee for new cars. Most Chevy Corvette dealers charge a $30,000+ finder's fee. Dwayne Lane Skagit Mazda did not engage in these shady practices and instantly earned my trust.2) Sales rep Wilson Rich quoted me a price over the phone. I appreciated his honesty and his faith in the customer to not just start a bidding war using the price quote. Some of the Mazda dealers would not even quote me a price in-person until I commit to buying the car that day (without knowing the price). Those snake oil sales tactics are an instant deal-breaker for me. It's the reason I avoided a few of the Mazda dealerships closest to me and drove 50 miles to Skagit. When trust is broken, the entire dealership's reputation is tarnished and changing sales reps won't help. After all, we've all seen the "Good Cop, Bad Cop" routine.3) Sales rep Wilson Rich was persistent in updating me with their new inventory each month via text and email. This is easy enough for dealers to automate, but some other Mazda dealers couldn't be bothered and wanted me to call them every month instead. Customers are too busy with work to call 8 dealerships every month to check if any new cars were allotted to them by the factory. I certainly don't have time for that monthly scut work.4) Wilson Rich was technically savvy. I was able to settle everything over the phone. I went to the dealership only once in order to pick up the car. Some dealerships even refused to take my $500 deposit over the phone via credit card (to secure the new allocation). They wanted me to drive to their dealership to scan my credit card on their computer, as if it were year 1985. That same dealership said to me, "I don't know what kind of fantasy land you live in, but you can't buy a car over the phone in America." That was quite entertaining to hear because I've bought vehicles and real estate over the phone for decades.5) In defense of other Mazda dealerships, there were others who were equally trustworthy and knowledgeable, but they lacked the inventory which is a common problem these days.Thank you Dwayne Lane and Wilson Rich for treating your customers right and earning our trust. Please keep up the great work! I'm posting this review on a few other review sites.

Hands down best experience I've ever had buying a car. No games. No nonsense. Treated like a human. My needs were recognized and met; even having a time crunch, they did what they could to make this experience comfortable, quick, and painless. I left with a ton of cards to hand out to friends and family.

The fastest dealership to give me an out the door price on a car, friendly staff. Upfront about what they could and couldn't do for me. Respectful people. The dealership is small though, so not everything is on the lot.

We ve been going to Dwayne s lanes since 2017 and they ve always taken great care of us! Everyone there is east to work with, listens to their customers needs/wants and has been the complete opposite of the car buying stigma.A huge shoutout to Derek for staying in touch and reminding us when to do basic car maintenance, always showing us the best options and most importantly being a pro.All of this is great but when we had a car issue, both Derek and Luke stuck around on a Sunday to ensure we got everything handled. Within an hour, we were in a new car and back on the road. Mazdas are really one of the best cars out there and definitely underrated. Go get ya one and make sure you call Derek!

Long story short. Les Swab inspected my brakes and said both of my rear struts were leaking and needed replacement (1k service). I was past the warrenty marker for my new Mazda, but I contacted this dealer to have a second opinion--they told me I could come in today, for free and they would look at.Mechanic (Justin) was just awesome. My struts showed no leaking and he walked me around my car, and gave me details about everything.I normally steer away from dealers, as they always seem to price gouge and their service technicans always seem to be, 'trainees.' But Justin was really helpful and awesome and saved me a bunch of money.Oddly, even though this dealership is outta the way from my home, I will be taking my car back here for servicing in the future.

Amazing service! Long story short, we had a break down on the freeway on a Sunday, Derek and the team waited around after hours to get us into a new Mazda within an hour. Such a seamless and positive experience. We've been using them for the past 6 years and plan to continue!

I just bought my new car today and I loved the experience here! Troy helped me find a car perfect for me and helped with the entire process, making sure that I understood what was going on. DO NOT BUY CAR HERE!I bought cx-30, these guys were in a hurry to sign the papers, they did not even let me look at the car correctly. After 2 months, steering wheel is wobbly. Battery is dead, I tried jump starting using a portable jump-starter and the battery is flat won't even start. I need to replace it with new and get inspected as what other things are wrong in there! After this incident I contacted the service center and they kept me on hold and never answered my questions!! Worst experience ever.Can you believe I went from Lynnwood to buy a car just because it was available immediately!!

I recently purchased 2 new cars. One Lexus in Bellevue and One Mazda from Kyle at Dwayne Lane s. The experience was completely the opposite of what you might think. Skagit county has a lower sales tax rate and even though the dealership was small the service was the best car buying experience I ve had. No pressure, no rip off mark-ups, no b.s. in the finance department. They did offer the extra financing products they always do. I gave them feedback on what I wanted, they listened and respected my word the first time without any further discussion. They got me a great financing rate while beating the rate offered by my bank. Low 5% range.This is my first Mazda as I am now a convert from Toyota and Honda products. Toyota and Honda have gone with the ever-failing CVT transmissions and downgraded their engines while replacing the larger engine with Turbos. My brother s Honda CRV is falling apart $4000 turbo replacement and a $3000 head gasket replacement at 130k highway miles. He s just waiting for the shoe to drop on the CVT. I obviously opted for the non-turbo 4 cylinder with the standard automatic transmission. The CX50 has plenty of power and great features at the price point. Really not that far from my $70,000 Lexus which I will trade before the Turbos take a turn for the worse.Go talk to Kyle at Dwayne Lane s Mazda. You will thank me later.

