Under no circumstances should you bring your car into this place. Even if you get into an accident right in front of their entrance, take it somewhere else.Drive around with your busted car, find someone on Craigslist with a repair shop in their backyard, watch a Youtube video and try to do it yourself: All of these would be better options than leaving your car in the hands of these incompetent fools.I will say, at least, that when they were trying to repair my car that they did tell me they had absolutely no idea what they were doing. After which they scratched and dented my car, failed to fix the tailgate properly (it leaks), and left me with a car where parts were literally falling off in areas where there had never been prior damage.My car is now back in their shop under the "life-time warranty". They have had it for a month. They don't seem to know how to fix it. They would rather pay for me to drive around in a rental car than actually hire competent employees.This review should be 1/2 star out of 10.

I had my car broken into and vandalized. I care about this vehicle because it's my dream car. Jeremy and the crew are great, from communication to the final results. My insurance agency suggested this location, I'm suggesting this location.

Updates were provided frequently and when I arrived to pick up my car it was like it was brand new again. Inside and out! So Happy to be reunited with Roxy again. This whole process was stress-free from the time I dropped it off to getting into the rental and the pickup!

I brought my car into crash champions in Burien WA on 6/21. I received communication via text for much of the time they had my vehicle, and many of these communications as well as my pickup were incredibly disturbing. I received texts twice that my car would soon be ready, the first of which was corrected to explain that they had many Subarus and apparently had, for days, been mistaking another Subaru for my own, and been providing updates for the wrong vehicle. The explanation for this is that they had many Subarus. The second set of texts with regards to this issue explain that the parts they ordered, which they had been in possession of from June 28th to July 14th had become broken, and that they would need to be reordered. On July 16th, I reached out and was told my vehicle would be ready that Friday. I explained at this time that I was running out of coverage for my rental vehicle via my insurance. This statement was ignored, and on the 21st of July, I received a text stating that my vehicle would be ready by end of day or that Friday. Despite them being so allegedly familiar with Subarus, they informed me that the parts they had ordered did not fit properly after having paint applied and that as of the 24th, they would need to update my pickup time again. I spoke with Enterprise, the vehicle rental agency that I had the vehicle through. I was informed for a second time by a local Enterprise representative that they work with crash champions all the time in cases like this to help with coverage for rental car. I inquired about this via text to the individual who had been communicating with me about the status of my vehicle and that individual flat out denied that they could do anything about the rental situation. I then proceeded to try to call crash champions multiple times daily for days. Calls which went ignored for a long period of time, and text communication ceased. I finally borrowed a friend's phone and got someone to pick up the phone. The irritated individual who answered told me they'd knock $100 off my deductible, and claimed that they do not usually do this kind of thing. Following this call, I again called Enterprise in Burien and they again confirmed that they regularly work with the local crash champions and that they most frequently cover the rental car charges. Repairs were not completed fully, and I am now left to find another shop to fix those damages left unrepaired. When I asked why repairs were left unaddressed, the woman at the shop I was speaking to told me that someone would have had to ask my permission to get a diagnostic on the vehicle first. I received no such communication, and am left with nothing but a mess and an egregious bill for what I strongly believe is serious negligence. I was advised by the person on this claim through Allstate to reach out to someone above the shop to resolve this issue. I did just that, to no avail whatsoever. I've gotten no communication from this place. Their idea of repairs include a paint job with bubbles in it and blobs of paint in other places, bolts and other parts left off the "completed" vehicle, not to mention that they failed to complete any repairs caused by the accident other than those which are cosmetic. I'm past caring if it's a lack of competence, fraud, or just that they don't care, I have paid over $1700 in costs associated with this, not counting transportation costs for their multiple "it will be ready" mega- blunders. I would excuse so much but the sudden refusal to communicate at the end of this says it all. I've reached out all kinds of places and I can't even begin to understand how little they care about the quality of their work, and overall their business at all because I can't see them staying in business long with practices like this.

My car was stolen from their lot after being serviced. The staff was remorseless and completely unhelpful. The lot is fenced and gated with security cameras everywhere. They claimed they were having issues with their security cameras and couldn't find the footage of it being stolen. I got my car back full of fentanyl, trash, cigarettes and the ignition system had been completely destroyed. $2000 dollars in damage and impound fees. Unless you have a fully insured hooptie you want to disappear, go somewhere else.

