Had my X1 repaired for an oil leak and full detail completed. Entire team was very nice and professional. I had read all of the reviews and honest/fair pricing with great quality service was the theme and that s why I chose them. They did a great job, very competitive pricing for quality work. Saved $2000 versus BMW Seattle. I will be back!

Naoth did a fantastic job detailing my car! I also got a quote from him for additional work I was wanting done in the future -- he was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced! I will definitely be back! 10/10

Only place I would trust to take my car. Jun is a very knowledgeable mechanic and did everything I wanted for my car. Also met Benson today and he was really nice and helpful up front. There was one other guy there (I didn't get his name) and he was really nice and careful with my car as well. Definitely would recommend to friends and family (and I already have). They have good prices and are very fair. I'm a repeat customer for sure.

Had my s4 detailed here through a friend s recommendation, and I have nothing but good things to say about the work and the crew here. Left my car with them for 3 hours and I came back with paint shining like it never has, and they took time and attention to my car like it was showroom new.If you re thinking about coming here, it s probably best if you get to know these guys before everyone else does!

I typically don't do reviews, but my service was so amazing with these guys I feel like I need to express it for those checking out this shop. Initially I was supposed to have lowering springs put on weeks ago, but I forgot my springs at home, the business completely understood and allowed me to reschedule. Fast forward two weeks, they allowed me to drop off my car to have the work done on Saturday, and stored it until I returned from a flight Monday. Not only did they do an amazing job installing the lowering springs on my 2017 wrx, but they sent me pictures to verify fitment and overall satisfaction. The cherry on top was the safe and free storage of my car until I returned. 10/10 service, and 10/10 personality, these guys are awesome, I will definitely be back!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I've been shopping around for interior/exterior detail services for a while. I found Naoth Automotive near my home, they had great reviews on other sites and was currently running a spring promotion. SOLD.Benson and team were friendly, engaging and walked me around my SQ5 both before and after, explaining the great work that they did and how long the treatments should last.I'd never had a car detailed before, but Benson and team did a great job. Called and got a quick appointment for my diesel F350 for oil change and fuel filter change, got quick appointment, work was done when promised, open late so no rush on me to get there before they close. I scheduled an appointment for ac recharge due to Washington state ban of self own r134a. I thought I might need to leave the car overnight but I was really surprised they got it done so quickly! The Japanese mechanic explained the issue in detail and use easy language. Overall awesome experience here!

I've been using Naoth for about 6 months, to keep 2 vehicles on the road (VW and a Jeep). They are the most skilled mechanics I've had in the area, and in addition to fixing the issues I'm paying to get fixed they always explain what will probably break next, with a high level of accuracy.Benson is an excellent office manager, the techs are very observant and helpful, and most importantly my vehicle always drives away feeling correct. I expect to keep them as my mechanics for many years.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The guys here at Naoth are really good at what they do. I walked in and they were able to take care of my issue very quickly. Very honest and upfront and did not try to upswell me on stuff like other places. Prices for services were more than reasonable too. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful, my reverse lights were out replaced them but had a wiring problem they reassured me that they will look into it. Scheduled a day to drop it off they called me to update on what was completed to fix the issue. They are honest, have great prices and had my car ready when I picked it up. I went in for a notoriously difficult (read PITA) repair. They fixed my timing chain issues and caught a couple of minor potential problems along the way. Everything was done fast, professionally and most importantly, correct.
