Great experience. They guys were honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. Before I was ever a customer they helped me troubleshoot issues the dealership was trying to get me to fix. I ve walked in & had them replace my battery on the spot previously & today got an oil change for less than $100. They are fast and efficient, highly recommend this shop.

Got my brakes done a few months ago here. Amazing service, i talked to another customer in line who says he has been getting work done here for years. Definitely will be back. Decent price for great quality work. They are really busy.

Best mechanics we've ever known. We won't take our vehicles anywhere else. We know Steve and his team will do the work right and for a fair price. They go the extra mile. They've earned our trust and respect in 2000 and kept it for the last 24 years by always exceeding our expectations for quality and service that we can afford.

Genuinely super nice to me and was able to help me out. I was running late but they were able to book me an appointment even though they were almost about to close! The price was also super good, other shops was trying to charge me 400 dollars just to dismount and mount new tires on. The people there was also really nice, helpful, and had nice communication!

These folks are amazing. Honest, reliable and don t drum up unnecessary work. I feel lucky to have found these people. The owner is there every time I have a need, which to me shows the highest level of commitment.

These guys were awesome. Got me in the day before Thanksgiving to put my new wheels and tires on my 4runner. And did it for a totally reasonable price. Definitely will use them again in the future.

Recently had a break problem, in the morning I heard a noise took it in that same day and by 4pm my car was fixed. Steve was the person who helped me a true professional and kind. This place is honest and friendly. They lay it all out for you, pricing, taxes, parts & labor, then they get the job done. I cannot recommend this place enough, especially for ladies like myself that don't know a thing about mechanics. You can trust their care.Thank you so muchBe blessed

The staff at Interstate are polite and helpful - they were able to fit me in with short notice and completed the work on time as promised. They identified several tire options and it was a very low pressure sales experience. Definitely recommend.

My muffler had fallen down while driving.. and we needed help placing it back on. A mechanist helped out extremely quickly and efficiently. It was a great experience one that will make me a customer whenever my car needs repairs in the future. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this company for repairs needed on your vehicle!!!!

I called on a whim later afternoon on a Thursday, they got me in the next day and I had my ride back in less than 24 hours! I will continue to support our local guys at First Interstate Tire, they are the best. Honest, up front and they work with you to get the job done. I feel they care about their customers unlike some of the other places I used to go.

I had an appointment for an oil change and new tires and had concerns about my brakes. The brakes turned out to be considerably worn and needed to be replaced. The shop team worked the job and everything was fixed. I feel like I have a new vehicle. Thanks team!

Steve and Greg treat me like family. I always feel safe knowing that they and their crew make sure that everything that's done to my vehicles has my best interest in mind. They are fair and honest. And even though they're always busy -- which is a good sign of their quality service -- they never hesitate to take the time to answer all of my questions and explain things to me, if I don't understand. I've been a customer with INTERSTATE TIRE AND AUTOMOTIVE for many years and will continue to be one, until I get even older and can no longer drive. How many automotive shops are you familiar with who, when you call them on the telephone, know who you are . . . simply by your first name? These guys rock! :)

Best price then other shops but higher then costco, sams club or walmart autos. I went there to install 2 tires cost 25 dollars each. i brought tires my self online and they did not mind at all. They do not have customer waiting area so i had to keep hanging outside for 30 minutes while they was working for me.

My sunroof was leaking badly on my 2019 Honda Fit. I called on a Monday morning, dropped my car off 30 mins later and it was fixed and ready for pick up by 2pm! Everyone I chatted with was super professional. They communicated clearly and charged a very fair rate to unclog my sunroof drains and get them working like new again. I came here based on the reviews and they lived up to their reputation! Interstate will be my go to shop for any needs for my car moving forward.

Steve and his team went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% satisfied. I usually have bad luck with mechanics but these guys impressed me with their service and how much they genuinely cared that I was happy leaving that store. I m definitely bringing my cars here from now one. If anyone is looking for a trustworthy mechanic then you need to call this place because you ll be in good hands with them. Writing this review for my mom because she doesn t have a google account and she really wanted to leave one.They fixed my transfer case, a leak I had and the ac and heater in my 94 Chevy Truck.Their service and price is hard to beat. Very nice and honest workers.Will definitely be back and 10/10 recommend.

Steve and his entire crew are fantastic. They are honest, offer very competitive pricing, provide great customer service and are just down-to-earth good people. They did a great job with my SUV as well as with my classic car, which they ve essentially restored for me. Super exciting to see them bring that back to life. I wouldn t take my cars anywhere else. I highly recommend them!

I had my vehicle diagnosed and repaired in the same day and in a very reasonable and fair cost, very professional, honest and efficient.My fellow workers heard about my experience and they re already have them as their preferred service shop.

This is absolutly the worst place I could have taken my Toyata Sienna.A simple wheel alignment was needed. They said because drive shaft wasnt exactly centered, they couldnt do the alignment. They charged me anyway, $66.98 for time spent( less than 1/2 hour work) full charge would have cost $98 plus tax. I took it to another alignment shop. Adjusted it.No problem. Greedy greedy owner.

They performed complete inspection and carried our all required maintenance work on my very old Toyota Camry which hadn't been serviced in a very long time. Their invoiced amount was less than their estimate (they found out broken horn required fixing a wire and didn't require new horn assembly which was estimated. So they charged for the actual work only).Totally honest repair shop and the overall repair cost was several hundred dollars lower than what it would've cost elsewhere.I highly recommend this facility.

The guys at Interstate Tire helped me get chains for my vehicle so I could get across the pass. Originally, he told me it would take 2 hours before they could get them from the warehouse; but when I explained my situation, they expedited the order and got the chains even faster so I didn't have to wait long at all. Interstate Tire reminds me of a small town, friendly business that goes out of their way to help you. My experience with them was great and when I'm back in the area and if I need their services I will definitely choose them.
