Had an appointment 9am after 8 hours they never moved my truck. I end up picking up my truck at 6pm and service was not done.

Totally recommend the team at Burien! Got my brakes done and out in an hour s time. The team explained the inspection results and what needed to be done. I appreciated the info and quick action. Thanks so much!!

I can describe the Burien Firestone store with one word - " Honesty." Such a refreshing change from the usual stores which are constantly trying to sell you goods or services you really don't need.

While I don't usually have a problem with Firestone, today was the worst. Waited for over 3 hrs to get a simple alignment and a couple of other minor things. The biggest issue was the employee who was scheduled to work on my car no showed for work. This is totally unacceptable

They re very nice people who work in there! My car is old but they always get it right. they re very quick with their resources and easy to talk to! especially for those of us that know nothing about cars! u appreciate them every time i go and i love that they re so close it s just convenient every time something either goes wrong or i simply need a check up and an oil change! thanks boys!

Jesse has the best customer service. We had some issues with a break in at Firestone Jesse quickly resolve the issues, including finding replacements for lights I had installed. He is the BEST

Appt was scheduled for noon. Easy check-in. Dropped my F-150 off early. It had an impossible time reach Vacuum hose come off, and I didn't help matters by trying to fix it myself. Got a call around 4:00 and said it's all done. Go pick it up and they said it's all covered by warranty. I'm blown away.

OUTSTANDING & FRIENDLY STAFF!! They genuinely care about helping every single customer. Big thanks to Jesse for doing the alignment on my truck, its actually driving straight now!! Any tire issues I have I always take it to this Firestone. Jesse is great! He never overpromises, is honest and tries to find a balance between cost and quality of product. His friendliness and customer service is what keeps me a returning customer.

BEST FIRESTONE. Jessie and his team is dedicated and just outstanding. I bring all my cars here. From my exotics, daily to garage queen; I have complete trust in Jessie. Got me out of a big and small issues. Tire changes, air stems to striped drain plugs. They do it all. Jessie is a hard working man.

We showed up first thing in the morning with a brake light out on our Enterprise rental van, after having unsuccessfully chased a fix for a couple of hours the day before. This is the first time I've ever used Firestone. I made an appointment for my car and took it in. I have to say I'm impressed. The store was clean and the service was amazing. They were busy but he was handeling phone calls and the walk-ins. Jesse was very professional and honest and that goes a long way in a business that's hard to trust. It's your car, you want the best. I sure found it here. Come see Jesse and team. THANK YOU! I will be returning for my future car needs.

Very rude customer service. Treated me like I was bothering him when I came to pick my car up. There was no person in the lobby/Customer service area at all and when I leaned into the shop to ask if somebody was going to be out there he told me he was the only one that was supposed to be in the front area and he had to help some mechanic do something and he would be there when he could. Extremely rude. And his attitude and words, he treated me like I was a bother and he'd help me when he could. Not very professional or helpful

Focus on the servjce they do not the customers assistant or concerns. Since they dont have actual receptionist to assist customer. But the rating is for the service of the vehicle.

I love this Firestone and will continue doing business with them. They did a tire rotation, balance, and alignment on my Jeep and it made a huge difference in handling and driving is so much better. The front desk guy is very helpful and informative. Thank you guys so much!

Horrible!! Broke my car, made me pay for what they broke and promised a refund which I never received. I would highly avoid this Firestone location. Talked to their corporate and they are just as bad as the guy runs this location. He was bragging about all the certificates he has but still broke my car and made me tow it out of their store! My car was drivable and I drove it there to do a regular oil change and fluid flush (for maintenance) they ended up breaking it and made me tow it to a different mechanic because they don t fix BMWs so why did you agree to do the fluid flush if you don t work on BMW?? Don t touch it if you don t know how to fix it. Anyway! Lost about $1400 plus they charged me for the fluid flush which came to about $135! Still not convinced they are horrible? Photo shows what the black fluid was inside the break reservoir that charged me $135 for, the other mechanic saved it for me as a souvenir

After going to countless competitors( I won't say any names) I was referenced to a local guy in town who gets the Job done and set you right at the firestone is burien. J.R. really set me on my way with the greatest piece of mind with my wheel set up that I thought would never stop rubbing.If you got a rig or a truck your having troubles with steering or rubbing with after market wheels pull up to the one stop shop in burien and ask for J.R. and I promise from a personal experience you'll be leaving with a big smile on your face.This man definitely deserves some promotion or some kind of raise with the work he put into my truck. He was walking me through the whole process like a Madd scientist. You can tell he pours his heart into it.Service: Wheel alignment

I cannot express how pleased I am with the customer service here! The receptionist, Jan, has gone above and beyond for me! I had my alternator replaced there less than a year ago and it went out while it was still under warranty. I had since moved across the country and she still helped me out by ordering me a new one! I am now waiting on my new alternator and the stress of this situation has really been lifted off my shoulders! The people working here really care for their customers and treat them with so much kindness! I do understand that parts sometimes stop working and sometimes you can't tell if the new one will give out or when it will stop working. I travel for a living and my car is my livelihood. I know I can trust the people that work here with the one thing I literally cannot live without! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!

I am on a tight schedule and desperate to get my rotors turned tires rotated, oil changed and wiper blades( I can barely see in the rain) I have been looking for a few days for appointments at local shops I would schedule one when I found one available even if it was for only one of the services. Then I was able to book all of them at Firestone.Mid booking the original slot I had selected was made unavailable le because it was selected and confirmed faster than mine I guess. I Quickly selected the last one listed as available for the week which was today at 6. I was so excited. I called to cancel the other appointment made in the days prior to be consoderate to the technicians time at the other service centers. This was before 130pm today. ITS nearly 5 my appointment was for 6. I get a call advising me they don't have any appointments available until beyond next week. I asked if I could come in early tomorrow and he said no that the online booking system was completely broken and didn't accurately list availabilities. IN general my issue really is that no alternative was offered. Logically if you're calling 15 people at the end of close one day to cancel appointments for the following day, it seems you would start to allocate a few reserved appointment times for patrons who couldn't be moved a week out. Like save a few slots at the end or at the beginning of each day to accommodate rescheduling people.... it's a lot better than just calling and canceling and saying the systems broken... learn to work with what u got or take the system offline.

Paid for a lifetime alignment, but it has been trouble ever since.Super hard to get ahold of(they rarely answer the phone)When they do they are usually 2-3 weeks out from being able to make an appointment.I had to actually pay more money to go get an alignment done elsewhere last week due to these issues.Kinduva bummer.

Jesse and his crew have been servicing my vehicles for years, fast and friendly. I feel better knowing my vehicle is being serviced correctly.Better yet price match if you bring in a printout from another shop. Call and book an appointment though because they are really busy !