I wish I could leave a glowing review for this place like some other folks, but my recent experience was awful. I took my CX5 in for regular maintenance and was told I needed $4k worth of work. I got a second opinion and was quoted $500 (FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!) vs this shop's $4k. While working out my plan with the CX5, my husband and I considered trading in our other car for the new PHEV. The offer DL made was very low. I ended up selling the car I was looking to trade for $3500 more than DL offered. I get it, the numbers need to pencil out for them, but this dealership was such a colossal waste of our time. Recommend getting a second opinion on any work the DL service dept recommends, and take your trade-ins elsewhere.

I had a stellar experience with Kyle when I came to check out a car on the lot yesterday! He was super patient, kind, down-to-earth and incredibly knowledgeable. And when I told him I wasn't looking to buy quite yet, he was totally respectful - didn't try to push or cajole me into changing my mind, nor did he act bored or put out. He even showed me a number of other cars for comparison! Seems like a real earnest, trustworthy guy, which is so refreshing in this industry. Team Kyle all the way!

Sale price on my CX-30 was good with no markup even during the pandemic vehicle shortages, although pretty much every car on the lot was out of gas so not much of a test drive. The low review is entirely for the service department who seem to bend over backwards to find excuses to dismiss any issues with the vehicle. Even after showing them the Mazda service bulletin they STILL tried to tell me the oil consumption on my turbo is normal. I now join the other customers who make the drive down to Everett Mazda where I receive vastly superior service.

First, I would like to say this review is not about my experience when purchasing my car. I actually had a very good experience with my purchase. This is a complaint against the service department. I took my car in for new tires, alignment and an oil change. My car was in perfect condition when I brought it in. Upon leaving and driving home my driver side mirror was damaged in and so I called to say what happened and was met with every excuse they could come up with. I was treated rudely on the phone by the service manager Glen, as well as the female service department worker (I can t recall her name),who like I said came up with every excuse they could about the damage on my car. I just spent 1500 that day and was made to feel like I was trying to scam in some way. He claimed his staff do not make mistakes and they are always honest with him, I think most people would agree in life that s just not reality. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to purchase a new car, which I was planning to do in the next nine months. It s a shame that a rude service department has soured me from ever going to this dealership again. I would like to point out that Mike in service was the only one not rude or to make excuses.

We purchased a CX-50 here and had a great experience working with Kyle. Given that it s a new model and with limited supply, we didn t test drive it before making the deposit. However Kyle s communication, knowledge, and general friendliness made us confident with the purchase. Would highly recommend Dwayne Lane again to others, worth the trip up from Seattle!

Dwayne Lane Mazda is a great dealership. Even with the new car shortages they were able to give me exactly what I want. I can't say enough good things about Kyle, my salesman. He was fantastic. Helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. One of the rare times I've been happy to purchase a new car.

I have been a customer of Dwayne Lane's Skagit Mazda Sales and their Service Department for almost 7 years. Bought several new cars from them, which I also serviced and repaired at their service department on regular basis. I really value the loyalty and the positive experience I receive at this place every time. The sales people make a car sale a very personal experience. In fact, with every car I purchased from them I made a friendship, as opposed to a business deal. They don't brush you off their shoulder if you have concerns, but on the opposite, everyone treat you the way they would want to be treated.While I am very pleased with the sales, I am even happier with the service and repairs and they are another main reason I keep coming back. Everyone wants to have a reliable and worry-free car service, and I found it here. Today they fixed my car again very quickly (in 2 days) and very well. This was after another shop had my car for over a month and couldn't fix the issue caused by an accident. Wow!I have to say that I have a very special gratitude for their service department personnel. When I leave my cars here, I have no worry. The service and repairs are always done right and the price is reasonable. The manager Jon goes out of his way to save you time and money, while making you feel very valued and important. I also really appreciate the help with the warranty issues.While I understand that nothing can be perfect, the experience at this dealership has been as close to perfect as it ever gets. Thank you so much for your excellence! I hope you guys all get a raise, a promotion, and lots of time for vacations. You definitely deserve it!

After spending two hours at another dealership before they would tell us the price of a car, Kyle was a breath of fresh air. Not pushy or cliche at all, gave us pricing info up front, and showed us everything we needed to know for our test drive within minutes at the shop. I would 100% recommend to go in and ask for Kyle! Cannot recommend going to Dwayne Lane's Mazda more highly; the staff is earnest, patient, and courteous.Spent an entire day searching for the right SUV for my wife and I could not recommend my experience at Dwayne Lane's Mazda more. Derek, our salesman, was excellent about answering all of my questions about the technical aspects of our car and was excited to talk to my wife about the entirety of their inventory. He was very knowledgeable about the cars both on the Mazda lot and about other makes of cars nearby. He also did an excellent job of steering us toward their cars without "trash talking" other brands which was very much appreciated given the breadth of our search.Overall the experience was excellent and I would happy steer my friends and family toward shopping there! If a new car is in the cards, definitely stop by and see what Dwayne Lane has to offer you!

I bought my 2020 Mazda CX-5 on 2/12/21 at Dwayne Lanes Skagit Mazda. Kyle Hansen was my salesperson. He was phenomenal! My husband and I usually get apprehensive when looking for cars at dealerships, due to pushy salespeople. However, we were pleasantly surprised with Kyle. From the beginning he was transparent, knowledgeable and helpful. Never did we feel uncomfortable when deciding to buy the CX-5. Kyle made our car buying experience so much better than we ever have had in the past. Definitely will be referring friends/family to Dwayne Lanes to see Kyle! 5 star rating due to Kyle!

Your experience here is always personable. I have been to a couple non-Mazda dealerships in the past and it felt like the focus was all about making their quota. I never mind the longer drive to be able to work with the staff in Skagit. Props to Trevor Sheldon and the late Dana Bennett for setting the precedence of what great customer service is all about.
