Had an amazing experience with them. They helped me with financing my car with 0 downpayment for a good rate. Stephanie was very helpful all the way. There was some cosmetic damages to the car that they promised to repair without any cost in my part. It was also in writing. I would recommend this dealership.

We recently bought a 2015 Honda odyssey from Stephanie at auto sales. Even in the midst of multiple deals it felt like we were the only ones she was taking care of. Super sweet and professional, she worked with us to get a great deal on the vehicle.

Didn't buy a car as we couldn't agree on price. But they didn't pressure me or try to get me to change my mind or try to get me to go with their financing options. They were still nice to talk to and I couldn't fault them. FYI They don't really budge on price.

Went in to buy a truck but ended up finding an even better deal and better vehicle thanks to Stephanie s help. The process was very smooth and she was very informative when assisting me. Excellent service from Steve. I called to see if they still had a 98 Toyota Camry LE they had listed for $4,999 on their website. Not only did Steve inform me that it was still there but he also offered me a ride to the dealership after finding out I d be taking the bus. He had the Camry ready to go when I arrived and did an awesome job of showing me the car including taking it for a test drive. Transaction was smooth and the car s been driving even smoother. Considering the 4th generation Camry has legendary reliability and this one only has 114,571 miles on it I m expecting it to last me at least another 100,000 miles and most likely more. Thanks to Steve and the team!

Went here to test drive vehicles with my wife. She ended up choosing a different vehicle but working with Jesus was great. He was friendly and professional. We asked for a good place to eat while we went over pros and cons of all the cars she had driven up to that point and it was good! Thanks for the recommendation, Jesus. There are not a lot of car dealers I enjoy going to. Update: Now close to three years with the 2008 Toyota, I continue to get outstanding vehicle performance - flawless. Long-term satisfaction is directly due to Noel Bennett at Autos Only!(Original post) As a retired Navy Chief Warrant Officer, I have a keen eye for top quality, professionalism and performance: Noel Bennett and his team at Autos Only in Burien delivered my newly purchased 2008 Toyota Sienna perfectly and exactly as I wanted! This car sale was meant to be! Thank YOU ALL for finding, prepping and delivering exactly what I wanted. After over three (3) months, the Sienna continues to operate perfectly; with only 122K miles, I wisely note it has at least another 122K miles remaining into the future! Mr. Bennett ensured all the quality checks were complete along with preparing the sale documents and obtaining excellent financing with outstanding loan terms. Based upon my personal experience, I wholly recommend Autos Only in Burien, WA (my former hometown!)

We recently purchased a car from Autos Only in Burien. While I was hesitant, as we traveled a fair distance to see a particular car, I had some communication with the salesperson, Neil Lingam, prior to arriving. Once there, I must say the overall experience with Autos Only was very favorable. Neil is very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars, and I generally had the impression he was working for me in putting the deal together and wanted to make me happy. He even came in on his day off to meet us. After the sale, he followed up to make sure all was good. All the people we met at Autos Only were very friendly and accommodating, including the Sales/Finance Manager, Noel Bennett; there was no BS inclosing the deal. As we were traveling from a distance, and last minute, he tried to find a shop that could do an independent inspection on the car. Being last minute, they were unable to, but they went the extra mile to accomodate us (we did have the car checked by our mechanic when we got home, and all was well with it). I do not understand the negative reviews-most seem either silly, illogical, or not the dealer's fault. Please note that Autos Only is a haggle-free dealership; the advertised price is generally the price you will pay. You should, of course, do your research first as to what a fair price should be for the particular car you want. The price they were asking for the Toyota Avalon we bought was very fair. In summary, we would recommend Neil Lingham and Autos Only highly.

Tim and the staff were great! Didn't know much about buying a car but they helped me out, every step of the way. Got low monthly payments and affordable APR! Very upfront and genuine people, will be going back to them for sure.

Thank you Stephanie and Noel for everything.I live in NC and bought a car from them over the phone and had it delivered. Everything worked out perfectly with no problems. They were helpful and kind. Car is exactly what I needed for daily driving for work and my family. Would do business with them again! You can trust these guys!

Not only did Shawn provide me with the most phenomenal customer service, his finance manager Rameen did the impossible. Got me approved when no other dealer ship would. If you are struggling with credit and still want to own your dream car. I would definitely recommend these guys. Thank you so much

There aren't enough words to express how happy I am with my purchase from Autos Only!. Between Noel and Stephanie, they made my buying experience a pleasant surprise! None of the high pressure tactics that other places use were present which made my buying experience even better! I originally went in to get a Nissan Murano but the one available even though very nice, wasn't to my liking! But, after explaining my needs to Stephanie, she showed me a vehicle (Subaru Tribeca) that wasn't quite ready for display yet but I was able to drive it (Note...she let me drive it several times until I felt comfortable). And, lo and behold, it had everything I wanted! She even allowed me to bring a friend to try it out. The repairs to the vehicle were done with such expertise you would have thought it was a brand new vehicle! From the finance guys to the sales personnel to the service people, I would recommend all! Kudos to you all at Autos Only! A special Thank You to Stephanie! I appreciate your A+ customer service!!!! :-)

I was looking for a Subaru Outback or Forester that had the EyeSight driver assist technology. I saw a car I liked online and decided to come in and check it out. I worked with Stephanie and had a wonderful experience. Some of the other places I went to in my car search I felt very pressured to buy a car, but I didn't feel pressured by Stephanie at any point. After test driving the car, I knew that I wanted to buy it so I put a down payment on the car and took it to an outside mechanic and have it looked at before buying. The mechanic found an Engine Oil leak, an issue with the rear brakes, and a few other maintenance things. I went back and Stephanie said they would take a look and fix issues. They fixed the engine and rear brake issues and I walked away as the owner of a brand new Subaru. I'm very happy with service I received here and would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new car.

