Dan at Community Automotive truly saved the day for me. When my brakes suddenly went out, I reached out to them, and Dan managed to schedule me for the very next day. What stood out was his exceptional customer service. I had a crucial interview later that day, and Dan went above and beyond to accommodate my situation. Not only did he address the brake issue promptly, but he also ensured I was back on the road in time for my interview. I'm grateful for his efficiency, professionalism, and the extra effort to make a stressful situation more manageable. Community Automotive and Dan have my highest recommendation for his outstanding service.

Recently bought a car that was regularly serviced at this location. Called the place twice to review service records. Gentleman was super helpful walking through details on the car as well as his recommendations for service - we spent a good 8 min on the phone. He didn't push any expectation of business, just super generous with his overall experience servicing our type of car. When I looked this place up on Google, not at all surprised of the existing high ratings. Well done!

Dan and his crew are genuinely the nicest, most sincere, and honest mechanics I have ever dealt with. Today was my second time seeing them this year and the customer service is just solid. We will be taking our vehicles here from now on, unless something needs to be done that they don't offer (in which case, we will definitely ask Dan for his opinion on where to go/who to see)!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I ll start off by saying how kind the person who helped me was. Forgot to ask if he was the owner, but I m assuming he was by the way he carried himself. I had a rough night the day before I came in because I was stressed about the costs of repair but he reassured me that I don t have to worry and that he ll take care of me. Drop off was at 9am and got it back around 3. Very communicative and friendly. I will make this shop my go to from now on. Thank you for making my experience great!

This place truly makes car repairs and issues feel manageable. They don t look down on me for not knowing what I am talking about and always give realistic advice and find ways to help save us money (I.e ordering your own parts) and refer out as needed. I always go to car places and have my heart guarded against being swindled but I don t feel this way at all when I head here!

Didnt set appt. Just told me if you have the parts already just bring it in anytime early morning hell get to it and i got a call to pick it up before closing. Job well done. Got em on speed Dial.

This was the best experience I've had with a mechanic, and the last place I took my car to was pretty great. I needed to get my starter replaced for my 2002 Honda CRV, and he fit me in the next day (a Saturday no less). He was so incredibly kind and helpful, and was able to finish the job by closing even though there wasn't space at the time to drop it off inside so he worked on it in the parking lot. He could easily have said no & booked a time the following week, which I still would have been super grateful for, but he took me in last minute and truly didn't have to, and was still so nice about it. Highly recommend them for service!!Service: Auto maintenance

I dropped off my car in the morning to replace my engine coolant thermostat and it was ready to be picked up in the afternoon in the same day. I was a little shocked as how how quick they are with their service. Fyi you can bring your own parts. Overall the mechanic was super friendly and honest. He even gave me tips on how do replace it by myself but I decided to have them do it because I have a very busy schedule and want it to replaced asap. I will be coming here again in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this place! They're super friendly and trustworthy, I cannot recommend them enough! We took our vehicle to the dealership for an oil change and were given a laundry list of "necessary" repairs totaling over $6k. We got a second opinion here and the actual costs were 1/3 as half the list the dealership provided were either unnecessary entirely or given an inflated sense of urgency. Thank you Community!!

THOUGHT this man was a God send UNTIL I find out a year later that he never even did the work on my car that I PAID for. I took my car in for a spark plug to be changed that was seized into the engine. He did the work and I went on my way. Fast forward I start having the same problems as before. So I take it to another mechanic and come to find out it s another seized spark plug. He gets the spark plug out AND ITS THE SAME ORIGINAL SPARK PLUG THAT WAS IN THERE WHEN I TOOK IT TO THIS GUY. He never did the work but charged me $250!!!! Almost ruined my car. And I m not even going to get into how he told me one price over the phone and charged me triple the price when I got there and he seen I was a woman. And I don t care what he says, I HAVE THE PROOF. Never doing business here again.

I can not say enough nice things about Dan!! He is amazing, honest and a hard worker. I had a basically unfixable car....and he fixed it!! I owe him big time because I can't afford a new car so he saved me. I can not recommend enough. He even rendered my mom was having surgery and asked about her. Just a great guy!!Thank you so much Dan!!

This place is fabulous! I brought my vehicle in because I thought it needed a brake job. They looked at the brakes and said they have another 1-2 years left on them. They could have easily replaced them, charged me $500, and sent me on my way.Most mechanics are competent, but its difficult to find people in this business with integrity. Ironically, its probably the most profitable way to run a business due to establishing customer loyalty.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Danny is the best!Always have my car serviced @Community Automotive.He knows how to work on all vehicles, all brands.I had my Ford Explorer serviced last month.Transmission flushed, not just a transmission filter change and refill.Radiator coolant flush and extra waterpump lubricant added to prolong the life of the waterpump. Proactive!

This guy is a lifesaver. I was calling around to all the places I could find in order to get my jeep fixed and he was able to get me in that very day and fix all of my issues. Other locations were three weeks out just to run the diagnostics on my jeep with no guarantee of a repair. Not only was he a quick fix but he is also very knowledgeable as my jeep did not have only a throttlebody issue but also an issue with the electrical system with its gas pedal and he was able to figure this out immediately. I had put my jeep in other shops before and they had no idea what could be wrong with it. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I am definitely going back to this guy for any future repairs.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Dan was very kind to me. I was mis diagnosed by various other companies who over charged me . As a female who has been burned so many times. He treated me with respect , fixed the real problem and beyond reasonable in price. He has an impeccable reputation and I am so happy that I listened to my friend and took my truck there. Just moved here and needed to find a mechanic, we searched a few different places and Community Auto was the best ranked all around. Took my vehicle here and got it back the next day. He communicated well and kept me in the loop with my car. Will definitely be returning when needed.We have continued to bring our vehicles here and it has been such a great experience!

I needed help getting my new battery installed in my car, and the owner was so honest and upfront and didn t over charge me for doing such a quick job. He was kind, quick and affordable. Even the folks at Starbucks across the street had a glowing review about Dan and his team, saying they won t go anywhere else for mechanical work. The owner, Dan is an honest and hardworking mechanic. Not only did he diagnose my car, he waited an hour and a half after closing for the part to arrive so he could install it and make sure i went home with my car that night. Dan is honest, and gets straight to the point. He told me the issue in my car and told me after fixing it, the car will run perfectly fine. And it did. Thanks to Dan and Carlos for providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond. i highly recommend these guys.

Been bringing my 5 cars to Dan since 2015 and my only regret was not establishing business with him a lot sooner! One of the rare mechanics and garages that gives you straight answers and recommended work to be performed on your car unlike the far too many of his competitors that try to upswell unnecessary work especially if your the many who are not mechanically inclined. Far too many consumers get taken advantage of but the few great automotive repair shops like Community Automotive will change your mind and you will feel confident with great customer service and honest, high quality work performed by Dan and his crew.

The guy running this shop is an honest mechanic who s out to help people. I took my car in because it started having trouble steering & I found out the brakes were bad & I had a seized caliper. My car is an old piece of junk with bad suspension, a leaking engine, cracked windshield & everything else imaginable, but the mechanics at community auto only tended to my serious urgent needs & didn t try to upsell me like a lot of other mechanics have in the past. I tried leaving a tip for the good service but they refused & insisted I keep my money. My car was back on the road the same day I dropped it off & I couldn t be happier with the service they provided.
