Mark did an excellent job fixing a whole slew of problems on my 2008 Mazda 3. My experience was smooth & easy. I was able to drop off my vehicle after hours and then Mark called me to explain repairs before he got started. At pickup, Mark took me into the shop and showed me exactly what he did under the hood. Mazda runs great now - thanks!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

Mark has been amazing every time I have brought him my Nissan Xterra. A good trusted friend recommended him to me as the only person he will bring his trucks to when he is not able to work on them on his own. And I have begun to do the same.

The owner clearly has years of experience. He told me what was wrong (without guessing), told me what it would cost, and fixed it right the first time.

Mykie's review below is dishonest. He was not a potential customer nor did Mark's do any work for this individual. He was a passerby during road construction in front of our shop who rammed the traffic control barrels with his vehicle. He subsequently pulled off onto our lot to engage negatively and became enraged with the construction crew. He then turned to us as potential witnesses toward his cause to which we refused. He became more agitated and we then asked him to leave. A brief, unfortunate incedent.

Great customer service. The repair job was completed when it was promised. They explained what was done and why thoroughly. They reported other findings that will need to be addressed with out the pressured sales pitch.They also saved me from buying a lemon as well when I got their inspection service with full report. They went above and beyond. I found a shop I trust. Thank you guys!

Suny Joy...We have had no toxic experiences with any customers, potential ones or otherwise.We would not have remained in business for 25 years by running people off.It makes no sense.The only strange experience we had around the timeframe you posted is when a woman got arrested out in our parking lot for domestic violence. We became entangled as witnesses.Was that you?Clicking on your profile shows this as your one and only review.Too bad Google doesn't vet their posters to add or remove legitimacy to reviews.Anyone can write anything.

Absolutely wonderful service. Mark was super accommodating when I had an emergency, made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it could have been. Will definitely be back in the future

I am agree that Mark Headley unwelcoming, unfriendly and he seems to have a nasty/violent temper. He decides that if he doesn't like you, he'll swear at you, threaten you and do all nasty things .....Stay away from him.
