Julie is simply the best. I was in an accident and using insurance to pay for my car repairs (Subaru Crosstrek) and just got my car back looking brand new and running just as I remember pre-accident! Julie was incredibly knowledgeable about the claims process and honestly provided me with more information than my own insurance company at first which made a really stressful situation much calmer. As they worked on my car, I would get periodic updates about when they expected parts to come in and estimates on the rebuild process so I always knew the status of my car and what the next steps would be! I truly appreciate Julie and the whole team at Burien Auto Rebuild!

All the 5 stars here must be fake. Not only did they fail to do the repair the first time but had to go back an additional two time to get everything fixed correctly and at a bad quality, alignment is not off and so many broken push clips. Avoid a headache and find a place that will do decent work

We were extremely happy with the service and finished job done by Burien Auto Rebuild. Julie was very attentive to our needs, and always kept us in the loop as to progress. She worked with our insurance so we had to do very little on our end. Plus the job was done quicker than most places could promise.I highly recommend this business! As the owner of a small european repair shop (mechanical) I am extremely picky about my vehicles. I was devastated to learn my go-to body guy was retiring coincidentally at the same time I was sideswiped in my audi. Luckily, Julie and her team met all my needs an them some! The vehicle was repaired to an extremely high level. No overspray, orange peel, or tape marks. Flawlessly color matched, and was completed prior to the estimated completion date. Nothing but good things to say about Burien Auto Rebuild!

Julie was awesome! She actually saved me a trip by coming to my workplace to give me an estimate. I needed all three driver side panels fixed on my 2010 Toyota Highlander. Burien Auto Rebuild did an amazing job. They were friendly, quick and reasonable. I highly recommend using their services!

Burien Auto Rebuild did an outstanding job fixing my Tundra. I clipped a protrusion on the corner of an exit from a parking garage, and it actually punched a hole in the side of my truck. After taking my truck to a few other places in Burien, I chose BAR because of their great customer service in answering all my questions, honesty about what the repairs would entail, and willingness to let me talk to the person who would be doing the repairs. I am so glad I did! They were able to get started within a week, let me check out the repairs as they went along, finished on time, and did an outstanding job fixing the puncture and blending the paint. Toyota delivered the wrong part on Day 1. By Day 2, Julie had received the correct part and the crew had painted, cleared, and installed it. As a bonus, when I picked up my truck it had been washed. Great service, excellent communication, professional work, fair price. Highly recommended.

Burien auto rebuild was amazing! I loved working with them. I previously had a terrible experience with service king in Burien (if you would like to see my experience there I posted a review also on Google). I told Julie my problems with them and she was able to meet all of my wishes. Accurate time line and very informative. My work truck was clipped by a semi and the side was caved in period Julie and her team did an amazing job To the point where the old caved in area between the doors is now the best looking portion of the truck. Extremely professional and wonderfully easy to use I recommend them to everyone I can.

This collision facility does excellent work. They explain everything that is involved in the repairs of the vehicle and time frame of recieving your car back. Julie in office is great to work with. Highly recommended

Ok. Julie is worth her weight in gold. My parked car recently got hit by a UHAUL. The driver used the uhaul insurance to file a claim, and trying to get anything done through them to get the car fixed was impossible even when I was doing all the leg work. It's really fun driving a car to work and around town with the bumper and side falling off 20 days after an accident because the adjuster delays claim approval and local auto shops with multiple locations couldn't fit me in for at least a month. My insurance gal recommended Burien Auto Rebuild, and I made a phone call. I wish I would have known about them when the accident happened. Julie took the car in that week without the insurance check which was taking years to come in the mail (yes I have a sarcastic side). Who even writes checks anymore??? Through this whole experience, she always responded to emails within minutes, kept me up to date about the whole process, dealt with the nightmare insurance side, and DANG they were FAST fixing it even in COVID times when parts suppliers were delayed. The car was beautiful when I picked it up. Smelled and looked brand new and I almost cried. Thank you, Rodrigo and shop workers. Thank you Julie. You guys are amazing and I would recommend this shop to anyone I liked.

We had our Tundra detailed and they used the clay bar on the paint. This is a work vehicle that sees all the mud and abuse of a plumbing company. When they were done, it looked like it just rolled off the show room floor. I'm definitely taking my Mercedes here for it's needs. Thank you for doing a great job

Absolutely the best service and quality I ve ever experienced in any auto service provider! I ve used them a few times and gladly drive an hour to them even though there are plenty of shops that are much closer. If you re looking for an honest establishment that does quality work at a fair price and is easy to work with, communicates well and goes the extra mile for you, look no further.

Julie is amazing and took care of me after having a horrible experience at another another auto body shop she installed my VW bumper and made my car feel like a car again. Even hooked me up with a rental car while being repaired.

So thankful I found this place! They got me in very quickly and did such a great job in a timely manner. Everyone was so kind, polite, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place. IN MY OPINION They lie about what they can do, said they do the best work they could do. How can he uh when you don't have a spray both not cool. Then they still haven't give me the specifications till, This day. Part's were mess up upon work being Done as well as something were not done in my opinion. Yeah I didn't like how your employer said he flash on me in Front of LADY. THAT'S WHY I HAVE NOT BROUGHT MY CAR BACK . My lady said that's not Cool...
