It is really rare these days to find good RV service but Les and his crew were the absolute best. We had a hot water heater leak and the unit had to be replaced at our RV park site. They arrived as promised with the replacement unit and made quick work of the install. We also asked them to install a missing foot pad on our leveling system which turned out to be more complex than thought. Les assured us they d fit us into their busy schedule and sure enough the next day - done! It is fantastic to have an RV repair service so diligent and caring which actually does the job and does it well.

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the services of Action RV, and I must say, my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped into their facility, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for what turned out to be a seamless and satisfying experience.First and foremost, the staff at Action RV are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their work. They took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, providing expert advice and guidance every step of the way. Whether it was explaining the intricacies of RV maintenance or recommending the best precautions for winter, they were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure I was fully informed and satisfied with my decisions. Rarely, will you come across a company that provides this kind of service for anyone.

Can't say enough about the wonderful service and professionalism of this business. Les is extremely knowledgeable about rv parts and made us very confident that the job would be done to our satisfaction. They replaced our refrigerator and removed the stove and replaced it with a cooktop. He didn't like the looks of the cover so he made some changes to the old one to make it fit. It looks beautiful. I left a pizza stone and in the oven and they delivered it to my doorstep the next day. We'll worth the 25 mile trip from our home to get great customer service. I highly recommend Action RV.

Les and his crew are top notch and the only RV service center I'll go to! Friendly, professional service with fair pricing! They were able to diagnose and fix an issue with both my 3 way fridge and furnace. I appreciate the great service!

I had been having trouble with my furnace in my 2019 Montana fifth wheel, did some research and cleaned the sail switch, that worked for a while, then changed the off/ reset switch worked again for a while, after a lot of frustration my wife and I decided to call a professional and see if they could come out and fix it, I called Action RV and spoke to Les, he was quite sure I needed a new sail switch and didn t want to charge me for a service call if he didn t have to, I brought the old switch in and he matched it up with a new one, took it home and installed it, furnace works like new!! Wish I could give him ten stars!!! I highly recommend him to anyone needing rv work done! I really appreciate him saving us money from a service call! We will be going to Action RV with any repairs needed in the future!!N

I wish I could add more stars! While starting a 5 long day drive across the country with a timeline we had some problems with our RV. They put 3 of their guys on our drop in job and got us back on the road in just a few hours. Amazing service, I can t say enough!

I give Action RV of Burlington, WA my highest rating. My furnace went out during this current cold wave. I called in the morning and they arrived this afternoon. Wonderful response time and l have heat again. Thanks for terrific customer service.

My mom lives full-time in her RV, so transporting to a shop really isn t an option with all of her homey comforts set up inside. I called into a few shops for a mobile repair tech service, and Action RV was the only one that followed up on having a tech call me back as promised. Les was so helpful and friendly! He actually solved my problem by reviewing a photo I sent by text, and was able to assess that no tech service was needed at that time saved me a service fee! I will definitely be calling back for any future services needed. Good customer service is hard to find post-Covid and I am super appreciative to have found it here!

Called Les to replace my dying furnace. It was installed by that afternoon. Great workman,experienced tech. Good product increased blower output by 40%. Labor price was pretty high but"Skilled labor isn't cheap and cheap labor isn't skilled"Would highly recommend

I needed emergency work on my travel trailer. (Replace toilet) I called Action RV and they came the same day! They did excellent work with no surprise fees and quick too. As a senior citizen, it was such a relief to have no stress and reliable service. Thank you!

I called today extremely stressed due to a potential water leak in my RV. They had me do a few simple tasks to narrow down that I do not in fact have a leak and helped me resolve the issue within a couple of minutes. I know that if I ever have an issue that they will be the first service I use. I am beyond grateful for the assistance and for them to take the time to help resolve the issue. Overall excellent customer service!

My husband and I took our newly purchased motor home to Action RV for an inspection. We could not be happier with our experience! Les found a few things that needed repair and explained in detail each issue. After doing an excellent inspection and completing the repairs, Les explained how each system works and how to hopefully extend the life of our traveling home. If I could give more than 5 stars to Action RV, I would.Late last month we found out or refrigerator wasn t working properly in our 2021 Montana High Country. After calling the manufacturer and being told to take it in, I began calling a list of repair facilities that they recommended. Two never called me back, and one told me they couldn t work on it because we didn t purchase it from them. This is a common issue in this area unfortunately, and makes anything that goes wrong with your RV even more stressful.Les at Action RV was the only one who considered even looking at it. While it wasn t an easy feat to fit our nearly 40 5th wheel into an already busy lot and schedule, he managed it and was able to get everything fixed in record time.Due to the service and quality of repair I received, I m thankful that Action RV was the one to fit us in. I definitely won t be going anywhere else for my RV needs!

These guys are fantastic! They bench tested my furnace for free and gave me all kinds of support on the phone. We collectively figured out the problem with my furnace control board and we came to a great solution. They fixed it! I was only charged for parts and the minimum man hour fee even though I got tons of phone support. The owner is a stand up guy!!! This companies customer service is amazing and I could tell by the way Les interacted with me that he really cared about my well being. His techs are super knowledgable, kind, and very helpful.All around 5 out of 5 stars!This is my new RV shop!Thanks Les!!!!!!!! Services: Air conditioning, Battery

Today (1/8/24) was the 2nd Time I've needed help from ACTION RV.......Once again they came through within an hour, I had a real emergency. I luckily got Jeremy again and he fixed my Motorhome hot water problem, Thank you Les and Jeremy..........Highly recommend Action RV. My tech was Jeremy, very thorough and informative. Was able to fix my issues. Les, the owner was able to schedule me in a timely manner. Really appreciate their service.