Did not get reimbursement for the inferior piece of plastic that THEY installed on our replacement back bumper. Had to go back to for them to reposition the bumper too. You would think that would be a no brainer. Also had to leave the truck there for WAY too long for them to find the parts that we could easily find online and have delivered the next day. Don't use these guys - try another, service that is more honest and efficient - it shouldn't be hard.

Love their work, their staffs, customer service. When you are at their they take care your vehicle as their own. I recently got in a car accident. I didn't which shop to go to and I found their shop and it is also close to my house. My car was done so beautifully. I am so certified with their work. Plus they never let you go until you are certified with your car. Also, they work very fast. I just want to say thank you all for your hard work and how much you guys care for your customers. If anything, I will definitely go back.

Burien Service King is one of the best locations we've been serviced by. The attention to detail of repairing our car was excellent which we greatly appreciate. When another person wrecks your car you want to be sure that it's repaired to its original condition and that's what Burien Service King did. Best auto collision & work done on my vehicle experience. I am fully satisfied on the repair, good as new, can't tell someone backed into me. The paint matches perfectly and the body work is invisible. I even had a few door dings on the side of my vehicle that was taken care off and noticed the few scratches filled in near the trunk that wasn't related to the accident. My wife lost her expensive designer sun glasses in the vehicle for sometime and it suddenly appeared when the repairs were completed. It must have been found when repairs were undertaken. Service King made my car beautiful again! They repaired quarter panel damage, replaced one of my doors, realigned the vehicle after a final check found issues. All of this and outstanding customer service. I'll say that again...OUTSTANDING customer service! The Service King in Burien provided outstanding service in repairing the damage. They returned phone calls promptly. Their associates were knowledgeable and friendly, and answered all my questions. They kept me informed about the status of the car, and it was ready on the date promised. The quality of the work was excellent. My experience with Service King Burien was outstanding. They repaired front end damage on my relatively new BMW, making it look absolutely like new. Angelo, my personal rep at SK was personable and professional. He called me regularly to keep me updated, especially when BMW was late providing parts. Also Amanda, at check-out was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this service.

They even helped me fix a small glitch in my automatic window switch no questions asked after I'd already picked up my car. Excellent customer service and collision work by this team. I had significant damage to my 2017 Subaru Outback which Service King addressed completely and with excellent quality. I cannot tell that anything happened to the vehicle cosmetically or mechanically. Super friendly service and timely communication as well. I highly recommend this company!

Read the reviews on this place & save yourself the headache. Only giving 3 stars because the staff was very friendly in the office.I just had this feeling that something wasn't right.Ultimately, I took my car to another place & got a quote for $2000k cheaper. I had to dispute the insurance claim setting up a appointment with an adjuster to come look at the physical damage that Service King Said was $4000k worth of damages (it would have totaled out my car).The adjuster agreed with the new shop that Service King was over charging and that some of the items in the original insurance claim from Service King did not need to be fixed. (One being a claim for a dent in the floor, the dent was supposed to be there as a alcove for a pipe to set up in per factory made.) The items that did need to be fixed were still cheaper by 100's of dollars at the other shop. Phewwww! I really feel like I dodged a financial crisis here folks. Beware.

Great job getting my vehicle processed. The ladies at the front desk (their names escape me atm) were a big help and lot of explanations were provided. Although no timeline could be provided, they assured me about the step by step information that will be sent and received via phone calls and text messages.

They kept us abreast of the work throughout the entire process, going above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered. The repairs to my car was great. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. I was seen very quickly, explained the process and in my rental all within 30 minutes. My car was finished on scheduled and returned to me cleaner and like new! Very satisfied :)

I recently had my car in here to repair damages done from an unfortunate encounter with a raccoon. Based solely on the finished product I would have given 5 stars. It looks perfect. Customer service was great too and the on site insurance rep that I dealt with was awesome... BUT... when they tell you "not to leave any personal items in the car" you better not even leave a dime. When I arrived to drop off, I noticed the roughly $10 in quarters I had accumulated in the cup holder. Instead of loading my pockets with the change, I moved it all to a less conspicuous location and covered it with some papers and business cards hoping it wouldn't be seen. Of course when I picked up my car, all that was left were a few pennies and nickels. Yes it's partially my fault for not following their advice and leaving it in the car but it was obvious that someone was rummaging in order to find it. When they tell you not to leave anything, maybe they should follow it up with, "because one of our workers WILL steal it". I really don't care about the $ and maybe it's naive of me to think someone has no business rummaging and taking all my change but I guess I expected the same professionalism from the workers as I do from the front desk. To me it's a reflection of the business and honestly it left me a little disenchanted with this place in that regard.

