These guys are the best! They are so incredibly friendly and work quickly and efficiently. They check everything on my car, and I leave feeling confident my car has been taken care of in the best possible way. They are very clear on explaining what they re doing and ask permission before they do /check anything. I don t take my car anywhere else!

I started getting oil changes here when I had to travel nearby for work, and even though I have a different job now, this is still my go to place. Wait times are always very reasonable, and the employees are friendly and clearly explain my options. I also appreciate that they check my lights and tire pressure and fix other things I need while the oil is being changed, including wiper blades and filters. I will keep coming back!

Much to my delight, this lovely business is more than just your friendly neighborhood oil change place! Scott and his crew of trained professionals REALLY go the extra mile to help their customers with car maintenance. I stopped by to see if they would help me get my headlights working again and I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful mechanic Austin who got the job done with a smile! Wonderful business that is run by humans who genuinely care about customer service! Ten stars, baby.

Not quite as impressed this visit as I have been with other times I have been here with my 4 Runner or my work Tahoe. I was surprised that they suggested that I could go with something other than full synthetic. This raised my antenna a bit. There were moment where the guy in the pit was having to exert force which was moving the whole car. If that was the drain plug I probably have an issue now. It seemed as though the guy in the pit really struggled with getting the skid plate back on. It took like 15 minutes and was worrisome.I didn t recognize any faces or parked cars I knew from previous visits. That was worrisome as was 1 out of 3 was obviously quite green. The experience of the guy in the pit is unknown but from what I sensed, he might not have been very experienced either. The lead looked like he might not be having the best of days. There were no smiles or friendly coworker banter.Overall, I gave 4 stars based upon faith they did everything right as my previous visits indicated. This visit makes me want to put my car up on ramps and check their work. That is not the feeling I want to have. Previous visits instilled some faith that the staff were more gear-heads than not.Everything said, this locations service is hands down better than any of the competitors I have had changing my oil.

Great customer service, and definitely fast oil changes. There were four cars ahead of me and I still was seen and left within 45 minutes.

I recently moved and decided to go here for an oil change because it was so close to my house. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and made the experience quick and easy. I will definitely go here for oil changes in the future!

I will never go anywhere else for my trucks needs! Scott was phenomenal and even drove my truck in, because I was nervous doing it myself. He was so kind to my 4 year old son and went above and beyond to explain what my truck was in need of. Price was great and I was in and out quickly as well! I came late in the day, without an appointment. I thought I was just going to top off my fluids, before taking a 100 mile trip in the morning. That was when I found out I had no oil. I was probably on the verge of blowing my engine and didn't know it, because my check engine light had not come on. I noticed the difference immediately, when I drove home. I took my car to a place prior to this that didn't have the best reputation, because I couldn't get to the dealership. Sometimes, you get what you pay for. I generally go to the place I bought it, only because I get free oil changes. However, it's often difficult to get an appointment and is a half hour drive from home.. Now I know the local place where I can take it and feel confident of the service I'll receive. The employees were kind, informative and knew what they were doing.Service: Oil change

Quick service. Thoughtful and kind workers. Gave me updates on my vehicle and made a few recommendations, but did not push to add any additional services to the oil change I came in for.

I would highly recommend that you do not go to this particular location to receive any kind of service to your vehicle. About two weeks ago my wife and I stopped in for an oil change. They finished the work and we drove across the street to the QFC. We parked and as I looked back I saw a trail of oil behind my car. I looked under and saw a pool of oil. We immediately called Grease Monkey and told them what happened and they stated that they would walk across the street to look at it. Walked across the street to see if I was leaking oil when I left their shop and I saw from the moment I pulled out from the stall I was spilling oil. I'm not sure how they missed that during the pressure check but they did. THANK GOD I only drove to the QFC or it could have been disastrous.The shop manager drove across the street and brought a jack. Jacked up my car a saw that they hadn't sealed it correctly and a gasket was not aligned correctly causing my car to spew oil. They fixed it in the qfc parking lot and put back the oil it had leaked.I told them that I wanted a refund and they said they would refund me. Took my information down and told me the check was in the mail, should get it in about 7-10 days.It is now over two weeks and I'm getting the run around. Still have not received my refund. My wife and I have talked to the Shop manager Ryan several times and each time "it should be on the way". "I don't control the mail". "The owners approved it, should be there by now".Very poor service. Very unethical business practices. I'll be going to the BBB today.Save yourself the trouble and possible nightmare and choose another business to take your car.

The service was fast, efficient, convenient and honest. Love that the work they do is covered under my vehicle s warranty, saving me a trip to the car dealership for service. Definitely will return again.

Quick in/out oil change, and they double check at the end to make sure oil plug, oil filter was on correctly and no oil pressure leak. Plus I have military discount, friendly staff!

Great experience, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not everyone will do an oil change on a diesel pickup, so I was glad to find out they do. Definitely would recommend

They were open on a Sunday, there was no line, speedy service. They were prompt and weren't attempting to upsell everything. It's nice not to feel pressured to buy lots of extra

I went to the Grease Monkey in Normandy Park...Store Mgr.and his employee went way out of their way to provide good customer service...you don't see that much these days....this will be my go for oil changes, fluid checks and most other services they provide...thanks guys!

The guys at Grease Monkey were fast and professional. They did a thorough inspection of the car and there was no pressure to upsell. I was very pleased with the service they provided.

Fast, friendly and thorough. I was greeted right away by the onsite staff and we agreed on the oil change I wanted. I was in and out in no more then 20 minutes . The only thing I was a little confused on was the next service sticker. I purchased the full service premium synthetic oil change which I thought was good for 8 thousand miles but the sticker reflected 5 thousand miles. This in no way changes my 5 star review for service I received, but worth noting. I would definitely go back.Service: Oil change
