Ugh, be prepared to do your business here DIY. Staff completely lacks even basic automotive knowledge. Sure they seem nice enough, but seriously there should be at least one person with basic knowledge. Oh and why do they offer discounts for web orders Now ya know as if you order on the web they can blame you for wrong or missing part on your order So if ya need help go to Napa down the road a bit, worth the sometimes slightly higher price.

Keep your receipt to your warranty. AutoZone couldn't honor a 3-year warranty on a car battery without a receipt because they couldn't find it in their system

Don't bother going here. Go to O'Reilly. The only reason I went here was there was a part I needed and O'Reilly was out. The dis have the part but I tried to get a battery at the same time and the guy didn't want to help me, even after I asked for help. Bad prices, poor customer service.

Amazing customer service. We had bought a new battery somewhere else that wouldn t install. Being out of state, we didn t have tools with us, so we called this Auto Zone and they first checked the battery in the car and confirmed it was shot, then loaned us the tools to change out the battery on our own. Thank you so much for helping us complete our trip.

Asked for help finding new wipers and the cashier just looked at me and told me a couple sizes. I clearly didn t know what I was doing but he just pointed me down the aisle so I tried to look on my own. There s 50+ different wipers, and is there a difference between left and right? Do all brands fit my car? I couldn t even find one of the sizes he said. Funny enough a man came in after me and asked for help and the cashier took him to go help find what he needed :/ I left without wipers feeling embarrassed.

Bad customer service; came in to get some oil, coolant and gear oil, no baskets or anything to carry my stuff around the store. Got everything I needed and the cashiers were talking with fellow employees instead of helping out customers waiting in line, asked for a bag for all my stuff, store had zero bags to bag my stuff up.

This store is very eager for my business. They are happy to ask if they can help me find anything, I found everything I needed. The only downside is the pandemic prices. The prices are bound to get better.

Burlington branch on the Blvd is a sure s*** show which seems to need better management or something, I say this because this place has been like this for yrs now it sure seems like, again I know "good" workers are hard to find these days

Clean well organized store. Was asked if I needed assistance and I did. Saved me prob 3-5 minutes looking. AutoZone has always been my go to store.

Had a bulb out on my drivers side headlight. I went to autozone to buy the bulb, I knew it was going to be a pain trying to get the bulb in (aftermarket) assembly. The guy who helped me in the store offered to install it. He did it pretty quickly, and it was must appreciated. Thank you

Don t go to them if you re having truck trouble. We just did and it was our biggest mistake. These people are unbelievable. We were broke down and had a jump start in mount Vernon and drove to the Auto Zone in Burlington to have figure things out. The guy that worked there had my husband turn the engine run a check on our truck. My husband questioned him that it probably wouldn t re-start but the man insisted on turning the truck off. We thought he had a way of jumping the battery so he did turn the engine. Short story the man walked away saying you re on your own we don t jump start vehicles. Oh my is this auto zone a joke!! Don t go there. Now we are sitting broken down out front 3 kids and a dog.

Ordered on the internet and of course they didn't have the item even though I got an email stating that it was ready for pickup. Long story short I did get the item latter that day because they went the extra mile at this store to get it for me. They are great. The Mount Vernon store is bad, don't go there. They will tell you they don't have it then when you pull it off the shelf they get mad at you. They have no clue what customer service is .

Best place ever. Great cs on check in. Cashier he Helped me find headlight I needed. . Then Cole took the extra time to change it for me. I had noone so Im very grateful it was a tough one. He did not complain! Easter day 2022. Thanks so much guys!! Im not treated like a dum woman lime I am at 2 of the competitors.

I have been here a few times for equipment for my car and the staff has been helpful each time. I use their code check fob a few times as well and was able to repair a couple items my self. One time I had to have a mechanic fix an issue that I couldn t and I even meet that Mechanic at the store.

Always helpful. My first go to when I'm back home. I do miss the old staff. Some of the new guys are a little uptight in my opinionToday I went in and very helpful. Looks to be getting a little better

AutoZone is my Go To auto parts chain. I have been to perhaps 10 different ones. This one looks like the rest... Clean and we'll organized.As a fairly recent transplant to the Skagit valley, we have noticed businesses with a similar flaw that locals may not until they venture out.There is Definitely a lower level of motivation throughout the area and it was present here at AutoZone as well. I was wondering the store looking for a few items and passed a worker 3 our 4 times.He offered no greeting or help even though I was the only customer at the time. I also had to wait at the counter for about a minute or so before he noticed.Truth be told, his lack of interest or involvement will not keep me from shopping there but the level of service truly was less than I have been experiencing at other locations.4.5 stars for the chain...1.5 stars for the service quality on this day. Thus a 3 star review...

I came to AutoZone, pretty much a car care noob, with a tail light out and some fuses that needed attention. Jennifer went absolutely above and beyond to help me fix these issues, as well as teaching me how to do them myself for the next time. The last month has been extremely difficult for me and my family, including severe structural damage to our home, health scares with our elderly pets, and even a death in the family. Needless to say, the kindness and helpful attitude I was given at AutoZone meant the world to me. I left with a fixed truck and a smile on my face. Thank you so much!

I general don't like to post negative things but I think the employees at this location could work on their customer service a little bit more. It's nothing like going in and not knowing exactly what you need and then you get a employee that treats you like your stupid for not knowing what you need.

Had a wonderful experience in the store today. Polite and helpful employee, I believe his name is adrian. He was able to quickly find me the part I needed sold me what he had in stock, and ordered the other part.

I've only had good experiences at this location. So far, all the parts here have worked flawlessly on my 88 Toyota pickup. The service has been above average and they have gone above and beyond at times to help me find what I need. They don't have the best tool selection though.

Wasted my time and $5, refusing to refund nor compensation through customer credit. Called to ask if there was a power steering cap for my car, they said they couldn t find an exact one for it but had some caps I could try, I tried one out; didn t fit even though I was recommended to try three (which I m glad I didn t, because more wasted money), and they wouldnt offer any compensation for it. Totally understand not taking back my now dirty a** cap from trial and error-ing it, but some other system of compensation to keep me coming back would ve helped, since that s part of the idea of continued success in a business. Would not recommend. Flush a bill down the toilet with a beer in hand, it ll be more fun I promise!

Joshua - assistant parts manager was an amazing help when my car was having trouble starting up, he figured out what parts we needed and even installed it for us. Amazing service, surpingly knowledgeable making the money spent worth it. Thank you.

I'm not a big fan of Auto Zone. But the guy who is in charge, usually on the closing shift, is super helpful and friendly. I've never seen him be rude or dismissive to anyone and he has gone out of his way to help me several times, even when I didn't buy anything.That's hard to find these days.
