I always come back to this shop because the service is great and the price is very reasonable. I can get dealer parts cheaper than what the dealership charges. These guys completed my front and rear brakes changes in the same day.

Earlier this year my driver side mount spring and strut needed to be replaced. My vehicle extended warranty company recommended this location. I made an appointment and within 2 days or so my car was fixed!Hassles and very seamless! T Auto Repair did a fantastic job taking care of my car and the level of service they provided me was excellent!Today I brought back my car because the plastic Shield above my driver side Tire somehow popped off and I thought it could possibly have been taken off and put back on and correctly. Well I called them and they told me to bring it in for them to look at. After the person who might have been the owner educated me on how the plastic shielding works where my previous repairs were done I realized that it would have been unnecessary for them to have to take the plastic shielding off.Once again they took incredible care of me and didn't charge me for putting the plastic Shield back in place even though they could have. Talk about amazing service! I am thankful to them and will be returning to them for any of my auto repair and or maintenance needs. A buddy of mine recommended Ts knowing I don't have the deepest pockets. My 2019 Hyundai Tucson was running rough and I had been told by another shop I needed a head gasket. After a thorough inspection they told me I could fix these issues with a tune up, saved me a ton of money and got me back on the road in no time, 10 out of 10. These guys are the best. I have waterpump issue and you know ford cars, they make it really hard to work on your car. I call all autoshop near me all of them give me estimation to replace waterpump at $3500 plus total but this guys they give me $2500 estimation and at the end i only pay $2200. I would bring my cars here.

Don't go to these crooks, they charged me $200 and couldn't solve the problem. $200 wasted, bloody crooks!

zero starsI was having engine problems and the owner T Was able to communicate with me clearly and properly to get my car to the shop and when parts became an issue or they couldn't give me a timeline or communicate properly on the status of the vehicle he was unable to communicate to his customer for monthshe then hired somebody able to speak to customers and was verbally abusive to me just trying to get clear answers on a vehicle that has been at his shop.4 MONTHS later my car was ready .... 5 days of driving it and it has broke again and in another shop refusing again to communicate with a customer!

They power wash their automotive run off into the storm drain!! Thats terrible for the environment. This is not a sustainable business from an environmental standpoint. You re not supposed to power wash dirty pavement like that!

I've come in a couple times, sometimes with an appointment and sometimes with an emergency. Every time they've been friendly, accommodating, and timely. It's in the mid-range as far as pricing but consistently good work so it's worth it. No towing, but they were able to recommend A Seattle Tow, and I had a good experience with them too.It's also nice that there's a few places nearby where I can grab a bite or run some errands on foot while they do their work, and they can call me when they're done or hold my car until the end of the day.

Went here for the first time today to get my tires and lights replaced. They did a great job, had a reasonable price and were very friendly and flexible :)) I was very well taken care of. They are awesome!

Well, how to start off.I went all over town looking for great price. And all was very pricey until I came to T.The price is really reasonable.He spoke to me through the process and was very kind/polite. Most shop was rude and wanted to take my money off my hand. And I'm not that knowledgeable in cars and business. But I know when I'm being ripped off.T and his team walked me through the process and nice enough to explain what I needed and what was really the issue with my car.I don't know what else to say. The place is awesome! I can so so much about how great it is.I highly recommend this place.So it's been 20 minutes that I have driven the car. I had to give my opinion in how it is.MY CAR IS RUNNING GREAT!Thanks a bunch!

The best auto shop in the area. Amazing service, affordable price, trustworthy, and friendly. They are honest and won't try to rip you off (which is rare for auto shops) when it comes to their book time/quote, for example, if a job takes 2 hours, than that's what they're gonna quote you (or a little bit over, like 2.2 hours) and not say it's 5-6 hours unlike most other auto shops who are greedy and evil. They will actually take care of you and your vehicle, not just look at you as money walking. Carlos the mechanic who helped me is an awesome guy!

Not only did Richard help me with new tires and brakes, he helped me get it financed with zero interest for 90 days. I would recommend this small business to anyone needing any assistance with their vehicles. They were fast, friendly and very affordable. Thanks guys...I truly appreciate you folks.

I came in for an emissions test and everyone was real nice and fun. They also noticed my tire was flat and pumped some air in it for me, awesome right? I honestly had no idea. Wish I could have stayed longer to chit chat but they finished the test in just a few minutes and I was out of there! If you want a place with fast, super friendly, and cheap service, this is the place to go.

