Floor the service manager, is the man. Rode with me to notice a difficult to detect issue, and drove it to repair in the shop. The technicians might have sent it back to me saying they couldn't recreate the issue, or that it was something I did, but Floor managed the whole flow and my truck is perfect now.Also, the oil changes are the same price or cheaper than the quick spots, and I'd trust their techs here way way more than the quick spots, Obv.

Had my oil changed, both front and rear differential service, needle bearing replacement and an alignment! These guys had me in and out in one day! Highly recommend!

I receive very poor diagnostic service. They care for making money. I had ABS, Stability lights on. they charged me $207.79 of diagnostic fee., they recommended me to pay $1,100 for steering angle sensor and pay $400 more to investigate the cause of the ABS light. They did not do anything aside from hooking OBD and read. this is scam.

Bad experience every time. Bought a car here. Customer experience is terrible. Price gouging. Slow service. Will not buy a car or have it serviced there again. Stay away.

Went in for a standard oil change, spent about $100. Used the shuttle service which is the only thing I can rate 5 stars.And then noticed my car display not working as normal. And never got my multi point inspection. A week later I got a flat tire.Didn't have time to go back so when I finally went back 2 weeks later, they were not helpful.They insisted that the tech did not do anything that would cause the issue on my display and said they would need to do a diagnostic for $185.When I told them that's not reasonable as my car was perfectly displaying before I went in for my service. That they should be able to fix it free of charge. They weren't willing to help so I left.Honestly extremely disappointed in Burien Toyota, now I don't even feel comfortable going to them for any service.It seems all they care about is charging their customers and not actually helping.

Meh service. Bad quality for the price, service reps don't return emails, everyone takes multiple lunches every day. "He's on lunch" "I'm about to go to lunch" etc

Very comfortable and spacious waiting area for service. Amenities like coffee, tea, water, wifi, are all free, and there are separate rooms for children and quiet work.Don't fall for the alignment scan. When you drive in there's a machine that scans your tire alignment and sometimes they tell you it's bad. Next time it'll show as perfect.

I was told my tire wasn t repairable and a new tire would have to be ordered. I was then brushed off, told to go home and call roadside service, and/or go to Les Schwab. I said if I call roadside service they will just put a spare on and I willstill have to come back and get it repaired . I have a fleet vehicle and the mechanic didn t have the patience to help me. I felt stressed and told to go elsewhere . I even got there right when they opened.. and I was left with nothing fixed after 2 hours!!! I drove up the street to Les Schwab and they helped me right away! In and out within 30 minutes. I will never go to this dealership again!

I'm not the type of person who writes public reviews (good or bad). In fact, this is my very first review on Google & the only reason why I absolutely have to post this is because I want to shout from mountain tops how the Burien Toyota Service Center took excellent care of me & my vehicle! From start to finish they provided amazing, professional service. Massive kudos to Jacob B @ checkin & Technicians Tim H, Rashawn R, Todd A, & ALL those hard working personnel behind the scenes that put large smiles on your Customers! Burien Toyota is now my go-to service center & I surely will promote this place to everyone in my circles! Keep up the phenomenal service Burien Toyota!!!

I was told it was a 2 hour repair time by 2 people representing toyota. It was over 3 hours and I feel like after I called to check on it, they got it done. When I called to talk to the technican I was told the technician was not at her desk. Hopefully, she was working on my car, but a little skeptical. Other than that service was fine and check in quick.

Unfortunately they are charging way way to much for there services so i no longer can afford to be have them service my vehicle I needed some diagnostic work to find out some issues they couldn't figure anything out till I got a new battery in my car the service department doesn't have a battery in the shop to test with smh they wanted to charge me 760 to do a 15 minute battery change and then would of charged me who knows how much for the rest of the diagnosis the staff are friendly and seem knowledgeable but when I called for info on the oil drain plug they gave me completely wrong info luckily i was smarter and cought there mistake

Complete rip off merchants. Took my car in for a due service and before they even looked at the car they reeled off a list of things that added up to almost $1300 that "the computer told them". I asked them to actually look at the car and then prioritize anything that needed doing. After looking at the car they said I needed everything doing. I walked out and took the car to my local mechanic who said it all looked fine and to come back in 10,000 miles

Let me just start off by saying, I am a service advisor. I know how much Google reviews can effect your paycheck. Now, recently you guys had a Red Scion FR-S in there for a valve spring recall. The car DROVE IN with ZERO DAMAGE. The car has a salvage title, due to HAIL. Salvage titles do allow warranty work, BUT RECALLS ARE LEGALLY REQUIRED TO BE PERFORMED NO MATTER THE CONDITION OF THE TITLE. Now that I got that out of the way, your technicians decided to perform this recall when they clearly did not know what they were doing and put RTV in places they were not supposed to. Now after they got the engine reassembled they went to go drive the vehicle and I don't know which Grand Theft Auto game your technicians got their license from, but they decided to hop a curb and rip a hole in the undercarriage of the vehicle. And you decide to tell the customer that the vehicle was like this before? You guys deserve to be shut down. As an advisor eating a $5000+ ticket is worth more than being bashed on social media and Google and having your reputation dropped. I hope this makes it pretty far up the chain of command.Since I clearly can't reply to what the owner said I will edit my review.Before you start work on any vehicle, you need to pull the vin and history. Clearly your advisors don't know what they are doing because IF a branded title voids safety recalls (which at my dealership it doesn't because they're safety related), then you should have never touched the vehicle AT ALL. Why would you perform work on a vehicle that you're not supposed to? Give the customer their keys back and tell them they can't have the work performed unless they are paying for it. They didn't do their job. So you need to fix your staff if that's the case. And your reply doesn't explain the fact that they drove over a curb ripping out the undercarriage. What do you have to say about that? Nothing?

Was in for a warranty repair and had a loaner car reservation made long before the scheduled date. Was told a loaner was not available and there was nothing they could do. Wasted my time and was treated rudely.I will drive to any other Toyota dealer for service even though this one is the closest to me.

Alright, diagnosed was a bit steep. Did it get the right Answer nope! Js the check up was js to check in was buying 12 dozen eggs. Wow!

East to make appointment and they go above and beyond for service. They will pick up and drop off you car also. Another help needed was done in a timely manner and always quick to respond to any questions.

Richard Marks and Michael Marthday in the Parts Department are the best team ever. They not only found the windshield wiper for my 95 Tercel but got it to your location by the next day! I can not say enough great things about Dennis in your Service Department. He is a customer service award winner. Thanks Toyota of Burien for always being there for me

Purchased our 2019 Toyota Camry from Burien TOYOTA. We LOVE the EXCELLENT SERVICE we receive! Quick response, honest answers and they don't pile on unnecessary fees or services. Friendly staff and long term employees make this ideal. We have other Toyota vehicles that we bring to Burien TOYOTA. We go past 2 other Toyota Dealerships to get to Burien.

I have an appointment for my vehicle and made a reservation to drive one of their cars during the time my car stayed in for service. The agent said I did not have a reservation. Worst service. Make me a waste of time and money

Upside: Freindly and prompt service and the waiting area is comfortable too.Downside: Expensive! A lot of the minor fixes you can do yourself otherwise it can add up quickly.

Quite frankly I don't know what to say. The people I interacted with were very nice and professional but I'm wondering if the reputation applied to car dealerships in general and their service departments in particular doesn't have some basis in fact.

Had a regula service scheduled from 8 am.to 9:30 am on a Thursday. I didn't receive the vehicle until 10:30 am. I was flummoxed yet irritated since I have a scheduled, medical appointment 10:30 am and I was late for that. Almost got canceled.
