the worst place to maintain your car .they are not be trusted.last week I gave them my taxi key to fix alignment and they charged me $156 with out doing nothing and next day I went there to tell them still my whiles are pulling me one side but both the mechanic and the person front desk they were treated me with unprofessional and poor customer service. They took my car key to check again and I can say deliberately they do something in my car part, after that my car is not drivable. So please don t go this place for any service! They are very disrespectful and not interested to explain you about what they did .at the time there were 2 people ahead of me ,the same thing they were had the same problems,they charged them but they didn t fixed the car .

I went to a local (major) Tire and Wheel dealer to have a front end alignment on my 1998 GMC Sierra K1500. I was told by the technician that my frame was bent and he could not do the alignment. He suggested I have a frame shop look at it. I contacted Hiline Frame and Alignment to see if it could be fixed? They took my truck in the same day, completed an inspection, and determined my frame was NOT bent and was able to re-align for under $200. Experience matters, and Hiline F & A are the experts!!! They made my day and some~ The service was great, fast, and reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone.

Got a 4 wheel alignment on my 2003 Kia Sorento EX and seems to be performing as expected. They were friendly, curtious and highly recommended.

Good alignment on the first try twice in a row consistent over time (once in 2022 once recent). I'm usually picky and take it back to most other places until it's good enough.

These guys are exceptional. After two failed attempts with a Meineke alignment, we brought our 4Runner to Hiline. They had it driving perfectly straight in under an hour. I highly recommend going with these guys for alignment work, and based on their professional demeanor, I have to imagine they're a solid option for other services.

Cannot rave more about my experience with this shop! My car battery completely died on me after arriving home from a 2 week trip and I have three little ones with me so I was already a stressed out mess but when I called this shop they were so kind and got my car in and fixed up within 2 hours and even offered me a loaner car just in case it wasn t a simple fix. Thankfully it was just my battery and can drive home!!Definitely recommend this place for your car needs.Thank you so much!Service: Battery

I'm not one to post negative reviews but this one is well deserved. Decided to go with hiline frame because it's been there forever and lots of local people use this place. My Dad even had work done there when I was a kid. It started off with a regular alignment. I purchased a new to me vehicle with low mileage in almost perfect condition. After driving for a few weeks I noticed the steering wheel was slightly turned right when going straight. So I decided to have them do an alignment. The man up front basically told me everything was fine and it was not out of alignment, of course still charging me anyway. I wasn't bothered much by that as I just wanted the peace of mind for my new purchase. This is where the big problem started. I mentioned to him I had some brake pads and rotors (drill/slotted) that I was going to have installed and told him the price I had been quoted at another shop. He immediately told me he could beat the price and throw that stuff on for me no problem. Before moving forward I filled him in that I had just recently had the wheels and calipers painted and I wanted whoever was going to be doing the work to be careful not to scratch them. He assured me it would be no problem and they would be as careful as possible. I was excited and made the appointment that day. When I arrived to pickup my car I immediately noticed the damage to my freshly painted calipers. Big scratches and discoloration from spilled brake fluid. Before anyone thinks that this is normal and they were careful, think again! 2 of them were way worse then the others! Almost like they deliberately damaged them. I told him right away I was extremely disappointed. He tried to make excuses at first but them admitted fault. He then proceeded to charge me almost double what I was first quoted and said "oh that was only for front or rear, not both" after he could see how disappointed I was he offered to discount the terrible work they did. I told him it didn't matter at this point because I was going to need to pay another $1000 to fix the damage they did. He didn't offer any help from that point forward. The worst part of this whole situation is, they didn't even set the brakes properly. When I drove the car for the next week after it would shake when I was braking. He told me it was part of the brake in process and it would get better. He also told me he would look into a fix and call me back (no call back ever) Of course I know better as I used to work in automotive repair and I did plenty of brake jobs myself. Once I couldn't take it anymore I called to have them fix it, he told me he couldn't help me because I supplied the parts. So my steering wheel is still slightly to the right, I had to pay 2x to paint my calipers, and I had to pay 2x to have my brakes done right from a different shop. Thankfully they were honest and did a good job. I've lived in the Burien/Normandy Park area for 27 years. I know alot of people here. I would never recommend hiline frame to ANYONE Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been going to Hi-Line Frame for my auto needs for a couple of years now. They are always professional and quick. They give me great explanations (even though most of the time I forget them immediately). They greet me with a warm smile and make me feel comfortable. They always offer me a ride back to work, and I have never had to return to have something they fixed repaired again.One evening my check engine light came on, and I showed up completely unannounced it was 5 minutes before they closed, but I was very frustrated and upset. The good people at the front desk (both Peter and Joel) helped me to feel more comfortable and gave me advice on how to proceed. I left my car over night and my car was available for me the next evening.These are good genuine people. They are doing their job and as honestly as possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking for auto repair.

Really solid guys, knowledgeable and honest. Taken a couple older cars(66 Bonneville 86 GMC) here and they seem know how to work on em. Went above and beyond to solve some wiring issues for me for free after the job was paid for originally and ran into some snags down the road. Probably not the cheapest shop in town but no rush jobs or corners cut. Will always take my vehicles here after the good experiences ive had.