It's been 2 months since we purchased a SUV from Autos Only Burien and we cannot say enough how great of an experience we had in doing business with them. The level of professionalism and the quality of the cars they carry. They are very straightforward and up front. And will go the extra mile to make sure that your purchase is as perfect as possible Regardless of it being a pre-owned car lot.We appreciate them and their teams level of service.

I had my heart set on a very specific car, and I wanted to get my loan through my credit union, which by using their website to search for affiliate dealerships who use the CUDL program, I found Autos Only in Burien, WA and they had the exact car. Super easy so far! I drove down same day, test drove a nice, clean 2013 Prius V in RED! :) I bought it, And they took my trade in for the price I'd hoped, and the loan through the credit union, WECU, was all handle in house. they even through in new wipers.The staff was casual, friendly and energetic. They all wore masks, had the lobby set up for distancing and gave my friend cold bottled water on a hot day! I felt safe and comfortable.Two weeks later, we had our first rain storm overnight which relieved leaks in my windshield seal. I called up Noel at Autos Only and he went right to work, set up a repair with Safelite Glass, in my town, so I wouldn't have to drive back down to Burien, 100 miles away from my home. I have an appointment on the books and am very satisfied. I would buy from them again and send friends too. Great place for used Prius'.

Brought my car in today cause my brakes were squeaking. Francisco took a look at my vehicle and quickly assessed that my front brakes needed to be replaced. He got my vehicle in and replaced the brakes, topped off my fluids all in about an hour. I highly recommend their service department! Francisco and the service team are great and I am very thankful.�Dios te bendiga Hermanito!

Got a car from SHAWN and the Car was definitely not what he said it wasAfter a day of driving it all the lights started coming up in the car. The car kept overheating and turning it offTruly disappointing with the outcome I would not recommend this place. Can t really fighting to see if I can get a refund but they re refusing to answer my calls

BE AWARE!! CAUTION DOING BUSINESS HERE. VEHICLE'S ARE NOT LEGITIMATELY SERVICED PROPERLY IF YOU'VE ASK THEM TO TAKE CARE OF SOMETHING. ALL EXTRA OR HIDDEN FEES ARE MAX PRICE. THE WARRENTY POLICY IS USED JUNK YARD PARTS. DONT GET TRAPPED INTO BUYING A VEHICLE HERE. OR MAYBE IT WAS JUST THE SALESMAN 'NOEL" TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A NEW BUYER. EITHER WAY JUST BE CAREFUL AND MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR BUYING ESPECIALLY THAT WARRENTY POLICY.

I am 6 months pregnant single mother who came in by herself to get a vehicle which I was pre approved for. My father was going to co sign I put $2,500.00 down payment and they put me in a vehicle with loose transmission bolts and needed a an alignment. I brought it back and told them the car shakes dangerously when driven above 50. . They gave me a hard time about putting me into another vehicle but eventually agreed to look at it. They confirmed it had issues and they agreed to fix but when I came to pick it back up they wouldn't give me my car until my dad came to CO sign. At that point my dad didn't trust these guys cause he knows they were aware of it having issue s and so sent me away in it. Jeopardizing my safety and pregnancy. Now that my dad and I wasn't to unwind on the deal they will not give me back my $2,500.00 . They were aggressive and mean and took advantage of me . I've had to file a complaint with the attorney General to get my money back. Chris the manager and Shawn the sales men are very rude and pushy and make you feel very intimidated. DO NOT GO HERE .GO NEXT DOOR TO LEGEND AUTOMOTIVE. THEY HAVE A BETTER SELECTION ANYWAYS

The best experience I have had buying a car. When I called to see if the car was available, Stephanie had it ready and waiting when I arrived. She was thorough in explaining the history of the car. She kindly went out of her way to help me return my rental car. She and Shahin were efficient and knowledgeable in processing the title and finances. I highly recommend this place.

I had the pleasure of working with Shawn, he was very accommodating, he even arranged to have the car that I was interested in delivered to and pickef up from my mechanic at Sound Auto Care for a purchase inspection. And it was his day off as well. He was patien,t knowledgeable and professional. Stephanie and Chris closed my deal and they were excellent as well.I highly recommend Autos Only and there staff.

I worked primarily with Stephanie, and she was incredibly responsive and worked hard to get me the best deal. I recently took a friend to get a car and Noel was very helpful as always. Would trust know one else with when it comes to buying.a good used car. I recommend to al my friends.

I bought my car back in May, they said they replaced the converter for me. After having the car for three days my engine light went on and I had to replace the converter and spark plugs not even having car for six month. Kinda lame.

They had exactly what I was looking for!I was in search for a new car. I wanted my first awd suv so multiple people recommended the rav4. Autos Only in Burien had a 2010 Toyota rav4 with lower mileage. It even happened to be in the color I wanted. The price was right. My mechanic gave it a look over and said it was a solid buy. The dealership was very family friendly and welcoming. It is my first loan a car. With their support it feels easy.This lot is worth a look. I checked out the lot next door to compare but they didn t have any awd SUV s that weren t way over $12,000. Autos Only in Burien is the place to go from my experience. Thank you guys! I will own my rav4 for years to come.
