Best place i been too. Kevin that works there one of the mechanics. He helped me and took his own time and energy to help me put in a new alternator. He deff deserves a raise and also he was super kind and very professional and with it. Go here please! He saved me from getting into an accident with my toddler. In hard times right now. And he was there. Amazing mechanic

Well hey I was told by my car accident and then I got overcharged on windshield wipers just want to let you guys know that you better get your wallet out before I would suggest going to another place first and pricing them out before you buy here. But I don't think you're going to go broke cuz they're in a very convenient location. You see these guys think they can just slide along with you know charging people 50 bucks for people who don't know any better like me but you know if there's going to be hell to pay eventually. I also wanted to comment on hello to critique man that was beautiful I love that no deodorant thing that was a hoot.

I just want to say that this store gave me the greatest service satisfaction a customer needs. I had just came from Walmart (Federal Way), when I was told that they do not install hubcaps, I can buy them but I would be left with putting them in. I don't know anything about putting hubcaps. I got on my phone and Googled "hubcaps" when AutoZone popped up, so I called them up and I was told they can put them in. So I headed there (AutoZone Burien) and I was greeted by this nice young man (Keilan), very polite. After I decided which set of hubcaps I wanted and paid for it. The old lady that he was helping prior to me came back with something, so she must have just gotten something from her car. Keilan, did not ignore me he reassured me that as soon as he's done helping the old lady, he will put the hubcaps in for me. When another guy (Christopher), came out and Keilan asked him to help me. % customer satisfaction.

AZ stores seem to be commonly understaffed. The very busy gentleman there was very pleasant and helpful as he directed us to the self checkout station for our simple purchase. Good idea. Saved a lot of time.

In-N-Out quick, they actually had an old school cigarette lighter the pop up kind, $5:00 the checkout guy had some jokes it was quick and painless. Only time I've ever been there but I'd go back if I was in the neighborhood and needed something .

Good customer service. Nice to see that they employ women. Because some women enjoy working on many things that men do. Women in this field make other female customers feel comfortable.

Been coming here like 2 years all the time since it s near my work and I always need something. Usually everyone is friendly. It s busy sometimes which is fine because I get it my work is way busier so it doesn t bother me. I was in today grabbing some stuff and had a normal check out and the guy randomly told me. I hope your day gets better in a super rude and negative tone. I was patient with him and everything I was so confused. This guy just hate his life even though he makes more than most people I know. Fortunately I wasn t bothered but I definitely later in felt like slapping the hell out of him for that

KEVIN, is amazing! Long story short, alternator went out and ruined my battery as well.. bought a new one (remanufactured) and it didn t work. Came down to get it tested to confirm it was the alternator. He came out and helped me with the whole thing! After a long week of feeling defeated. Extremely patient and helpful! His patience unmatched. Treat him well! He s definitely an asset. The team was awesome, it shows in leadership! Thank you again!

Keith at the Burien AutoZone was awesome! He made me feel better about not knowing anything about batteries- he was so patient and changed it out for me. Definitely recommend!

Wow! Service I had received from Joseph was amazing. He installed new battery to my car beyond his work hours. This guy went above and beyond to help me out.Mike who picked up my call was also pleasant. He was able to find my battery that suit for my car.This place is making AMAZING. Bravo Auto Zone

If you have questions and want any sort of educated helpful response, do not go here. The manager or lead person that helped me was completely unhelpful with a simple question about three-step cut and polish wax. He basically said the best thing was this three in one waxing spray bottle. Even after I referred to Maguires one 1-2-3 step waxing set they used to have. After I said, that s not what I m looking for He just walked away and said nothing.

Went in there this afternoon. The service sucked it actually reminded me of racial based service I have received in the south. I thought they might as well get rid of the staff and make it completely self service. Then this young man asked if he could help me and did everything the other sales associate with the missing front teeth should have done to help me, which was no was no help at all. The man who helped me was the store mgr by the name of French. He saved my experience from a hard I won t come back to a passing score. I was never coming back to your store.

Keith S has the worst customer service I ve ever seen, as someone who s worked 8 years in customer service he didn t even offer the bare minimum. Why do these people work with customers..? There was a like of folks, which he loudly complained about WELL I GUESS EVERYONE DECIDES TO COME IN AT ONCE GUESS IM NOT GETTING A BREAK and then was extremely condescending and rude when asked to make a simple exchange. Maybe it s time to look for new staff? Go work at a live shop where you don t have to deal with customers face to face, grandpa. It isn t hard.

This is a great auto parts store. They open early which is great for those weekend auto repair needs. They always have the items I need in stock. The parking is easy and the staff are knowledgable and helpful.

There good people,good products for your car needs. There even willing to come out to your car and help install wipers if it's not too big a job and there not busy there happy to assist you. The prices are way better than O'Reilly's, oops I hope I didn't offend anyone. It's just my opinion ok?? .

Went in morning time right when opened and first thing i noticed about the store was the smell... It was the CLEANEST auto zone ive ever seen. It didnt smell of car parts or like a shop like most do. Employees there keep it top notch and it is a great experience when shopping at a clean store everyone is so nice and i cant wait to buy more oil just so i can shop there again.

Paul is super helpful and does a great job explaining parts to you. Other employees seem like they don't care much for customer service or helping with a problem.I would suggest knowing exactly what you are going in to get before going here.

A bunch of SCAMMERS!! Do NOT shop here for anything! I bought lightbulbs for my car's headlights (2 pack) brand new and within just 2 months, one of the bulbs burned out. When I went into the store, I received a terrible customer service starting from the reception I got when I talked to the this manager lady. She said "no warranty" on the lightbulbs as well as claiming she can't look up my receipt even though I have a membership for AutoZone. She even said even if I brought my printed receipt, she would deny it! Shame on you AutoZone for dishonesty and cheating ways to do business!

As a single woman I've always gone to Autozone. They've always helped me change bulbs, little things without my asking. Today I went in for windshield wipers. The manager was very friendly. He said "this young man will be glad to help you change them" I could tell the guy wasn't happy. We get to my vehicle where he informs me "I'm not changing those, they have a pin. I don't like those" he was rude from the first moment he helped me.Time to find a different store.