The Action RV Team is trustworthy and accommodating. I needed a quick turn-around and asked if I could wait onsite during my RV's service and they were lovely and amendable. Customer service at Action RV is number one and that is a dying breed I've found. They went out of their way to answer my questions and fix a problem I've had with a poorly engineered factory product AND they didn't charge me for the solution! Take your RV there and don't worry that you are getting forthright information and quality work done.Service: Body & Trim

Les & Susan at Action RV really impressed my wife & I when we experienced a refrigerator failure while traveling in the PNW this August. Les took the time to troubleshoot over the phone and was proactive in getting a replacement unit sent overnight, so we could drop off our camper for his team of technicians to install that next day. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road quickly. Their honesty and integrity during this process was refreshing. We have been going to Les since we purchased our first trailer in 2016. He has helped us through annual maintenance of bearings, brakes and systems as well as awning replacement, refrigerator reset, hot water relief valve, propane regulator replacement, water pump repair, converter charge module, better valves for winterizing, purchase of a new and much higher quality trailer. He has never let us down. This business is a favorite resource for us. We highly recommend Les at Action RV.

We have been on the road for a month plus and this morning I noticed a small leak in my Low point values. I called Action RV and spoke to Les. He worked us into his schedule and did a great job in making repairs. Everyone we dealt with at Action RV was very friendly, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He walked us through the whole finished process and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Active RV to anyone that is in need of RV repair.

We had bought a 2008 Monaco motorhome had Poulsbo RV do some work to it they said the roof needed to be resealed wanted some ungodly amount of money to do it got a hold of action he could do it gave me a really good price got it done in a day and a half it's perfect it doesn't leak and his guys and Les are awesome he even came down on a Friday when they are closed to give our motorhome back to us because he knew we were in a real hard situation with getting our motorhome back

Action RV is well worth the drive from Seattle. The service was extremely personalized, with Les calling to update me and assure everything I requested to be done was completed just as I requested. SO glad I found them - I will never take my camper anywhere else!

What a blessing to meet Les and Susan and their crew! They saved our vacation when our toilet broke and we realized our house batteries were not holding charge midway through a long awaited 2 week trip into Washington from California.Les was responsive returning our call promptly and evaluating the issues and getting the correct parts and back on the road quickly. Susan was kind and made us comfortable while we waited and the whole crew was kind and efficient!Most importantly, Les has deep knowledge of RV maintenance and we are coming back for a general service in the fall. I contacted action RV and told them my furnace was randomly turning on and their was a clicking noise behind the fuse panel. They called me mid day to tell me they could not get my motor home started and was blocking their doors. I came done a d asked what th3y had do e to see if they may have possibly moved a wire etc. The owner was very rude, started dropping F bombs on me atold me I had to get my motorhome out of "F" ing way. He them brought out a battery which he charged me double what had paid for a truck battery 2 days before at Costco. I asked if I could run over to Costco to purchase a battery and he lost it and became very belligerent. So, I paid $500.00 dollars for a service I did not request, paid twice as much for a battey, and additional $200.00 and he never addressed the issue it was brought in for. JR Rv was unable to squeeze me in and had recommended them. I let JR'S know how I was treated there. Can't say enough good things about JR'S, and wouldd drive my motorhome over a cliff before I would ever take it to Action Rv. I never swore or raised my voice to the owner, yet he was fine swearing at me.Service: Electrical

Can't thank Les and his team enough for the excellent service and for taking the time to explain things to a pair of newbie RVers! Our brand new 2023 Pleasure-Way Plateau had a fridge that didn't cool. After months of delays by the dealer we finally went directly to Pleasure-Way (who were great about helping us) and found out that there was an electrical recall related to the fridge. We were advised to get the recall taken care of immediately, before sorting the fridge issues. We didn't want the dealer to touch our rig again so Pleasure-Way sent the parts out to us and said we could have it installed by someone locally.The first place we contacted said they wouldn't do warranty work on a new rig and we got a bit worried. We called Action RV and Les returned our call promptly and agreed to take a look. We sent paperwork and he responded very quickly and agreed to do the work. We were so very relieved.We took our rig in today and now the recall work is complete! Les was just fantastic. He took time to explain things to us and even went above and beyond to give us a bit of much needed RV "schooling", which we very much appreciate.We can't recommend Action RV highly enough. Great, knowledgable, kind folks who really care. We'll be back - hope it isn't too soon though :-)Service: Electrical

Outstanding service. Got us in and out on same day for a complete new AC unit installation, which required extra work given the age of our trailer. While trailer was in shop they noticed a defective tire and referred us to Les Schwab in town who were able to replace all 4 tires same day. Made our trip home safe and worry-free. Suggested other needed repairs for reasonable bids which we will be taking advantage of. Great crew, friendly and knowledgeable. Also provide mobile service to home which is very helpful.Service: Air conditioning

I stopped by Action RV to see if they had a electric converter. Les came out to check my pickup camper, after I told him what was happening he agreed I needed a new converter. He didn t have one in stock. I then told him my batteries were not holding a charge, he said he would check everything out, ( this was at 4:30 pm they closed at 5:30). To get me by they replaced both batteries and installed a battery maintainer to use when I am hooked to 120 volts. They went above board to help me out, their people were very professional. If I lived in the state of Washington I would continue to use them.Services: Electrical, Battery
