The service at this location is first class! A set of windows wipers had to be changed out. I bought from another location and there was an issue with incorrect sizing. I had thrown out my receipt . However, the manager approved an exchange (same brand but correct size).Another patron offered to put them in- but could not ( thank you, Chris, for trying). The manager came out and put them in for me!!! I was so happy. Since I was in Burien, WA, and the rains started, it was very important to have wipers working properly.

Got the last things I needed for our project. The store is stocked fairly well and the service has been friendly for the most part. Although sometimes they don t greet their customers and you would likely have to look to ask for help instead of being asked. I also like that this location has a spacious parking lot.

I have to set a real issue with being told to come. Pick up parts to the certain time. And they're not here and they're not ready and I have to come back. Or I'm told to sit in my car, I'm waiting. They'll bring it to me today. Currently, at this time, I've been sitting in my car. 425 minutes, I'm highly disappointed in this auto store.

My daughter had a problem with her car, in that it sometimes didn't start up.It didn't seem like it was the battery, because one person put their charger on it and it read the battery was good.Then, at Aamaco they said the battery was good.So we stopped here and they came right out and tested it.Found out the battery wasn't good.She bought a new one and they lent us tools to use.Everything went smoothly.Great staff here and was prompt in helping us.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good prices on most things plus they always have deals on various items, which is nice! They installed my headlight bulb replacement for me even when it was sorta raining and they were super helpful not to mention quick and efficient thank you o reilly auto parts!

Great store, staff is always incredibly friendly and fast, you'll be in and out in no time. They are incredibly informative as well and know what they are doing. Store is always kept nice and clean/orderly/organized and parking lot is kept clean as well. Oh and they love dogs lol and have treats for them at all times. Definitely recommend this location.

I've been going here for years and it's been a constant struggle to get the correct parts. I was told before that my engine doesn't exist and several other little issues. But at least it's convenient.

Stopped by this location just for fuses, and would recommend it to anyone. I accidentally bought the wrong kind of fuse and had to exchange for the right kind, and the cashier was super helpful in making sure I had what I needed. She loaned me tweezers to help me fix my problem, and even asked around to other employees about my problem and whether they had advice. Just super helpful and compassionate, and I really appreciated it when I was stressed about my car.

Everytime I am in the store, other people seem to get help before me! They will take calls when you been waiting in line and help them before even acknowledging me!

I showed up during a heavy rain storm needing a new windshield wiper. Both the employees behind the counter were very helpful and got me the ones I needed and installed them for me even though it was cold, dark, and raining. I thank you for all the help.

The parking lot was almost full, but I was waited on almost immediately. I was encouraged.My hobby car is over fifty years old and parts are not usually easy to find.Angel, the counter person had no problem locating the correct bearing for my manual transmission.And it was a high quality BCA brand.Great experience and I will be coming back to do my automotive business at O'Reilly Auto Parts.

We came into Seattle from New Mexico and started to have intermittent trouble with the car battery. Yet, it wasn t clear that was the problem. We stopped by this store and one of the employees (I m sorry I didn t get his name) came out to check our battery for free. Not too surprising the car wouldn t start but there was an error message stating the car was still running. Long story short, he checked the battery and the alternator and we only needed a battery. He ended up not selling us one as it s a special battery that only Volkswagen can install. All that work for free. We tried to tip him but he said he couldn t accept it. He thanked us for our business. This place is great! He actually was the assistant manager.

Always have what I need, and if they don't have it in store they can almost always have it later in the day or next day.I prefer the Burien store friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Excellent service walked in asked for what I needed that got it for me I payed then gon I think there the best in town I go there and anyone who don't. Should cuz there the best !?!?

The manager installed our battery even though it took about 15 minutes to install, he was amazing and didn t leave me stranded as the care was completely dead. Katie and him were great help! Thank you so much, will definitely be my go to O Rilley location! I appreciate you guys!

If it wasn t for the girl that works at this location I would have never givin this location so many stars!! Take her away and 2 is the highest I would give them! I feel as if they don t have as much of a selection as other locations?!

Needed odd part! A parts that was not for a vehicle. I needed hose that had certain angles, they didn't have. They assisted me in looking through their stock. We found a hose that I could be cut and make that particular hose. I really appreciated their help in assisting me with what I needed and their patience.

They're very observant, friendly, knowledgeable, and always as helpful as they can be. I logged in today to give them a good review and I forgot I already gave them one 6 months ago so far every experience I've had with them has left me feeling grateful.

I wish I could remember her name but the counter girl was very helpful explain what I needed and what parts would work among parts want it they unfortunately did not have the part in stock but was she was willing to have it ordered for us so yes very satisfied

I was there Friday. The man who helped me (Trinidad O.) was really nice and helpful; he even put the wiper blades on my car. He had a smile..... How refreshing! Will go there again because of his attitude!

Always helpful, and for some reason they seem to hire folks with a good sense of humor. Used to work at a plumbing parts store and my basic line was Hope I don t see you again! Which usually got a laugh. One of the guys at the Burien Oreillys says, See you in 30 minutes! Always makes me laugh, and it s always true.

Amanda at the Burien store was truly helpful, professional, and even printed out the directions for installing the cabin air filter I purchased. She also looked up all the random bulbs on my list and helped me with those as well as information on shocks for my older car. I usually research prior because shopping for car parts is not one of my strenghts. Amanda made my day with her exceptional customer service, clear explinations, and being all over it. THANKS!!

It's has auto parts, yes they are mostly overpriced and your fairly lucky if the part you get will actually work on your car, but in their defense they are dealing with literally thousands of parts.

Well kept Store at the White Center location. There's also almost a two shoulder clearance when walking side by side down their aisle ways. O'Reilly carries some decent well known quality products in, Lubricants, Batteries, etc etc. O'Reilly also is capable of the online ordering of almost any automotive product.Nuff said. Harold