I use to love coming here & having T work on my car. He was always so fast, efficient and his prices were very affordable. Lately, T hasn t been doing much of the work at his shop- or at least that s what it seems because every time I come he s not there, and when I ask for him the man at the front desk, Dave I believe says he s not there as much any more. Anyways, they have a bunch of new workers now, and one of the men doing an oil change on my Camry (Carlos) broke a piece of the air filter housing unit off my car! Good thing my mom was there watching the whole thing because no one would have said anything! Dave assured me he would fix the piece, but wanted me to leave my car (and only mode of transportation) at the shop for 2 days, when the job would NOT have taken two days. Every time I made an appointment there was a problem. I even talked to T and still nothing was done. This happened months ago and still I have yet to be assisted. I m very disappointed in T. I wouldn t recommend going here. The business is shady & the workers are not trust worthy.

these guys do great work i take my car in for regular maintenance and nothing has gone wrong. all the employees are amazing and have great customer service skills. along with the emissions test i need mine since mine expired soon so i pulled my car in and it took about 5 mins they were a little more than the regular test station but it saved me the drive.

I had some work done here time after time and not once were they shy of excellent care from vehicle to client. Front desk manager David and all other representatives I encountered had always executed honest, knowledgeable and prompt service. If you re having a hard time finding a reliable, trusted auto repair shop, this is the one. I cannot further stress how friendly, courteous, and affordable it is here. David, who is an auto mechanic himself also offers clear and straightforward explanations to better help you grasp an understanding of your vehicle s mechanisms and in doing so, avoid further problems down the road. Not every mechanic will save you time and money. So I strongly value the service I ve had here and encourage anyone in doubt, do not hesitate to give them a call.P.S.Waiting lobby also has a fridge full of courtesy drinks, a phone charging station and a TV.

I have taken my car here for major work 2 times and minor work about 4 times. Each time has been a good experience. They give me the estimate and almost each time it has come out less. The more you go they start giving you discounts! As long as I stay in the area this will be where my car comes for getting fixed.

I came in to do a simple emissions test, so I dropped off my car and went on a walk. I thought they were joking when I got called about 4 minutes later with the tech saying "We're done, you can come pick up your car".Low and behold, by the time I walked back to the shop, they had my results! I highly recommend them for the speed, friendliness, and prices!

I've always had great service and great prices from these guys. They have worked on four of my cars and I could not be happier. I also love the convenience of being able to do emission testing here and swing right across the street to renew tabs! Great work!

I've had my car in for a couple of repairs now. The work was done promptly and accurately -- it's never had rework, like other places have. Prices are very reasonable, as well. They've explained repairs and consequences, as well as helped explore alternatives for me. In one case I asked them to do an additional repair while they had part of the car open. They did not, because the part would not be available for a couple of days. This was the right choice.

I was selling my car and the buyer's bank needed an emission test before funding. I needed a place that was inexpensive, in the area and quick. T Auto Repair was all those things! They were state certified and listed on the emissions page so I was confident they would do fine. What I didn't expect was the politeness and patience (even though they were busy) and no nonsense way of explaining that didn't make me feel stupid.Now they're at the top of my list of shops to go to and try out in the event that I do need any major work done. It also makes me feel better supporting local, which is what they are!

I am auto engineer retired with back problems. I've seen all the scams repair centers & even dealers pull. This shop is the most honest & reasonable I've ever found.

They said they would work with me and tried to be nice but the second i got my car in and couldnt afford what they were offering for repair i offered to pay the fee that was ready for them but instead of working with me like they said (because i told them i have not much if at all ANY money right now due to pandemic) they gave me complete price but added fees for stuff they never did to my car. They want the car off their lot but refuse to give me the keys for it even when i said i can put a down payment to prove i can pay with my car number to them and everything and they just want to jip you of money. Its sad people in thise world wont help you when you need it. They also harrass you on the phone when the conversation has ended and you hang up after trying to be nice and come to a compromise like adults, they call and callPs if they couldnt work with me after i told them on the phone before sending my car there that i had no money to pay them, they shouldnt have told me to tow it there so i couldve had it towed to a safe place where they wont leave my car outside for people to steal. Oh and just so other know, the people at the bottom with good reviews are not exactly real people. Paid people or just fake accounts. So itll be your own issue if you decide to trust them.

Best prices in the area, they fixed my car quickly. The service is great. Highly recommend giving these guys a try. I've priced shopped around and these guys gives you the most for your money.

Had my car fixed to replace my ABS speed sensor, everything went well(I hope). But when I got home and the next day I tried to clean my car and noticed that one of the plastic cover underneath the engine bay was loose, they didn't put it back together properly, I immediately went back, and they claim that they only work on one side and have would claim that that's not his fault. So i left upset and unsatisfied. Have to order new sets of screws now to fix it.

I ve taken two different vehicles there. Both times I ve taken both vehicles it took twice as long being there from what they promised me. The first time one of the vehicles window was broken into and stuff stolen out of it. The second time somebody had stolen my antenna and my fuel gauge doesn t work on my other vehicle now. I Kinda gave them a break On the first vehicle thinking stuff happens but it happened to me almost the same exact way the second time and didn t have my vehicle for both times for longer than a week after the date they stated do not go there