Good, friendly, and honest people who know customer service. I've taken 4 different cars here, and have never been let down. They tell you the truth, and guarantee their work. I travel the extra distance to Burien from Seattle to support this shop. Always worth the trip. I'm always satisfied with their work. They do everything here, but major body work can better be done next door at Fix Auto. It's a busy shop (for a reason), so appointments and a ride home are recommended. This is the price to pay for a great team that will do it right, and not try to cheat you.

I have done business with Peter and his crew at Hiline Frame and Wheel Alignment for well over 10 years now and they always treat me right. They only recommend necessary repairs and accommodate my schedule. They come in on time and on budget and the work is first rate, even when I've brought them vehicles involved in an accident requiring frame and suspension work without knowing the full extent of the damage! I always get a call with an estimate including price and availability and a heads up if there is additional potential expenses.After some of the negative experiences I've had at so called "front line dealership service departments." There is no other shop I trust the safety of my family and our vehicles to than Hiline Frame and Wheel Alignment. Ordinarily extraordinary service! They can handle virtually any repair on any vehicle at a fair price, as they just proved again with the heater core replacement in my daughter's Mitsubishi eclipse. Two years ago my car battery died. I took my car to Hiline Frame as they were recommended to me by a friend who is also in the car repair business. Hiline replaced the battery. Two years later my car wouldn't start again. I called Hiline and told Peter I didn't like being a repeat customers as my car wouldn't start. When he found out I lived only 1 block away he grabbed his battery charger and walked over to my car and charged it up and drove it back to his shop. He kept the charger on it all night and tested it again in the morning. The battery was fine but was just drained because I don't drive it often enough to keep the battery charged. Peter didn't charge me anything as he was just making sure the battery he had put in before was a good battery. To me that is excellent customer service! He did make a recommendation to solve my battery problem. I now have a solar panel on my dash board that continuously charges my battery!

After Discount Tire had cross threaded my wheel lugs in my wife's car I was referred to Hiline frame for service. 16 years later I have taken every car I own to them; from new cars to classics. I have not met more honest mechanics in the area. They have performed everything from general maintenance to major engine and transmission work. They are easy to talk to and work with.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Quick service, was in and out within 40 minutes. Gave me a few options when my truck was out of alignment and gladly suggested the cheapest, not pushing a more expenses fix. Friendly staff and from what I've heard very reliable and knowledgeable

Last week I put new upper and lower a arms on my 1996 buick Roadmaster... after doing that I went to Burien Wheel and Frame (Landmark) to get an alignment and after Mike put it up on the rack he said my passenger side knuckle was broke and could not do the alignment. He was booked 2 weeks on work so I went down the street to Highline Wheel and frame to get a quote. The guy looked at me with a straight face and told me after I had told him that I just put new A arms on that I would have to replace the A arm and need new bearings. He claimed he would have to break the a arm to get to the knuckle. I said no i know how a knuckle works and that you are basically just doing a brake job by taking all the components off-- Caliper, and rotor. Anyway they gave me a quote of Knucke $224, new bearing just in case and with labor after tax over $780 bucks.... Christ on a cross. I said Wow! What a rip... anyway found the part at oreilly $120, then went to winners speed shop and got charged for only an hour of labor $75 bucks.... so $195.... just a little under the quote I got from Hell Line wheel and frame... what a racket . I feel sorry for the older woman that goes to this place and her husband has passed and gets completely raked over the coals. What a joke! I own a barbershop in burien and will be a horrible sounding board for this place. I have over 500 customers a month that come though my shop that will hear me yap in their ear about my 2 experiences... thanks Hell Line wheel and Frame. P.s. over 15 customers have already said they had similar experiences. Shocking.

After my daughter's stolen jeep was recovered by the police, it was taken to Burien Toyota for repair. The jeep was trashed; it was very obvious that it had been driven hard as both the inside and out was caked with mud. I gave very clear instructions to the insurance adjuster and the body shop that I wanted the jeep thoroughly gone through by a certified mechanic to make sure it was safe to drive and that there was no internal damage. I emphasized that my 20 year old daughter was going to be driving her jeep on the freeway in Seattle daily. Burien Toyota subcontracted with Hiline and sent the jeep to them with the instructions to perform a front end alignment and completely check the jeep for safety. Hiline sent the jeep back to Burien Toyota with no concerns noted. The day after my daughter picked up the jeep, she took it to another shop to get the brakes fixed. The mechanic called and told us the ball joint was ready to break. The insurance adjuster immediately drove to the shop to make sure this was factual. He confirmed that it was indeed ready to break, took photo's and paid to fix it. Everyone involved is in agreement that the jeep never should have left Heline in this condition. There is no excuse for them missing this. Had the ball joint broken while my daughter was driving, it could have caused a horrible accident. I called and spoke with Joel and Peter at Heline. Both were unapologetic and rude. They acted like I was completely out of line for being upset at their negligence. Peter said, "We did the alignment, gave it a few shakes and didn't see anything." This was immediately after he told me he didn't remember having the jeep in there. I think I am more appalled at their uncaring arrogance than I am at the negligence in their work.

One of the few places that could fit my high roof Sprinter van. Did an alignment quickly and at a fair price. Van tracked great afterwards.

It was OK had an 8am appointment they had my car in at 8:30am .I was told it would take an hour and a half to 2 hours I got a call at 10am saying my car was done. Nice!