I had a awesome experience at this repair shop when I recently had to bring my car in for repairs.Service King works with Geico so that the whole process was the easiest that it could be. When I arrived they had a representative from Service King and also one from Geico come and look at the damage with me. The guy from Service King told me an approximation on what needed to be done and how long it would take.When we went back inside the office there was a representative there from Enterprise as well and she immediately took me outside to my rental car that was all ready to go.All in all, the experience was great. The work done was done very well and I have a lifetime guarantee on the work that was done. Everyone was very nice and it was through this experience that I would bring my car back here in the future.

I would highly recommend this place!! They made a not so great incident so effortless. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient!! They did great work on my car, thank you so much for everything Jeremy!!! My car looks amazing again!!! I will send anyone I know your way. I feel awful I forgot the front desk lady, but she was always so sweet and welcoming, I appreciated her knowledge as well!!

I had gone to service king to get an estimate because I had worked with them in the past and have had no problems. I recently got into a minor fender bender and needed a repair. I was told by Service King if I bring in my car for an estimate BEFORE bringing it in for the actual work, then they would be able to give me an approximate timeline on how long my car was in the shop. This evidently is not true. The Service King in Burien told me there is NO WAY they can give me ANY type of timeline, that they will NOT pre-order any parts until the car comes in. I got very frustrated, more than I probably should have an I admit that, but I did not shout. I was about to apologize for being so frutrated when the lady over the phone cut me off and started yelling at me. I explained to them that I need some sort of time estimate, just anything! I need to get a rental car because not having transporation isn't an option for me, I need to budget for that. Finally the lady on the phone told me to take me business elsewhere. I said fine and hung up. I would not use this company for two reasons. The first is the lady on the phone was incredibly rude to me and was not willing to talk or work with me at all. The second is the miscommunication in the company, why would they tell me they will give me a time estimate then refuse? I also don't understand how it is in any way pheasible to not give a general time estimate. I have since spoken with other companies who will give me a time estimate.My time is too vauable for me to work with a company like this, but not so valuable that I won't write a review. I am taking my business elsewhere as she suggested.

I utilize their services for the second time for the same type of damage to my 2018 Kia Stinger and my 2022 Kia Stinger through my Geico insurance claim. The process worked great I brought my vehicle in and had it appraised then left it for service. I was kept up to date on the status of my car and received feedback even when I was in Mexico so I was able to arrange a rental car when I returned because I was informed up to date about the repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an appointment to repair my car. I parked and someone came out to tell me to move my car less than 50 feet. I said that I wasn't going to move my car as there was no reason. They said they wouldn't honor the appointment. I had this appointment and had to rearrange my schedule for this. Now I have to reschedule because I wouldn't move my car 5 parking spaces. What the heck! I will never go there again. They were very rude unprofessional.Service: Body & Trim

My Ford Expedition was badly smashed up in a traffic accident.I had it towed to Service King Collision Repair in Burien, WA where they assured me that it could, in fact, be restored to "Like New" condition.They were not kidding. It looked great when I picked it up!The entire group of people working there were always friendly and helpful throughout my ordeal.They gave me a Really Great Price (I checked around) and I would not hesitate to use their services again.I will recommend them to any of my friends who are in need of a truly "Great" body-shop.A special shoutout to Mr. Alvarez (The General Manager) who I found to be particularly perceptive and kind.

This place is straight robbery. A year and a half ago I got an estimate for my car door. The door needed to be REPLACED and work was needed on the front door from damage also would need to be painted (another car drove off and snagged my back passenger door and dragged it forward) the estimate was $2400. Fast forward I go in on Tuesday 02/23/21 because of a paint scratch on the back bumper on my SUV from backing in to the wall of my garage. The estimate? $2900! I dated a guy who worked there for a year and a half, he told me they had shady ways but this is beyond the pale. $2400 for a NEW DOOR, fixing driver door damage AND paint with blending. But $2900 for a literal paint scratch on the bumber of my SUV, the bumper has no dents. Literally needs to be buffered and painted. I guess if you're using insurance they can rip it off all they want, you're not paying. Doesn't make it ethical though.
